Awesome meal, as usual, at AnticoPosto. The fish special, pistachio crusted branzino, was outstanding. Great service by Adan. Fun, festive atmosphere for the holidays.
Terrific spot. Everything about it was just right. The place was beautiful and clean. Food was superb. service was excellent. A definite go back. Great business dinner. Client was pleased.
My daughter and I have an annual Christmas shopping day at Oakbrook. We have been having lunch at Antico Posto for many years. The food is always good and there is a high energy vibe about the place. We like that it is small dining room with good service. This year's server was not quite up to the others as she forgot our wine oder and had to be reminded. However, I would still highly recommend this spot. I am also glad they are now on Open Table.
Was a full house. Waiter was great but wish he was more tentative
Wonderful dinner, service and overall dining experience.
Excellent as always. Never had a bad meal at antico posto.
Superb, as sleays
This is a favorite when we are in the mall area
The best part is for our server, his name was Guillermo, very attentive, good and very nice manners, very professional, down to earth, also the dinner was very good, fresh and tasteful, we were happy to be there. Thank you.
Food was surprisingly good. The atmosphere was festive.
We had a great dinner and great service from Memo, as usual.
Pizza is a favorite of mine. Also love the cheese and oil for dipping bread. Never really had a meal there I did not like. Pastas are wonderful also.
Always busy. But service is fast.
My sisters birthday— we enjoyed everything!
I always look forward to eating at Antico Posto whenever I go to Oakbrook Center. They have delicious food and wonderful service.
The service was fast! Our food came out fast and warm.
Always a treat here! We had the polenta fries and charred cauliflower to start. I would highly recommend either!!
I met a friend here for a holiday lunch. Wanted a tequila mule, but they were out of ginger beer. Opted for prosecco instead, which was good.
I ordered the soup and a spinach salad. The minestrone soup was good, but I would have enjoyed a bowl vs a cup, but wasn’t offered.
The spinach salad was spinach with Parmesan and a bland dressing. I did not see the option of adding a protein to the salad and server did not offer. It was hands down the most bland salad I have ever eaten. No offer of freshly ground black pepper or Parmesan for the soup.
My friend really likes this place, but I just don’t understand why. It wasn’t bad. It was just very underwhelming.
Our server was SUPER inattentive, she barely came around, I think she had 6+ tables, which she obviously couldn’t handle. My food was tasteless, I didn’t even eat it, she never even came back around to check how everything was and when she came to clear our plates and saw that I barely ate mine, she still didn’t care enough to ask how it was. It was my first experience at Antico Posto, and I can’t say that I would go back, $150 lunch for 3, TOTALLY not worth it. And the restaurant is extremely loud.
Food was amazing. Atmosphere was loud. Service was dismal. Was like she didn’t even want to wait on us.
Absolutely excellent food! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is 5stars all the way.
Gnocchi is my favorite. The crusted chicken was excellent. Avocado salad is so refreshing. I can't describe how the food is great every time!
I was served 2 glasses of warm flat prosecco. Then we were served cold food. Then asked if we wanted dessert and said no, however the server brought us a dessert to share for our Anniversary. Then charged us for it.
I used to come here years ago, rediscovered it earlier this year and just revisited since.
My only real complaint is the junior sized gin on the rocks. I'm not a cheapskate but c'mon Antico serve up an adult sized drink.
The wine list will take care of most tastes and almost all of the wines are offered by the glass in 3 and 6 ounce pours
The Caprese was tasty and the excellent grilled calamari appetizer was as tender as can be. The spaghetti Bolognese with sausage was excellent as well. Delicious. The service was good. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
The food was wonderful. The waitstaff were courteous and attentive. We really enjoyed our meal.
Outstanding as usual! The baked lasagna was excellent
We love Antico; but this time we had Daniella as our server —she is amazing! Seriously made our visit even better with her attentiveness and awesome personality.
Atmosphere is nice. Server was fantastic. Food is decent. I would have rather eaten dinner at home and had more variety.
Food was very good. Shrimp Scampi risotto very good but smallish portion for $24. Calamari was very fresh. Adan, our server, was exemplary...kind, attentive, thoughtfully.
This was our first visit. We regularly dine out and thought we’d give Antico Posto a try on a Saturday evening.
We ordered cocktails, as usual and noted my drink was overfilled with ice, affecting the flavor. The food was good, the service a notch above that.
The restaurant tables are densely packed, more than most, making ingress and egress from the tables a side shuffle zigzag experience. The noise level was quite high as a consequence.
On a less busy night, perhaps the experience would be different than ours, but we left with mixed feelings about coming back.
Staff very pleasant. Food was great
Always asked if this was your first time. It was for us and they explained food in detail.
Service was solid, food was poorly executed (over cooked salmon and shrimp, lacked adequate seasoning), equating to poor value.
Awesome, as always. Food is always great and staff is friendly and efficient. Always a great experience!
Our waiter was very good. Love the desserts for $1.50.
We had a birthday dinner. Food was great, everyone loved their selection. Table was large enough. Prices are a very good value.
Birthday dinner- it was lovely start to finish- including the yummy piece of cake with candles. Waiter was patient yet ready to take our order...he was great. Nice place.
After we were able to get side plates, off another table, remind server it was the “shrimp/pasta special” and not Diablo it was the usual good place to eat and drink, As usual, entirely too loud and over-crowded. Heaven help one if you had to get out in a hurry. Wait staff and host stand all very pleasant. Many thanks. Happy Holidays.
Waited 25 minutes past our reservation to be seated.
They removed my favorite meal from the menu, so I’m pretty disappointed. I tried something new that was good, but just not the same as my favorite go to.
always a good meal and less crowded than other Lettuce Entertain You restaurants.
Food was excellent. It took a little while for the wait staff to greet us but once they started the service was fine.
