Antonio's - Maitland - Upstairs Ratings and Reviews
Its tough to decide which we enjoyed more. The fare. Or our server-Michael! Will certainly enjoy Antonio's again should we find ourselves in the neighborhood.
We purchased a Gift Card for a Wedding Couple as a guft as well.
Live the casual dining in the grocery cafe. Although we dined upstairs.
A Boston restauranteur ... Bouna mangiare !!
Everything was absolutely fantastic. I ended up having an additional two guests; so I called the restaurant . The owner promptly made special arrangements & called me back to accommodate our party of five versus the party of three that I had originally requested. When I arrived the table was prepared, we were warmly greeted and seated right away. The manager Tom ( I believe ) was extremely accommodating . I would highly recommend - Service , food , ambience was extraordinary !
Always spot on, this trip to Antonio's was no different. The wait staff each have years of experience and are effective, efficient and professional. My companion and I started with the Burrata - a fabulously rich combination of mozzarella and cream which was outstanding. My only, very minor suggestion, would be a fourth crostini to make sharing easier. For our entree, my companion had the Chicken Parmesan, a straight forward but excellent classic and I had the Pappardelle Bolognese which was also wonderful. We were happy to pay the reasonable $15 corkage fee to enjoy a bottle of 2002 Rudd Cabernet Sauvignon from our cellar.
Antonio's Upstairs is one of those restaurants that we should frequent at least monthly. We don't and we need to correct that.
We went to Antonio’s to celebrate our son’s recent promotion. We had such a nice experience from the moment we checked in until we left. We can highly recommend the Lobster Ravioli and the Chicken Marsala—both were some of the best we’ve ever had. Service was attentive and professional. We will definitely return on our next trip to Orlando.
We got together with family. Had a spectacular time. The only complaint would be the aircondlting was not working quite like normal. We were all sweating but the food and the service made up for it and we had a superior dinner. A big Thank you to the Bartender Meghan and our Server Sarah. Meghan is a top shelf bartender who is always happy to accomplish any task we may have and always asks us about our family and ourselves. Sarah is new but is rolling into the Antonio's family very nicely. We frequent Antonio's quite a bit and always find a good time, good food and wonderful help when needed shopping in the Market.
I took clients to dinner to celebrate their 60th anniversary. The food was great and well described by our server especially the sauce for the marsala. Sever was very attentive and accommodating with some food allergies. Good size portions also. My only complaint is on my cocktail. An up Manhattan should never be shaken because that clouds a drink when not needed. There was also ice chips on the top. Also please lose the fluorescent red cherries and get good quality cherries for this classic drink. Great lounge seating.
Always a wonderful meal! Service was a little slow but they were really busy. I absolutely love the bruschetta, I just wish for the price they gave more of it because it's that good! I had the Capellini D'Angelo which was so light and refreshing, I highly recommend! The chicken parm, chocolate cake and creme brûlée were also delicious!
One of our favorite places in Orlando. Fancy upstairs or funky downstairs in the deli (yes, you are in the middle of a real Italian deli), can't beat this for Italian in Orlando. Downstairs only charges $5 corkage fee for wine which is otherwise very reasonably priced.
