Just finished up a grueling tax season. Took the family to dinner. We sat on the outside patio to enjoy the cool weather and view of lake Lily. The service was excellent and the food prepared to perfection. The shrimp fettuccini was very tasty and seasoned well., the veal soft and tender.
I would strongly recommend a visit.
Went with my 95 year old dad who had been ill and finally felt better and wanted to take us out to dinner...he wanted veal so we chose Antonios and at 8 pm on a Saturday night they were OUT OF VEAL MEDALLIONS..we nearly left in disappointment but I have to say his filet mignon was delicious as was my swordfish and husband's stuffed veal chop. Our server was lovely but I expected more of a response from management...they were out of veal medallion dishes (picatta, Masala, parmagiana) and out of chicken parm. It was a great meal but I would hesitate to go back and be disappointed again by a kitchen that doesn't know how to plan for a Saturday night :(
Antonio's Upstairs is our favorite Florida restaurant. We make sure when we are in the Winter Park area that we book at Antonio's. We have never been disappointed. Food and service are always great! Ttheir cocktails are original and tasty, never watered down. Have already booked them for Mothers Day!
This was our first time dining, and we were seated on the balcony. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious! We also enjoyed their traditional, Italian cocktails and an Italian red blend. We entered through the ground-floor shop, which I simply must visit again on my own. Our first reaction at the end of our dining experience is that we want to go again very soon.
Antonio's upstairs was a treat for us - we have lived in the area for many years, and have dined in the downstairs market - but never upstairs. It is not formal but rather smart business or business casual, and it was a great date night experience. Comfortable environment, our table was ready on-time, and service was attentive. We both had a dinner special for the night which was well prepared, and although we were full, we each had dessert as well! This was our first time upstairs and we will visit again.
Makayla was amazing! Great food and service as always!
Love that the waiters have been there for years. Great food!
IMHO the best restaurant in the area. The food is always outstanding, and the daily specials are SO good. The staff is wonderful. We love Les and Todd and have known them and Juan for many years. It truly is a great restaurant.
Excellent food. Older crowd
Always a great meal and dining experience. We are on the balcony. Nice.
All 4 of us ordered the salmon medium well. All 4 of us got end pieces rather then the normal center cut filet. When we asked our waiter, he claimed the chef butterflied the center cut filet so it would cook more evenly. That turned out NOT to be true. These were just the end pieces. So the kitchen got rid of 4 end pieces on unsuspecting guests who were upstairs to celebrate a very special occasion. I cut down my normal 20% tip but I should have cut it down even further. Not sure we will ever come back upstairs. Downstairs is much nicer and better food.
Fantastic food and amazing service. our server was prompt ad accurate.
Antonio's has been a favorite for years. If good quality, great service and a lovely atmosphere are what you're looking for, then this is the place for you. Nice wine selection and chef specials too. If you're looking for a more casual experience, Antonio's market restaurant is another favorite. Either way you're sure to enjoy a wonderful meal.
Great table service, Fresh cooked to order menu, always a pleasure. 👍
So amazing. One of my favorite Italian restaurants in central Florida. Frank, our server, was exceptional!
Delicious food, always! I recommend the Zuppa di Pesce...yummy.
Been there many times and always excellent. The staff, food and ambience are great.
As always, one of the best place in town. However, the wine list should be revisited to allow moderate-priced wines, so sales will probably increase. Wine list prices are inconsistent with the wine list published on the Web.
This restaurant has gone DOWNHILL. The quality of the food is POOR. I had the Mahi Mahi and it had NO TASTE ( raw on the inside, so I left half of it) other than the burn of the grill.
There is a problem with their grill that leaves a strong taste in the food.
The entire restaurant smells like burnt grill and the air is stagnant and it is hard to breathe.
My clothes were stinking of burnt grill when I got home.
They need to check their air conditioning and vents.
The managers are very efficient and the service was very good.
Always a pleasure!
We had a wonderful experience for our 10th Anniversary. The food was delicious and the service was very good.
I've lived in Orlando for more than 10 years & this was my first time here. The food was good. The service was good. But, basically, I was pretty underwhelmed.
Fantastic as usual always so accommodating, awesome food and service. Very fair pricing. Keep it up because we will be back.
