From the moment you walk in, you are made feel welcomed and treated special . The chef is phenomenal and came out to greet us personally as well in middle of our meal to assure we were satisfied. This is definitely a 5 start experience and a gem in St George !
In fact we have guests coming from the DC area and we are excited to take them to Aragosta! Chef Niemi is amazing! His presentations are works of art.

Loved that we were acknowledged as soon as we entered the restaurant. The restaurant was small but intimate. Justin our waiter was very helpful with food and wine selections. He checked on us frequently. The chef even came out to speak to us and see how we liked our dinner which was excellent!
We had 5 adults and we all ordered something different. Everyone of us loved our meal. The waiter and server were on top of it and the Chef was great. He was very personable and checked on us during our meal to make sure we enjoyed it. I would highly recommend you try this quiet, away from everyone.
Wife’s birthday and the chef gave her a rose and made her an amazing desert for her special day. The Veal and the sea bass were to die for. Best dining experience we have had in years and we dine out a lot. Going back soon. Highly recommend!!
Excellent night of serious dining. Interesting options, exquisitely prepared, beautifully presented. The chef takes great interest in his customers and personally comes out to make sure everything is perfect. We highly recommend Aragosta to anyone visiting in the region .... it is worth the journey.
Definitely recommend the food and service but it seems out of place in such a dingy location with tables to close together.
Very good meal and outstanding service. It is a small restaurant, maybe eight tales. The menu options are limited, but cover a wide range of options. The wine is way overpriced. Bring your own and pay the $10 corkage fee. Definitely a place to return for another great meal.
This is an absolute gem of a restaurant. The location matters not. It is an restaurant whose Chef treats each plate as a labor of love.
As if nothing could get better, the Grand Marnier Chocolate Mousse was in another world with light puff pastry under a large portion of beautiful mousse along with berries, cookies...unbelievable.

This is a hidden gem! Chef Imi cooks everything himself and does so to perfection. He has an illustrious background and prides himself on food quality, presentation and the best service. It’s a small place, you would drive past it if you didn’t know you had to go there! Deserves 10 stars!
From start to finish an excellent experience very professional courteous and attentive waiters the chef came out and greeted everyone asked how their food was bon appetit it was perfect food was spot-on absolutely incredible to find a restaurant of this caliber in the small little city of Ivins Utah.
Aragosta was, in a word, exceptional. Exceptional wait staff, exceptional chef. It is good to see a restauranteur who forgoes expensive real estate to put more money into the quality of his cuisine-- truly excellent food. It is a lovely, homey place with top quality service and food.
Excellent food and excellent service. We have never had a bad meal there. This is a must try restaurant when you have company or you are just tired of cooking. Always the BEST!

We were a party of four looking for a good restaurant for our first night in St. George. What a gem we happened upon! We all had different meals and decided they were so unique and infused with flavors that we would return the next evening. Our second evening was just as relaxing with delicious meals. I would not recommend this restaurant for children. The service by Justin was impeccable. I would recommend the Hungarian Goulash and Apple Strudel unless they are serving fresh scallops!
Second time we have dined here and always a treat. Food is fantastic and the service is first class! We had a great discussion with the waiter about wine which made our selection even better....

From the moment we walked into Aragosta, we were warmly greeted and treated as thou we were guests of honor by our server and executive chef. We started and shared with the escargot which was incredible and both of us the house specialties that evening...Osso Buco and Large Diver Scallops which were generous portions and very good. We saved the best for last..Grand Marnier Chocolate Mousse which was light and incredible. We’ll be back next time we’re in town! We
Chef Imi never disappoints. Every course was fabulous. Delicious calamari, The lobster bisque was fabulous, the fillet with Gorgonzola was exquisite! Highly recommended!
For Southern Utah, the experience was pretty good. But in truth, the food was only fair--although the presentation was excellent and everything else in the restaurant very good. But then, what should I expect.

We were visiting St George and wanted a great restaurant for an anniversary dinner. We would never have gone to Aragosta if not being recommended by the hotel.
It exceeded our expectations in every way. We ordered surf and turf and started with the delicious French onion soup. The chef came to our table with a rose and a complimentary appetizer. The waiter was a true professional and made us feel special. Chef Ami cooks from his heart. Reservations a must on the weekend.

Food portions were quite large. They could have been smaller and still would have been fine. Enjoyed the staff and the ambiance. A good choice for a higher-end meal.
This was a business trip dinner stop for me. I found this restaurant when I looked through the OpenTable App upon arrival in St. George, UT. The restaurant is small, maybe 15 tables or so, but well worth the trip. The Chief is Hungarian and very well known throughout the cooking industry. I had the Osso Bucco, Lamb Shank, and ended my meal with the Chief's homemade Camel Cake, Unbelievable! My entire meal tasted fantastic and I'm pretty picky about my meals, but the Osso Bucco was fork tender and the desert was to die for. If you're in St. George, UT at anytime, this is a must stop place to eat you won't be disappointed!

My husband wanted to come to Aragosta for his birthday. It was a wonderful experience. Brian, our waiter was great. He was very professional and we had a great time talking with him. The food was excellent - it was delicious and the portions were huge. Chef Imi visited us at our table and made a special dessert for my husband. We will definitely be going back and we won't wait a year and a half next time.
Chef Imi is the best! He always greets & checks to see how your meal was. Every dish is created like artwork! Would never guess to find this in a nondescript small strip mall! Great for dates or special occasions! Tiny place, great food, hidden gem!

We took a day off from the Red Mountain Resort to visit this small Italian restaurant on the recommendation from a art store owner in Kayenta. Although she boasted about the quality of the food, we still did not expect an A+ experience so far from a major town. A table was added just for the two of us based on our request in OpenTable. We were greeted as we walked in by the waiter and immediately shown our table in the center of the restaurant. The owner/chef cam out to greet us and surprised my wife with a rose. There was only one waiter with a trainee assistant, so although our wine took a bit of a time to get our table, it was excellent and fairly priced. We shared the tomato and mozzarella Caprese which was unusually fresh for this time of year. The chef surprised us with a complimentary Cajun Clam dip appetizer which was good, but overshadowed by the French Onion Soup and Lobster Bisque; both agreed as perhaps, daresay, the best we have ever had. Our palate was cleansed with a crisp blood orange sorbet. My wife had the rack of lamb, which was generous with 10-12 segments, cooked perfectly at medium rare. I had a house specialty, the tenderloin goulash which did was flavorful and had a delicate spice, although a full order may be too much for a fragile stomach. Being honest, the accompanying spaetzle was a bit dull and unseasoned compared with the other components. I finished the meal with a tawny port, which was liberally poured. If we ever go back to Ivins, we will likely go back to Aragosta the first night instead of the last. Heck - maybe both!
This little restaurant was a beautiful surprise. Rhett our waiter and Chef Imi were personable and paid attention to all the little details making our dining experience very special. The decor, ambiance, music choice, flowers, table service and timing and food presentation and taste were delightful!
