What is promised at this buffet, and what is delivered, are two completely different things. Prime rib was average, beef Wellington pretty much awful, and lamb average. Recommend you stick with the lobster, which was good. Some of the items in the buffet line were completely dried out, such as the eggs Benedict and chicken strips. In general, the food was pretty much room temperature; I’m not sure why they would serve it this way. Try to get reservations as soon as they open, say 11:30 or noon, and things may be better. Some of the staff seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. Our table server was excellent though. They say to dress business casual, but basically anything goes. I would only recommend this buffet for those wanting lobster. A much better overall experience with consistent high quality food is Bacchanal. Or, you could try one of the excellent AYCE sushi and robata places in Vegas. Overall, this was a disappointing experience for us.

We received terrible service here. Our waitress dropped off our drinks and then never came back to our table until she brought the bill. We noticed the table next to us had a different waiter, and he came back to their table 7 or 8 times during their meal. For $100 a person, I expected better and more consistent service. The food, although good, was not enough to make up for the experience. The only really stand out dishes in terms of flavor were the lobster tails and beef Wellington, and the beef Wellington was even slightly disappointing because they were stingy with it - it was sliced very thin and got mangled by a dull knife until it was more of a pile than a slice. Everything else on the buffet (which wasn’t much) was just ok. The dessert station was disappointing as well - very little selection, maybe about 10 desserts that were almost all some variety of layered chocolate mousse cakes, and none of them were labeled. There was a sign that listed all of the desserts, but with all of them being so similar, it was difficult to tell what was what. We tried about 8 different deserts and didn’t finish any except the crème brûlée. The others were all bland, and like I said before were very similar.

Wow very impressive!! service , food was top notch . Lobsters , prime rib and beef Wilmington was incredible !! Iwent back atleast 3x for the sesame item I got my moneys worth . I would recommend this place to everyone . I can’t wait to come back here again!! Keep up the good work !!

We always come to Anthony’s. The service and food is the epitome of most culinary delights. We love this place and always come to it at least 2 to 3 times a month and frequent it more often than other establishments. Wish to recognize Florin our server that we regularly request for every reservation. This is a must experience location located at the M Resort.

Our clam chowder was delicious 😋 our salad and appetizer were also delicious 😋 but our ribeye steak was awful. It had a lot of fat and gristle on it and was supposed to be medium rare but served very rare. This is the first time we’ve had our ribeye steak not be perfectly cooked and never had so much of the meat was fat and gristle. We enjoy Anthony’s but might think again about ordering the ribeye steak

This was our first time (6-8-2025), and I was disappointed! The best part was the lobster - it was perfectly cooked. The Prime rib was way too salty and lacked any real flavor. The Wellington was a great disappointment, the pastry was not even, the thing was over cooked and very salty. The Crab was good as was the shrimp. The sushi was warm from sitting too long and I felt was not safe to eat. The other items were well presented and did have good taste, but the main focus items (PR, Wellington, Lobster) should be a showstopper at that price. The deserts were a good mix but could not find anything that was sugar free as some people can't have sugar items. Our server was the best thank you Raj!

Being that you have to book this way in advance. I expected more and felt the food was just good. Some hit or misses. Overcooked beef wellington, lobster tails too chewy, and only 1-2 desserts that were tasty. Snow crab legs and service from staff plus manager were only outstanding parts of this buffet. This was a one and done. So many other better options for half the price.