Have dined here several times with excellent cuisine and wonderful, attentive service. This time the food was outstanding -- the yellowfin tuna specials the ladies ordered were exceptional. Large, perfectly prepared and very flavorful. My linguine with white clam sauce and my colleague's pasta Bolognese were terrific. The meal could not have been better. Although it was a Saturday evening and very crowded, our waiter did not skip a beat. He made sure everything was on time and he explained to the chef the dietary restrictions of one of our diners. One of Central Florida's best Italian/Continental dining establishments.
Always wonderful and a wide variety of foods .. there were large parties nearby but we were still able to have a wonderful dining experience in our own foursome party !
This was our first visit as we celebrated Valentines Day. We enjoyed the “upstairs “ experience from the very beginning. Our host seated us earlier than our reservation time. We were seated inside with a window view to the outside porch where other patrons were enjoying dinner and the outside scenic vistas. Our food was excellent and presented in a timely and efficient manner. Each serving was evenly spaced so we could enjoy a wonderful experience at our own pace. We truly felt special on this evening thanks to the terrific Antonio’s STAFF. Upon finishing dinner we chose to visit and shop in their downstairs grocery and cafe. Once again we were greeted by a very distinguished gentleman in a bow tie. He assisted us with a wealth of knowledge about the many excellent food choices and we were so impressed that we purchased several food items for home. We will certainly return in the the future and highly recommend ANTONIOS to anyone who would love a very special dinning out experience.
Delightful lunch date on Valentine's Day with hubby of 52 years. Michaela is a terrific server, wonderfully attentive. Had tomato cauliflower soup with chicken and sausage angel hair in pink sauce, tasty and filling. Tiramisu for dessert, perfect!
We had our anniversary dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant. As usual, the table service was great and the food was terrific. As it was a Saturday night, the place was very busy so be prepared for a leisurely dinner. If you want a long peaceful evening, this is the place for you. Highly recommended for all occasions.
Always a great place to dine. Service is always wonderful and the food likewise.
We were a table of eight with a reservation. When we arrive our table was waiting for us. We were immediately offered beverages and given water while we looked over the wine list. Several of us ordered cocktails and the rest ordered two bottles of wine to share.
We ordered four appetizers and sat back to enjoy a pleasant evening.
Our beverages came, and the appetizers came shortly there after. We then ordered our entrées. There were eight entrées and at least one side dish ordered. Then we waited.
We had lots of conversation going and then a waiter brought bread. Another round of cocktails and another bottle of wine was ordered at this point
After we all had some bread we realized it had been quite sometime since we ordered our entrées. Right about then somebody who looked like they might have been a manager approached our table and apologize for our entrées taking so long. He said our order got put behind a large order of people that were in their private room. That’s all he offered by way of explanation.
Then we waited some more.
Finally our dinners arrived. The waitress came around with Parmesan and that was pretty much the last time we saw her while we were eating. We all sat around with empty plates or portions that we wanted to pack up for quite some time. When she finally came back we were able to box up what we wanted to take home.
A few minutes later they came out with a birthday dessert for one of our friends. They never offered us dessert menus prior to this so the other seven of us were not able to order desserts to have with her. Thankfully the portion she received was large enough and they gave us eight spoons but we never got separate plates.
At that point we were just done. It was our intention to order desserts all around and another bottle of wine.
It’s a shame the evening ended that way. The food was great but the service was subpar.
Everything fell into place giving us a great dining experience.
I had to change the number in our party several times on our reservation and they were wonderfully accommodating. The staff is friendly, informed and funny! We had a great group of friends (who are also business associates) there for dinner and we all agreed that this was the best Italian meal we'd ever had. THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT TO BE MISSED!
Just all around a great experience my wife and I have each time we go!
Awesome food! Great wine! Very attentive service.
Antonio’s is consistently a go to place. For something different try Angel-hair pasta with Bolognese but you need to order a side of Bolognese sauce and add it to your dish to make it outrageously delicious. You can only eat a third of it and wow — awesome leftovers. We sit at the bar upstairs because it has a vibrant feel and all of the bartenders reign supreme.
Probably just about our favorite dining spot in all of Orlando ( and we’ve been to many )! Great service and fabulous food. It’s a must visit every time we are in town.
Service was good. Food was really good even though waiting time was little longer than expected.
This is our favorite restaurant to celebrate special occasions. Food & service is always excellent. Decor, attentiveness of staff & food all makes this special.
Nice night with friends. Seated immediately, great drinks, good food and great service.
