The service was terrible. Our server acted like they were bothered by being our server and had something better to do. Although we were the only ones in the restaurant. The server had major attitude despite my self and my family being polite as possible. The food left much to be desired and was served lukewarm. I ordered the chicken gumbo. I will never come back here again.

We ate at the Aqua twice...one breakfast buffet and dinner that evening. Both experiences were BAD! At breakfast, the eggs were cold, the sausages were cold, even the "hot cakes" were cold....and for the outrageous price of $20.00 per person. Unfortunately we had previously made reservations to meet local friends there for dinner that evening. We hoped dinner would be better.....not so. We did have a table with a wonderful view of the Savannah River which helped overcome the rather bland and minimalist decor of the restaurant itself.......very little in the way of ambiance. Speaking of "bland" ...that best describes each of our meals. I started with Fried Green Tomatoes that were beyond bland....three very thin, over breaded, over fried tomatoes....and for over $15.00. The entire meal for each of us was grossly overpriced and poor in quality and quantity. Ironically, we had views of numerous much better restaurants on the other side of the river.

You won't even get INTO the restaurant with a reservation. We were turned away and the group behind as as well because a large placard (put out that morning per the hostess) at the hostess table announces that NO ONE will be seated who is not a registered guest! The hostess was apologetic but again those in upper management make decisions and do not inform the employees or remove the restaurant from the Open Table app! BTW only four tables occupied... they need customers! Their reviews speak of poor service, poor food, poor value and poor ambience.

Nice place with good food. Quality of service for the price was subpar. Serving coffee without cream, bringing cream without a spoon, serving table appetizers without plates etc. expected more at a fancy hotel.

Very nice staff. Extemely overpriced buffet and not at all worth it. I will never go back. So disappointing because this place used to be great for holiday buffets

$85 per person plus an automatic 20% service fee for Easter Brunch the food was subpar. The carving station meat was dry. The food was not individually labeled just one big piece of paper labeling what was there at each station. no bowls for the soup The lids covering the food were heavy and bulky. Hard to serve your self. The ice cream at the dessert bar was melted. The server never cleared our plates I had to move plates onto an empty dirty table. I had to get her attention to refill our drinks. Easter decorations were from Dollar General they left the prices on the back. They used to have fresh flowers on the table. This brunch has gone down so much. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent here. The hostess ladies were very welcoming and nice when we entered and left. The bartender said goodbye and wished us Happy Easter as we left and we didn’t even get drinks.
