Established in 1988 and reinvented for 2016, Aqua Grill offers guests a beautiful, new contemporary restaurant concept located directly on the lake in the renovated Sawgrass Village shopping center. Guests will enjoy award-winning cuisine from an eclectic, multi-ethnic menu featuring the freshest of local ingredients prepared to order. We offer private banquet facilities, a fully covered lakefront deck with climate control, and a lively full service bar with all NFL ticket, sports packages and 4K HD TVs. For your convenience, we serve lunch and dinner daily.

                    Had the special. Grouper came out raw so I had to send it back. Had stomach issues all night. Not a good experience.

                    Overall the food was very good. The selections are somewhat limited for someone allergic to seafood, but I had a great short rib dish. Our biggest issue is that we were seated at a 2-top table and the one chair was fully into the main walking aisle of the restaurant. When we asked the server, she said this was the only table available. In the meantime, we saw several empty tables around us. We were told to ask not to be seated at a 2-top when making the reservation next time. This was someone else can be stuck at that table.

                    The food is always great. I guess the waitress must have a lot on her plate. It took 25 minutes to get my first drink. For some reason we couldn't eat outside, even though the whole hour we were there, there were a lot of empty tables out there.

                    We ordered the salmon salad, chicken stir fry and key lime pie. All of the dishes were delicious. Also, the staff was very professional.
