Using only the freshest ingredients, Chef Avona's menu offers a diverse selection of pasta, steak, veal, chicken, and fresh fish which changes daily. Antonio also offers an Award Winning Pizza menu including Capricciosa, Margherita, and more. For wine aficionados, the wine list features an extraordinary selection of Italian wines, all very reasonably priced with many served by the glass.
Open Monday through Friday for lunch, and seven nights a week for dinner, Antonio invites you to enjoy their excellent wait staff and warm dining room ... or linger long on the marvelous outdoor patio. It's like spending an afternoon or evening in Tuscany!
Nice cosy table
I travel to Italy a lot. Particularly Tuscany. This is the only Italian restaurant I have found in the US that has equaled most of my experiences there. The food was excellent and on par with anything you can find in Tuscany. The service was top-notch...Well done, Antonio...
We are "fairly oftens" at Antonio. This trip was in response to their alerting us that Osso Buco was to be served soon. Had forgotten there was such a list. How awesome of them to follow up. And how doubly awesome the Osso Buco!!! One owes it to one's self!!
We were able to get a table for 2 on Saturday night using opentable. Upon arrival they did not have our reservation in the system. The host told us that Opentable will show availability when the restaurant is full. There were only 2 tables open upon our arrival and we were seated. The service was attentive and the chicken was prepared perfectly. Their port is a bit pricey though.
My boyfriend and I came here for our one-year anniversary. It was excellent! We ordered the complimentary house bread, focaccia bread, potato pasta, and I got regular pasta. All simple dishes done SO well. It was just lovely, and it served a perfect spot for our date with amazing food. We will be back!
I can always count on great food and attentive service at Antonio’s— one of our favorites.
I'm from New York so the bar is very high for Italian food. The veal parmesan was the best I've had outside of New York. The crab avocado appetizer was also out of this world.
The food and wine were excellent, esp. the breaded asparagus! My dinner group enjoyed the experience. Due to weather, patio unavailable. Without patios, place felt small w elevated noise level; a group was having a gathering of 20 or more in section next to us. The food was excellent, drawbacks were completely beyond the restaurant's control. I'll go back when it's nicer weather, and dine on the patio!
Antonio`s is the go to place for authentic Italian food. The wait staff has been there for many years - they are a great team and make you feel right at home. I have known these guys for at least 15 yers or more.
I have taken my best friends, extremely important clients, family and this eatery and the people never ever disappoint. We have done birthdays, company parties, date night and every occasion you can think of.
We loved it this time and so many times before. We will keep going back every chance we get.
Hooray for Antonio and his crew.
Linguine and clams is one of my favorite dishes, however, was not good at the restaurant. Also, wines by the glass are too expensive and the sauvignon blanc was bitter, switched to Chardonnay and that was the driest Chardonnay I’ve ever had.
The salmon with dill sauce was outstanding!! The broccoli was perfectly steamed. Wasn’t feeling Italian this night but I have dined with AR in past and my Italian food was just as outstanding. 😘
Great food. Service was a bit slow. not sure why.
Food is always good, I like the quiet atmosphere.
This was our first time at the restaurant but it won't be the last - it was a perfect evening with great service and unbelievable food - we sat outside on the side porch, which was nice and much quieter than inside which was quite energetic and loud - the food was top notch and service was on point - we'll be back!
I’ve been going here for years. My first bad meal ever. Ravioli was over cooked, not enough marinara, wife’s fish was not good, and lobster ravioli we bought for my granddaughters birthday... she ate very little at lobster market price! Not sure what’s happening to this fine eatery but they’ve lost their way!
Great setting, food and service
Thank you for a Great Birthday dinner! The complimentary deserts was so delicious. I was craving Italian food and the Alfredo was very good!
Excellent food and quality wine options. Truly Italian, which is hard to find in n Dallas. Dining room is Slightly congested, but conversation did not require turning up the volume. Neat and clean. Capable service
I recommend Antonio Ristorante to everyone looking for not just great Italian food but great food in general. The food is excellent, the wine selection is on point, and the staff is incredible. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
Understandably pric-ey. :-) Very good food, along with Mark the waiter was excellent. We were a bit apprehensive at first seated in a room "by ourselves", but it turned out to be quite romantic!
Loved this place! Food was excellent and the service was amazing. Quiet and quaint perfect for a date night or business dinner. Out door seating option a plus! I've already started recommending this restaurant to my family and friends.
Great food and service. Real tasty!
The food was excellent. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because the wait staff are More than likely undocumented aliens. It was difficult to order and even more difficult for them to understand. Not what I would expect from a higher end restaurant.
We had a party of 7 and was seated in the bar. A little noisy! We love the bread, dipping sauce and our salads. Waiter was asked to bring bread 2 times. Seemed like he had tables in the other room. We ordered and received all of our meals in a good time frame, although the restaurant was very busy. My meal of the crepes, as was the person seated next to me, was not very good. Just didn't care for it. It was pureed and made me think of baby food. I usually get the fresh clams and linguine. We had a birthday celebration, which I put on Open Table, but reminded our waiter about it. He brought a delicious Tiramisu with a lite candle for the birthday boy. We all had a taste and wished we could have more! I thanked the waiter and tipped accordingly. We love the patio at Antonio's! It is the perfect patio, open but private. We have gone to this fine restaurant for many, many years. We will definitely return. One last comment: Open Table should have been aware of the October Fest happening directly across the street that night and alerted us that streets were closed on the circle and importantly, where the valet had relocated to and what cross streets it was on. There was practically no parking available.
We love Antonio’s.... especially their patio. I must say, however, the Brussels sprouts were very flavorless.
Excellent place for dinner. Food is the best and great service
Favorite Italian spot in Addison! My boyfriend and I have been twice and each time we've had an incredible experience. Everything from food to staff to atmosphere!
Always, always great food and service.
Had our anniversary dinner here. Love the food. Service is great.
Nice dinner, nice service,,veal not as good as it once was
Our dinner club went to Antonio Ristorante and were so pleased with the service, delicious food and the fact that we could talk to one another without having to yell. It also has a lovely patio with pretty flowers and plants in a shaded area. The chef came out and spoke to us. We'll be back!
It’s getting better. A good place for an early Sunday dinner.
Large party. Excellent wait staff. We were able to conduct business without being distracted yet the staff was very attentive without being obtrusive. Most of the group had never been to Antonio...they’ve found a gem!
Wonderful food and service! Best Italian in Dallas! Great for my mothers birthday dinner.
Excellent as always
Cute little place with good Italian food. Ambiance is great and the service was very attentive and friendly. Perfect for a date night or meal with the in-laws!
Food was really good. Enjoyed the views and the make up of the restaurant. Pretty pricey but for a celebration we did not mind.
The atmosphere was perfect for a nice dinner and conversation. Our server knew the menu and wines. He was very experienced in knowing how to take care of your dinner needs after the order so as not to interrupt conversation. His name was Mark. Both the restaurant and Mark provided beautiful dinner entrees and experience. We felt like royalty even though we dressed in blue jeans.
