Beautiful outdoor dining. The food was very good! We all enjoyed ourselves.
Wonderful food and service
Back again at Aperitif. Sat outside which is perfect. Food was great, but like so many restaurants now there is a lack of staff. The waiters and bartenders were very good, but just takes a little more time to get their attention. Nonetheless, it's a great place to dine.
Great food and exceptional service!
Great food and service, lovely courtyard, we keep coming back.
Delicious food in unpretentious setting
I have passed by this restaurant hundreds of times. Glad we finally made a reservation. I had the ahi tuna my husband the beef Wellington. Both excellent. The beef melted in your mouth. The tuna cooked rare just what I asked for. They always refilled the water and the server was quick to bring another beer for my husband. They were very attentive but not smothering. We will definitely be going back.
We were visiting for college orientation and were very happy with the dinner and the atmosphere and wine Highly recommended
We've been here several times before. The waitstaff was very attentive, and the food was delicious as always. We got the French wine flight so we could try some new wines with our dinner, and all three were very good. Will definitely go back again.
Our servers were amazing as was the bus boy- The food was great as well.
Absolutely fantastic food, as usual. During this visit we shared the appetizer size mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce plus an order of escargot for appetizers, which were both delicious. Hubby had the grilled (baby) lamb chops (there were 3) entree which had a scrumptious sauce, and came fingerling potatoes as well as fresh veggies (haricot verts, carrots and sliced zucchini), all perfectly cooked. I had their homemade gnocchi in a parmesan cream sauce that was topped with beef bourguignon. I must say I was literally left speechless for a few moments after my first bite — it was BEYOND delicious! I’ve had their delicious beef bourguignon before, but never their gnocchi, and I simply cannot truly describe how amazing this dish was — the gnocchi were light and fluffy, and the cream sauce was perfection. For dessert (it was my husband’s birthday), the waitstaff delivered his dish of creme brûlée (good) on a plate that had happy birthday written in a caramel sauce and they all sang “Happy Birthday” to him (which was very nice). I had the crepes suzette with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was good. Overall their food is amazing and the only negative thing I can say is that they need a new pastry chef so that their desserts are just as delicious as their food (profiteroles are just barely okay IMO, so I would avoid until they do so).
Have been here many times before and hoping this was just an off night. The waiter was distracted and got parts of the order wrong. The salmon was dry and over cooked - I wasn’t even asked how I wanted it cooked. The bread was stale. Even though the restaurant wasn’t full the noise level seemed high. All in all, disappointing and not as good as past visits.
Such a lovely place. Service and food were exemplary. Will definitely be returning.
Aperitif is one of our “go to” restaurants. We haven’t been going out much due to Covid so we were so happy to return to Aperitif. The wait staff is so friendly and the service is exceptional. Our meal was delicious. We started with the Tuna Tartare appetizer, I had the aperitif salad with grilled salmon and my husband had the sesame seed crusted tuna. The food was so delicious. They have a great wine list too. This restaurant never disappoints. Looking forward to our next visit, soon!
Food is always great , our waiter was terrific but restaurant was understaffed .
Food was good. Service was ok. We waited a little bit before asking what we wanted to order for drinks. After we finished the appetizer, they left the plates on the table. They brought our dinner and the appetizers stayed on the table. It got a little crowded on the table lol. Other than that, the food was great. The staff was nice.
Everything was wonderful. The service, the food and the ambiance were top notch. I will definitely be coming back.
We received great service and attention.
We love this place!
Everything was great, as usual, but we were a little annoyed we did not receive our Open Table Points
They told us the ki was closed
There were many choices on the menu, and the food was very well prepared. Our server was charming and competent.
Would not recommend. Mediocre food and service could use an upgrade.
We love it there! The food, service and ambiance are wonderful!
Always a reliably lovely experience ! Food was amazing - salad and risotto of the day is always a reliable choice!
Great atmosphere, good service & food
Although this restaurant has been a local favorite for over a decade it's the first time we tried it. The service is impeccable. We each had a fish dish (scallops/bronzino) and cooked as ordered. Highly recommended.
Lovely date night in the outdoor area. Couldn’t ask for better service. Staff were masked and very accommodating of my gluten allergy. Food was phenomenal. Highly recommended.
Everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the fresh oysters, clams, filet of sole and branzino specials. They didn’t rush us out so we liked that too. Desserts were awesome as well.
Delicious appetizers, cocktail and food. I had the Beef Wellington. It was perfectly cooked and a delight to eat. My daughter is a vegetarian and the staff was able to accommodate her by changing a dish so she could enjoy dinner too. The restaurant is on my saved list, and will certainly be returning.
Food, service and ambiance were excellent on Mother’s Day. We liked that the tables were distanced.
Service was great and menu had lots of options. We ate delicious seafood! I could see going back for just appetizers and drinks because there were too many things we wanted to try!
The food at this restaurant is excellent! Great for a date night, or celebration. Lighting is very dim, waiters were very attentive, and pleasant. I would definitely dine here again
Great service and food
It was a very quiet weeknight, so the service could have been more attentive. We did enjoy dinner very much - it is one of our go-to restaurants in a town flooded with choices.
Friendly staff, quick and efficient service, delicious drinks, and wonderful meals! We came in to celebrate a birthday and had a really nice time.
Excellent happy hour and apps. Great drinks and food.
When we arrived, the hostess and I assume the manager were running around like chickens without heads. We were never greeted and two couples walked in after us and they greeted them and checked them in before us.
When we finally got a table, we waited almost 7 minutes before the waiter came by. His mask was not covering his nose, his attire was sloppy and left a lot to be desired.
We ordered a bottle of wine, when he bought it over, he opened it, poured a little in to my glass and my husbands and didn't ask us to taste it and just walked away.
The food was okay, nothing to rave about. We definitely, will not return to this establishment!
My husband and I went to Aperitif RVC for dinner and had an amazing experience! It was a nice night so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the night. The food and drinks was absolutely delicious, Jackie was our waitress and she was very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend! 😃
Excellent good especially the pistachio crusted halibut and the beet salad. Delicious expresso martini. A bit dissatisfied that they wouldn’t honor happy hour pricing at tables.
