Apeiro Kitchen & Bar
Waiter was not attentive
Wonderful food but be prepared for service that is on the slower side.
We have dined many times at Apeiro many times and have loved the food and service. However, our last two visits have been very disappointing. Except for the onion soup starter, our dinners were only fair. The server was MIA, and didn't seem to understand her role. We're very reluctant to return.
Service was slow and food was not good. Very disappointing.
This restaurant has a super-chic atmosphere! The staff is friendly. We love going here for the upscale vibe and the local shopping. Pasta Bolognese is out-of-this world. Love the flatbreads. Hubby drooled over the lamb shanks. There is something for every palate!
Great food & service at a very convenient location.
Very nice!! Great Waitress
3 of us had a very enjoyable lunch celebrating a birthday great lunch menu flatbread & salad perfect lunch good service delicious chocolate cake to celebrate
Service was terrible sat at the table by bar took 22 mins to get dessert ...
Our waitress was very pleasant. The food came out of tge kitchen all wrong. Salad and soup came with our entrees minus one entree. Rice on plate when told NO RICE due to allergy. Manasger was not attentive. Returned the salad...took off salad and balloon. Blamed the cooks since they were new. Long long time before we ever go back
Yum food great service!
Martini cocktails were very expensive, and so was
most of the menu offerings! Valet parking was
6 dollars! All in all not a memorable experience.
We were seated promptly according to reservation and given a comfortable spacious table outdoors. The food was tasty and ample. For a Saturday Night this was pleasing and worthwhile.
We had such an awesome time! Preston our bartender & waiter made the experience so much fun! The food was delicious as always. We look forward to our next visit!
Our waitress was outstanding. Food was great, they accommodated food allergies
Our server was excellent and the food good, Too The reception could have been better and not so confusing to both receptionists and guests.
Great food highly recommend the flat breads and the drinks were great. The service was friendly and helpful and loved sitting outside on the patio.
i got the grilled octopus and the portion was very small and was over cooked hard to chew
Anasha Patrick was our waitress. Outstanding service from her.
Exceptionally good experience, every bite was delicious and the server, Susan was amazing. The cocktails, Tito martinis were perfect and generous portions, a great start. The pita bread and the dips on the "balloon" appetizer were tasty, nice presentation and also generous servings. The vegetable flat bread was one of the best I ever had and my husband was equally delighted with his salmon. I had asked for an outdoor table and it was ready when we arrived for our reservation. After we ordered, a large group of very loud diners was seated nearby. We asked Susan if she would mind if we moved inside and she couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating moving us and during the entire meal was very attentive and friendly. Apeiro is a real neighborhood gem that we go to often and will continue to do so in the future.
big restaurant but not too noisy - our server, Susan, was great - attentive, friendly and helpful. Food is good as is the selection
Love the atmosphere...food was very good and staff friendly and professional
Poor planning on food delivery..
We ordered an appetizer and the main course came within 2 minutes.
Returned to keep heated. Lamb was returned too well done. Not good
planning on part of the chef and waitress and management.
All help was kind and courteous.
This was our first visit & went with friends who frequent often. We all agreed they were having an off night. Although I had reservations it took almost 20 minutes to be seated. Luckily we were sat in a side dining room which was great. Less noise & action than the main bar/ dining area & patio. Our waitress was great but spread a bit thin as the night went on. About 45 mins after we ordered dinner, she checked on us to say she was going to check on our food. About 20 min after that 3 or our 4 meals came out. The last meal, which coincidentally takes the least time to cook came 15 min later. Although the waitress genuinely apologized, no manager or supervisor visited. We weren’t looking for compensation, and did not get any, but acknowledgement from a staff member able to do something about it would have been nice. Overall it was a nice evening, good food & great company. The 4 downfalls were the long wait for the table, time for the food, food not being brought together & overhearing a waiter objectifying women, “Token Hot Chick”. We will go back.
Three of us thus night. Had the whole whitefish Branzino delicious. Veal Milanese-A little too heavy on the encrusting for me but flavorful; grilled or baked cauliflower was delicious. And the special swordfish steak, also excellent. A nice relaxing evening to chat and catch up over excellent cocktails and wonderful entrées.
Service was wonderful and new management is great. The food is always very good and have never had a bad meal there.
All entrees were exceptional. Great selection and many choices. Well presented. Great service. Very pleased as usual.
Very overpriced for salads! Add calamari to the appetizer menu.
This was my second visit. The occasion was my birthday. I had the eggplant croquettes and lamb sliders again. Tried the swordfish. The only time I had better swordfish was grilled in Spain.
My waitress was Susan. She was attentive and very pleasant, even when it started to get really busy.
We were a group of 4 ranging in age from 13 to 47 to 72 and we were all very happy with our choices.
We had Jennifer as our server for the 3 d time in a row by luck but we will request her next time we dine there. She is outstanding
Preston was our server. It was clear 30 minutes into our Dining experience that Preston was not a experienced waiter. I approached the front desk and spoke with the manager Apollo and let him know that we still hadn’t placed our food order and that everything we had asked for Preston had forgotten about (water, set up, app plates, some of our drink order) . Apollo told us that Preston was new and that he would be assisting with our table, meanwhile Apollo never came to our table and never tried to improve our dining experience. An hour and a half later our food arrived, many things were missing from our order so two of our guest ate 20 minutes after the meal was originally served. We received items prepared improperly like bacon wrapped dates that were raw after they were prepared with cheese the first time which was suppose to be omitted. They forgot to put in one of the pizzas and served it late and undercooked.
Turned out Prestonn had only worked at the Restaurant for two weeks and was training to be a bartender and a server and had no training as a waiter. He was filling in because they were short staffed. Very poor decision on the part of the manager to put Preston and customers in this position!!! .We used to frequent Aperio often but the service has just become too inconsistent and unprofessional. we will not be dining there again in the future. It’s too bad management is running this quality restaurant into the ground.
I eat here every week . The chicken just didn’t taste right.
Thoroughly enjoyed light dinner- lamb burger and eggplant starter
Neighborhood gem we go to often. The food is consistently very good as is the service. The only negative this last time was our server was wearing fragrance, which is a big no-no. Not only am I allergic but scents ruin the taste of the food, for anyone.
OUr server was excellent and very sweet and helpful. More points would have been given if the French Toast was moist all the way thru, but it was hard on the bottom side which means it did not get enough egg to soak thru. The whipped cream and fruit it came with gave it an extra star.
The Quiche was very good but I didn't like the salad I got with it as I don't like all the weeds. I prefer Romaine but I forgot to question the ingredients.
If parking were easier and your valet, less money, we would probably come there more often.
Good food and service. Love the restaurant.
Went for brunch. Nothing special about this place. Nothing creative, Expensive for what it was. Coffee extra, no toast with the eggs,
Restaurant across the street was so busy, this place was empty. Now I know why
Had great waitress and lovely meal. Left and when I got home I realized I left my jacket on the back of my chair. I called immediately and hostess said they didn’t have it. I asked her to please check, even told her where we were sitting and our waitress name. Came back and said they had it and I could pick it up at hostess stand. Said I’d be there Sunday. When I get there, hostess Paulina, says they don’t have it! I stated that I was told they found it and where to pick it up. Again, she says it isn’t here. I then ask her to get the manager. Reluctantly, she goes in the back. Finally comes back, opens the cabinet and hands me my sweater. When I ask her name, she was reluctant to give it to me. Later, I did call and speak to a woman manager.
