Antonio’s was wonderful! Even on a busy Saturday night, the staff was attentive, indulgent, absolutely not rushed. And the market downstairs was great! I’ll go back just for the great sauce, prepared foods and desserts!

The service (great wait staff and host) bread, and dessert were the best parts of the meal. We didn't care for the appetizer (eggplant, just not good) or main courses (chicken parm was not memorable, sauce was too sweet, and boxed pasta taste; salmon overcooked). The restaurant could use an update, both in terms of menu and ambiance. It felt outdated, even to two New York transplants who prefer the classic style of Italian dining.

Territoriality we have been enjoying Antonio‘s upstairs for many years. The menu never fails to satisfy. When weather is nice, we choose to sit out on the balcony which is a very unique experience.

We cook so much at home that we rarely eat out anymore, but when we do, we both think of Antonio's. The food is simply good! Combined with the quiet atmosphere and great customer service, its the perfect atmosphere for a good date night for us. If you like a loud, party atmosphere, this isn't a place for you, but if you like sharing good food and conversation, this is your place. My advice to anyone making a reservation to this or any restaurant is to be kind to the staff, we witnessed a few tables next to us being rude to our waiter, who was courteous and professional. Some people demand perfect service when booking a fine dining restaurant and forget that we're all human. Be kind, and they will be kind back.

Antonio's is an amazing dining experience. I love the atmosphere, the food and the service. The Eggplant Involtini was so cheesy and delicious and my boyfriend loved the salmon and sauteed spinach. I've been twice and will definitely return.

My father came down from DE to visit and wanted a good Italian meal. Our server Frank was wonderful! He helped select a great wine for our meal and made great suggestions when we were indecisive. We both got the Zuppa de pesce and took home half for lunch the next day. The seafood was fresh and delicious and the dish was huge. We had the peas with prosciutto was the best I've had, the prosciutto was crispy and a nice balance to the peas. Frank was attentive and made our dinner perfect, I'm so glad my Dad got to dine at Antonio's while he was in town.

Antonio's would be a destination restaurant for the bread alone. On this visit, I strayed from my usual appetizer order of smoke salmon to try the stuffed artichokes. Our next visit will present the quandary of having to choose among the salmon, the artichokes or a foray elsewhere on the appetizer list for a yet undiscovered gem. We always follow the appetizer course with the fish special, and this visit's mahi-mahi over caper risotto fully met our high expectations. Our server couldn't have been more pleasant.

Folks, if you want incredible Italian food and white tablecloth for lunch, I think there’s only one place in Maitland to get both. Antonio’s upstairs. This has been an institution for three decades. Downstairs is also a great place for gourmet lunch. Plenty of free parking. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to chat with the owner…Greg.

Called earlier in the day, explained it was our anniversary and wanted a quite table, great waiter for a 5:00 seating. Arrived, place was empty. The manager placed us a t table that vibrated through out dinner. The waiter said, it has been that way for years. Not wanting to cause a fuss, we stayed. On the way out, I asked the manager privately why on earth would you place us at a table that vibrated?" His response was, "You should have moved, half of the room shakes. it's your fault you stayed. Wow, great customer service. They know it's a terrible problem and don't care.

This was a special place to celebrate a very special occasion. Frank, was our waiter and was extremely knowledgeable about both food and wine. My wife got a special trout and I had veal. We were delight with the flavor and presentation. It was a great evening.

Antonio's Upstairs is our favorite restaurant in the Orlando area, Michelin be damned. We've eaten at and enjoyed 1-, 2- and 3-star restaurants and Bib Gourmands domestically and around the world, and Antonio's food and service are competitive. Because we always order the fish specials, we've only imagined how great their pastas might be. Last night's grilled swordfish special was served on a bed of pasta, and now we know--terrific.
