Antonia’s Restaurant, located in the heart of Old Town Key West has been delighting the palates of locals and visitors for almost 40 years. The menu at Antonia’s Restaurant offers an array of the freshest local seafood dishes and a variety of traditional meat dishes made from the freshest ingredients prepared daily by our Classically Northern Italian trained chefs. Our private dining room will hold up to a maximum of 42 guests. It is upstairs and has a full bar and restroom separate from the main restaurant. The elegantly decorated room provides the perfect setting for a private or business seated dinner. We generally work directly from our regular dinner menu and will be glad to provide suggestions to perfectly accommodate your event needs.

Believed reviews on Opentable and they didn’t steer us wrong. Pleasant atmosphere, wonderful food - particularly the special of homemade pasta, steak tips and asparagus. Relaxed through dinner and after dinner drinks. No rush. Wonderful. Next time we’re in Key West it will be a must-do!
we stopped in for a simple meal and were not disappointed in our choices. A lovely salad topped with yellowtail snapper for Deb and Fettuccine Bolognese for me. Our server, however, was somewhat preoccupied and inattentive first in coming to take our order and later to collect our credit card and bill. The restaurant was lovely and quiet but not crowded so that added to our pleasure.
I had a veal chop that was flavorful and could be cut with a fork.Ravioli special and grouper were great.Calamari were spicy and delicious-amarone was perfect finish.Servive was great and not overbearing. Highly reccomend if you love Italian food and fresh homemade pasta
Antonias is by far my favorite place to eat in Key West. Ambience cannot be better. Service from the greeting at the door, through every element from initial drink to last drop of wine, to after dinner drink is warm and welcoming. TK at the bar is the lynch pin to anchor the experience.
Love this venue! Ambiance is great, very quite, low light. I'm sure during the tourist season they are quite a bit busier but we take advantage of the off season so not to deal with the crowds. The food was well prepared to taste, the presentation was excellent with the service impeccable.
Italian food - so really it was pretty good. But honestly, its only been three days and I can't remember what we ate. I do remember service being slow in taking our order and the food coming out. We drank a bottle of wine before the food came out. On top of it, I didn't even take a picture of the food, so I guess that just tells the story in its self.
A great place on Duval street! We went there for dinner at 7:15 but the restaurant didn't get busy until around 8 pm. Our server was very friendly, attentive and helpful from start to finish. The beet salad and calamari ( not the usual fried calamari) were quite good and everyone really enjoyed their meals though my husband thought the osso buco was a little gamey. I loved the scallops and lobster risotto and my son said the lamb chops were very good. Our 9 year old said "the gnocchi was very tasty."
The key lime pie, coffee and brownie dessert were all scrumptious. And if that wasn't enough, they gave us light Italian cookies too for the table. Highly recommended this fine restaurant!
Antonia's was a quiet and enjoyable dinner in the middle of the very busy Duval St. The service was excellent, friendly and prompt. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was exquisite and the homemade pasta was delicious! We loved and would definitely recommend it to everyone who likes Italian.
Always great!! I have been eating at Antonio's for 17 years and have never had a bite of food that wasn't excellent. All of the seafood is bought fresh daily from local providers. That is not always the case even in Key West. You can taste the difference! Try the potato gnocchi with gorgonzola cream sauce appetizer and any of the fresh fish for dinner. Always a winner! If you've never had panna cotta, it is a great dessert choice.
We arrived early, to be greeted by the host who wanted to seat us at the bar. Nice. Except his seats intended for us were about 8 seats apart from one another at the bar--generally not how we start date night. Sitting together is our preference. We politely declined, and asked for one of the many obviously open tables. The host suggested the bar, yet again, but this time the cramped little window seat about 4 inches from the back of patrons (at the bar). The window seat height was about 42 inches. Kinda awkward sitting with your feet not touching the ground and 4 inches behind others. And it's not really a seat; more a decorative window treatment.
We begged off when he realized we decided the place was not for us, and he started getting aggressive about how we could stand at the bar.
Mangoes down the street was AMAZING. Highly recommended. Romantic. Friendly. And exceptional FOOD!
Went here for lunch while we were in Key West after an Uber driver recommended it. It definitely did not disappoint. I got the shrimp in the red sauce and my got the lasagna. Probably some of the best lasagna ever. Our waiter, who might have been the manager, was awesome. With so many great restaurants in KW this one is a must. We will be back.
Beet salad appetizer, which my husband and I divided into, was very good, properly dressed and very tasty. We both ordered the linguine with clam sauce, and even though the sauce was very good and the clams very fresh, we thought the homemade pasta was a bit tasteless. Maybe it just needed a little salt. Forgot to mentionthat the bread they served beforehand was absolutely fantastic, a sort of crispy flatbread that they make in house. Our waiter was very professional and efficient.
Veal chop lacked salt n flavor, undercooked at first, returned to kitchen. Pasta entree with good flavor n fresh. Charged for desert despite reporting dislike with veal chop which was pricey n half eaten. Waiter friendly. Ok for the fresh pastas and not much else.
