We are New Yorkers and a bit of food snobs. This place good service and the food well prepared, great Fresch style eggs, and deserts, great service. Parking a little difficult.
We will be back at our next trip.
The atmosphere is perfect for a date night. Absolutely delicious food - escargot is a must!
Coq au vin fell apart with a spoon. The Sardines app were served in the can with oil. They were absolutely breathtakingly good…firm, fresh tasting, and not too strong. My wife had a salad and Sole Meunière which was reported as being very good. The rose by the bottle was inexpensive, and we loved it! The service was amazing and knowledgeable. We had a great time.
Food was amazing and our server David was an absolute delight
Went for a friend's birthday and got nothing but kindness, good vibes and incredible recommendations from David. After he knocked it out of the park with his drink recommendations, we put our dinner (effectively) in his hands and followed all his recommendations.
They were all flawless
The Escargot we're perfectly cooked. That wonderfully unique almost seafoody texture without any rubberiness. And the -sauce.- it's just garlic and butter (basically) but we got a second loaf of bread to dip into it and mop it all up. I could swim in that stuff
The Tuna Tartare was complex and deserved a moment or two for the flavors to really hit your mouth. Basically sat there and enjoyed it for a few minutes before having another bite
The Beef Bourgeon was -amazing.- Hearty, filling, smoothing, oh so beefy but not overly heavy or acidic (note, it's beef, so still heavy, but not oppressively so)
The Pork loin blew my mind with the flavors. I had a bite and -had- to share it with everyone. I'm still not 100% certain what I ate or how they made it taste that way, but I'll be trying to replicate that same flavor profile at home for years
The Steak Frites Aquitaine we're a delight and 10000% should be eaten with the garlic aioli. Steak perfectly cooked, and the fries were the right level of crispy on the outside but soft on the inside that facilitates soaking up all the juices
You will want to lick every plate clean
I'm running out of words so I'll try and be brief here
Dessert - recommend the bread pudding them the creme brulee. Out of this world
Drinks - the Saint C was so smooth we really thought there wasn't any alcohol in it.
Wine - David gave us the best (and perfect) recommendations through the night. Including a 30 year old port to finish things off that just blew our minds
I can't emphasize enough how wonderful the food and experience was and how UNBELIEVABLY WONDERUL our server David was. 10/10

Gorgeous setting, Dave our waiter was polite, courteous and informed. Any questions we had he was able to answer and definitely enhanced our meal. The wine selection, the French onion soup to the bread pudding. Everything was wonderful!
We’ve been coming here for years. Food is consistently great. Hostess could use a little polish as of late but our servers have always been faultless. Best steak frites in the city! Get some bread and a spoon for the mussel broth! Yum.
Great food, classically good service, lovely ambiance. Truffle fries were excellent. Salads were all delicious, appetizers came out quickly/hot, entree’s were all well prepared, desert menu is short but everything we tried was very good. It’s now on my go-to for cozy, casual with good good and good value.

Don’t eat the swordfish au poivre — it’s dry and tasteless. Everything else was good or excellent: escargots, onion soup, mushroom pasta (ok).
One of the best dining experiences we have had; EVER! From start to finish, everything was well paced and at no time did we feel rushed. Still dreaming of the Salad Courge Roti and the French Onion soup. NY Strip was perfectly cooked and Potato Gratin was a wonderful side dish. Each dish had a depth of flavor unlike anything before. Huge compliments to our server, Sebastian, whose thoughtful touches to the service made our anniversary even more enjoyable and memorable. Can't wait to return!

Food and service were fantastic as always. We had an OpenTable reservation and still waited 40 mins for our table. I’m just happy we could eat in the restaurant with another COVID lockdown coming soon.

Aquitaine is everything you want in a French bistro. The classic entrees and desserts. Wonderful cocktails and an excellent selection of wines by the glass. Thank you to the associate at Ralph Lauren who recommended it.
Food, Decor, and layout are very high quality. Though it took almost 30mins to be seated even tho we had a reservation (this was a Wed evening). It also took another good while before our server came to the table. Noise level was highed than expected too.
Love the food but they just gotta tighten up the service a bit.

French onion soup was underwhelming, but everything was otherwise delicious. For such a nice place we felt our waiter’s joking and rushed way of dealing with us didn’t fit the experience.
Fantastic as usual. The brunch menu had great offerings and we loved the skillet scramble as well as the omelette Alsacienne. Our server was super relaxed and friendly — we really appreciated the comfortable atmosphere.
Reservation was for 12 noon. We weren’t seated until 12:40. Host was not gracious. Did not reflect well on restaurant. Server was awesome.

An extraordinary evening. We requested a table change which was quickly arranged. David, the waiter was excellent. Recommendations and timeliness of service was exceptional. Plus, David had an amazing sense of humor which had us and the two tables near us laughing. The food was excellent and although small the ambience wonderful.
