Quite possibly some of the worst food I have ever had. All of the dishes protein had their tastes masked. Took over an hour to get a few appetizers. Didn't even bother with the main course. Would never go again. Nobody asked how or food was or why we left early either.
Well everything about aqua was great instead of waiting time for food was really awful but over all experience was great .
Very good service and quite good food. Better than expected
they only had buffet breakfast and the food wasn't fresh we spent $300 for 4 people for food tha t had prob been there since they opened....they did make fresh pancakes for me when i complained...the server was really nice...but really its such a waste of food we were there when they took the breakfast food away, and there was a ton left....what a waste...unless of course they put it back out the next day.... don't waste your money
My drink whas horrible i ask for replacement never apear the food whas great ill recomend good service not to good
Service was decent, food was mediocre and the room was nice. Dining experience was disorganized and inconsistent with no attention to detail.
While you have a nice view of the bay, the food, facility and service falls below what you expect from a Westin property. We sent food back as it was not cooked as ordered, found the ceiling dirty, and needed to ask more than once for several items. It appears additional training and building maintenance is needed.
WE had lunch on Christmas Day. The server Monica was very attentive. The drinks were delicious. The tuna appetizer was a nice starter. My short rib was unique because of the rich leek sauce it floated on. Definitely making this place part of our circuit of places to dine
Awesome waiter from Wisconsin! Great ambience! Great drinks and food! Beautiful view! Will definitely go back! Awesome gas fire!
It was our first time dining at Aqua. The service, food and quality of food was great. Would definitely recommend this gem of a place. Our waiter Chris was terrific.
Food was excellent however the service starting with no wine glasses available absolutely set the stage for a challenging dinning experience.
Great place, Roberto was a great server !!
This was our second time at Aqua. The first time, the food was very good, and we enjoyed our experience very much. However, this time, the food was not as good, some under cooked, some over cooked. The mac/cheese - which was previously a great dish, was bland, and cold on arrival. Also, for a Holiday (Thanksgiving), a buffet is fine, but they limited the time of the buffet from 3-6 pm; which limited access to some of the menu items (turkey, pumpkin pie etc.) for those whose reservations where at 6 pm or after. If they are going to limit the buffet, would suggest that they allow some of the core Holiday items on the main menu. The staff were very helpful, and we had good service. They did bring over the manager, who offered to comp one of our meals.
When for Thanksgiving everything was fabulous service was top-notch food was impeccable Ambience was great I would recommend for drinks dinner party special functions Gatherings or whatever you have planned.
Excellent menu and tasty dishes. Well trained staff and friendly service. The server was professional and not overly intrusive as we were on a date.
Not enough shrimp. Four tiny little shrimp for $8??? Ridiculous.
The restaurant has a great feel to it. Quiet and comfortable. The food was delicious and I loved the open kitchen. Our server was attentive and very friendly. Valet parking is validated so that was nice as well. Great view of the bay off the Courtney Campbell. I’ll be back.
Delicious food, great service, over-priced for what you actually get compared to downtown St. Petersburg venues.
Great Service....Great Seafood....Nice & Friendly Service.
Went there with a large group. The service was good. The crab cakes were delicious but on the small side. Sushi was really good. Overall the meal was delicious.
The salmon with fried cauliflower rice and brussels sprouts was over the top!
Food was excellent. Our waiter was rushing us. We had just sat down and when he brought the cocktail menu and wine list he put it on the table asked us right away what drink we wanted ( specifically asked other than water). We told him we would like a few minutes to look it over and within 45 seconds he was back asking what we wanted. Same thing happened with the food menu. We wanted to take our time and enjoy our evening out and the waiter seemed to want us to eat and drink as quick as possible... and it wasn't even busy at that time.
The service here is always outstanding. And the sushi is amazing.
Food was bland or over spiced, lobster bisque was burnt.
Food was horrible, drinks were great. Would only come back for the drinks
The salad STUNK! Why don't they have simple Caesar or "House" salads on the menu?? Why do salads there have to be so fancy you don't know what you are ordering and once you get it you take a wild guess and order a salad you hate it. It was three big chunks of lettuce with very little dressing. YUCK!
Also, the entre was one big piece of fish, NOTHING ELSE. No potatos, no rice, no vegetables, nothing! The plate was so simple and empty it looked barren.
The service was good. That is about all.
Amazing fine dining atmosphere. The guitarist was providing great music, our server Ashley was outstanding and the food was fantastic. All around a wonderful experience and I highly recommend the free range chicken!
My wife and I enjoyed both the appetizers and the main course. The Oysters Rockefeller appetiser was delicious but was not as hot as it should have been. The dinner was a little more expensive than I thought it should have been. But, it looked great, tasted great was served by a pleasant waiter and was served in a timely manner.
The restaurant was a great spot to relax and eat a great meal. The Crab cakes was to die for. The chairs was comfortable and being able to look up out onto the water was nice.
Service good Brad was excellent/food average
