Antonia’s is arguably the best Italian restaurant in Key West. My wife loved her Carbonara on our last visit and said it was one of the best she has ever had. My potato gnocchi was good but the Gorgonzola sauce was a little strong for my liking. But that may just be personal taste. They have a nice wine list as well. This was our third time here so they clearly are doing things right
Overall very good!! One tiny thing was that our waiter seemed a bit stressed and the noise level was way to high for me and my parents. Otherwise great service and our waiter was really friendly and professional. The food was next-level amazing, one of the best meals I've ever had.
I have been going to this restaurant once a year, for twenty five years. Usually it stands above all others. However, this time the service was sub par, as we had to ask for bread, and then olive oil(which they delivered plain) ...and so on. The linguine with clams was mushy and the lamb chops were dry. However, the deserts were still amazing.
First time at Antonia's. We enjoyed our visit and would go back. The food, wine and service were all first class. One point, if you are looking for a wild, crazy Key West venue, this is not the place for you.
A truly good Italian Restaurant would have good grappa and appropriate grappa glasses!
Pasta sauces were very good
Brad was a fantastic waiter and would go back just to see him!
Always a must when visiting our yearly visit to Key West
I have dined here in years past and have always had a great experience. It was the first time for our friends and they loved it.
this was our first but it will not be our last visit to antonios
the service was seamless the food wonderful octopus to start and then seafood pasta with vodka sauce delicious
key lime pie was great and grappa to finish the evening hit the spot
Great food and excellent wine.
Great food with plenty of variety for all tastes. We ate here for lunch on our last visit to KW a year ago.We made a note to have dinner at Antonia's this year and it did not disappoint. I had the zuppa di pesce and my wife had the grouper dijonnaise special. Both were were excellent as was the service. Nice wine list. A repeater!!
I didn't expect any restaurant on Duval to be this good. We had calamari, mussels and escargot for appetizers and all were seasoned perfectly and cooked just right. Home made pastas were tender and paired with delicious sauces like Key West Pink Shrimp, seafood in a vodka cream sauce that was light and flavorful, and clams in white sauce. To close, we shared a key lime pie that was the real deal -- tart and sweet, light and melt in your mouth. Service was also phenomenal.
Family get together, a great experience as always.
Excellent dinner and service (Carlo).
This was a wonderful restaurant. Food was fantastic, all 4 in the party were extremely happy with their choices. Service was very good and the place ( an old house ) itself is really beautiful. Would go back in a minute.
Awesome Italian restaurant in Key West. Great food, service and ambiance.
We enjoyed dinner here on a recent quick getaway to Key West...service was attentive and our meal was quite good
My husband had pasta with Bolognese sauce and I had the grouper which was excellent! The best part of the meal though was the key lime pie ~ oh my!
The pasta was fresh and superb. The food overall was excellent and well priced from fish to meat. The ambiance is good and perhaps a little higher end than most of Key West but the dress is casual. Highly recommend with no negatives. One of the best in Key West.
To the Management at Antonia’s:
We had delicious food at your restaurant on Sat evening, Jan 27, 2018. We made a reservation for 745pm. There were 4 in our party. Unfortunately, the area in which we were seated was so tight that it ruined our evening. It was impossible to hold a conversation; it was very loud! We wish we had a dollar for every bang to our chairs as wait staff attempted to maneuver around our table! We simply could not enjoy ourselves!
We frequent Antonia’s... it was busy Saturday night service was a bit off, asked for the music to be turned down and it was not a problem. Food is always fabulous!
Very good food and service with good value relative to key west prices. Ample seafood in seafood linguine with tasty homemade linguine. Delicious amaretto coconut pie for dessert. Definitely recommend for a delightful evening.
Our second visit in the past year was every bit as enjoyable as the first. Delicious fresh yellowtail and black grouper. Tender gnocchi. Excellent heirloom tomato caprese and Caesar salad. Fine selection of wines, many from Italy. Just about perfect in every way.
Server made it a great night. Food was very good.
Server was struggling. Not sure if dbl seated or off night. Which started night off poorly. Wife ordered filthy Martini. Wasn't close. Started back talking to wife when she asked for more olive juice. Took forever for things to come out. Wives endive salad had no dressing. Wife's lasagna was cold in center had 2lbs of cheese on it. Here evening and experience not good. Mine was not either. My food was just food everyday ceaser, Bolognese needed more seasoning. Was just to busy to loud and frustrating. Had a great experience the previous yr. Hence why we came back. Not sure if we will next year.
Has been a staple in Key West for many years. The staff have been there many years with TK at the bar making all feel welcome. Wait staff are equally friendly and efficient. Excellent meat, seafood and pasta. The decor is now in need of some updating.
Is still one of our favorite restaurants. Have been going there for years and have never been disappointed. Make a reservation during the season.
We visited Key West for 5 nights we tried this restaurant the 1st night just becasue we were walking by and went back again for our last night on vacation! Ate at the bar and enjoyed both the service of TK behind the bar and the other diners at the bar - all so very nice and service was impeccable.
Did not have a good first experience with this restaurant. We arrived early, and although they had several tables open, they would not seat us and sent us away for 45 minutes. Upon returning, the open tables were STILL open. After we were seated and the waiter arrived, I asked for the restaurant's gluten-free options. He said, and I quote: "We don't really have any. All we can do for you is give you some fish and veggies." This restaurant needs to become more customer-focused, both in attitude and in menu options.
