The entire experience was lovely. The space is quaint, the food was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. Look forward to a repeat visit.
We had a delightful evening at Anton's at the Swan. The setting is delightful, the service most professional and the food is amazing!
As always a fantastic dining experience. One of the best in our area. Drink menu is great, lovely wines and beers offered as well. Food was sublime. Seriously delicious. Just a perfect night out all around! You can’t miss at the Swan. GREAT bar too.
Another great evening at Anton’s. Food and service were good, as always.
ANC the upstairs dining space was lovely.
Menu was unusual and limited but Hailbut was good. Expresso martini excellent.
Great restaurant. Get there early for a drink in the gorgeous bar area.
The food was so good it made me emotional. I cannot recommend Anton's at the Swan more. Go. Go. And go again.
We had another amazing evening at Anton's at the Swan in Lambertville, NJ. The food was amazing, the service was attentive and professional and the setting is perfect!
The sweet corn soup itself is a reason to go.
Whilst the menu hadn't changed too much from a month ago, I had an outstanding combination of three starters. The purée of corn soup (good but not special), the chicken liver pâté (always excellent), and one of the best small pasta dishes that I can remember for a long time: angel hair pasta, smoked salmon, and walnuts in a rich cream sauce. A couple of glasses of wine from the small, but thoughtful, by the glass menu enhanced everything.
Excellent service and excellent food. 10/10 would recommend.
From the moment Rachael greeted us at the table, the entire night was a great experience. Her service was prompt and professional without being obsequious and our food was perfectly served and prepared.
Top to bottom, the approximately $100 per diner was money well spent. Would do so again, without hesitation.
Great & very fresh food. Simplistic yet elegant. Nice atmosphere - dined upstairs this time - bright pleasant surroundings. Tremendous service - Rachael is just wonderful & professional. A go to place for years - although covid has forced some reductions to the menu still that go to place. Highly recommend. AAA+++
My husband and I purchased a gift cert for Anton’s last year and finally got to go this evening, to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. The food was simply delicious!! The service was fantastic and the ambiance was perfect!
Perfect setting, service, food and wine selection.
Such a lovely quaint place with ton of old charm character and a bar that reminds me of an English pub
Wow! We have not visited the Swan in quite some time and we are glad to have returned! We had an early reservation at 5:30 PM on a Friday evening and, as we were about 10 minutes early, we were greeted by Aileen and escorted to our beautiful window table upstairs. It was quiet and peaceful. Rachel, our server, welcomed us and took our drink order. We had the dining room to ourselves and just enjoyed many of the historical prints of George Washington hanging on the walls and the beautiful stained glass windows with just the right amount of light streaming in. We both ordered the puree of corn soup which was light and tasty with just the right amount of cornbread croutons sprinkled on top. What a great way to whet our appetite! Next, I had the rare tuna and my husband had the sauteed Halibut. Both accompanied by smooth delicious mashed potatoes and a carrot and broccoli vegetable mix. The meal was tasty, light and overall amazing! We cannot wait to return and enjoy another memorable experience at Anton's at the Swan!
Dinner with friends and it was a very pleasant experience. Great food, friendly staff and very cool atmosphere. We were able to enjoy great conversation with friends.
Very cool ambience and the food was delicious !!!!
The food was very good, and the wine list was nice, with many different price ranges
We went here to celebrate out engagement. Everything was wonderful. The food was fantastic and dessert was incredible!
Went to dinner with my daughter during the week at 5:30 which was the only time available. Ate upstairs in the Washington Room and had it to ourselves. I had the beef filet and my daughter had the hamburger. Both were excellent. Went down to the bar afterwards for drinks. Bartender was friendly and the setting for both the restaurant and bar are wonderful. Have eaten here many times before and the food has always been delicious and the bar area friendly. Had a great time.
This was our first time at this restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, and I hear the woman's bathroom is something to see. The food was excellent and the service was great. This is a great place for a date. You could get dressed up or down, and feel comfortable. My only negative was the menu. Although we both found excellent choices, the menu is very limited, so I don't know when I would return because I'd have to eat the same thing. With that aside, I highly recommend this restaurant.
What can I say! The food was great the service was wonderful and overall it was very pleasant and delicious. The deviled eggs are to die for. The salad, salad dressing was just perfect. Went very well with the bread and butter. The halibut was very nice and cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend this restaurant, Will return again in the near future.
This was our first time dining at Anton’s. It was a birthday outing for my 19-yr-old niece and also her first time in Lambertville. I ordered the swordfish and as I told the hostess, it was outstanding. The freshest tasting, most tender and moist that I’ve ever had in a restaurant, cooked perfectly, and perched on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes. My niece ordered a burger and she said it was very good. She had molten chocolate cake for dessert and her only complaint was that she wished it was a little bit bigger! I had the blueberry crumble with lemon ice cream, which was nice- I’m a fan of the blueberry-lemon pairing.
The atmosphere was lovely- definitely a turn of the century French bistro vibe. Next time I’m hoping someone else will be the designated driver so that I can try one of their classic cocktails!
Excellent food only rivaled by the attentive and exceptional service. Cozy and a bit quirky setting but made Anton’s fit squarely in the category of “destination restaurant.” This was a perfect venue for a date night.
On a Tuesday night, the food was divine and our GF and DF needs were easily met- even with dessert! How rare.
Great main courses as always but watery corn soup a disappointment. Service was really off this visit. Had to ask for bread twice. Only one soup delivered when we specified two. Had to ask for water refills and asked to split salad which came on one plate. Plenty of staff on hand but just weren’t attentive to details
Very nice. Not outstanding.
A lovely dining experience. Staff, service and food were wonderful.
We just moved to Lambertville and heard about Anton’s from the moment we unpacked the first box. Yesterday morning, a neighbor said, “if you’re going to Anton’s we hope Ailene takes care of you. She’s fabulous.” She was. And so was the meal.
Lovely cozy place, with a great balance of food, service and setting.
Had a very enjoyable meal last night. Food, service, presentation, all outstanding.
Dining with a friend, who hasn't been here in a couple of years, we found everything was perfect for an outstanding dinner with drinks and conversation.
We love this place. It’s a favorite of ours. Lovely, historic tucked away place on a quiet street. Don’t miss the bar - it’s legendary.
Had a good time, as usual, but I'm afraid -- after two martinis -- that I screwed up the tip at the end of the meal.
Our first meal at Anton's at the Swan and it won't be our last for sure. This is one of the few times I've rated a restaurant as outstanding across the board and for good reasons. The restaurant atmosphere was a unique combination of a classic French or Italian setting with a modern openness and friendly charm feel. Chef Connors and his service staff provided my wife and I a memorable meal. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive. Our meal started with excellent cocktails created by the adjacent Swan Bar, followed by an equally excellent freshly baked sourdough bread. Our meal was the essence of farm to table cuisine. My choice was perhaps the best chicken I have ever had -- the Chef's Chicken Breast with Porcini Mushroom Cream. So to with my wife's Grilled Pork Chop with Truffle Mashed Potatoes. Our dinner wine was selected from an excellent wine list and was presented with understanding and care. Both the meal and the wine were reasonably priced. We highly recommend Aton's at the Swan to our Open Table users.
Food and service was great
Aileen was delightful
We enjoyed a wonderful anniversary dinner from start to finish!
Dinner was superb! The dining room, with its amazing are of the Delaware Valley artists, is the perfect setting in one of the most charming River Towns, Lambertville, NJ.
The service is most professional. The Swan Bar is a must stop if you are in town with amazing bartenders.
