My wife and I went for our anniversary. We have been to Golden Steer and can say Anthony's is just as good. The food and service were amazing! My wife got the crab legs, and I got the pork chops. Pork chops were melt in your mouth delicious. Both are just excellent. We will definitely be going back.

Food was outstanding. I had the Halibut and my husband had the Sea Bass. Both were very tasty. We each had the Oysters Rockefeller for appetizers. The best around. Our food server Derick was great.

Braised short ribs could have used a little more seasoning the ribs were tender. The Louie salad was delicious

I’ve dined at Anthony’s Prime Steakhouse several times over the years and have always appreciated the upscale ambiance and service—it’s a beautiful spot with great energy inside the M Resort. This most recent visit, like others before it, was comped, which we appreciated. That said, I feel compelled to mention that the food has consistently leaned very salty. This has been our main issue each time we’ve dined here. As someone who used to genuinely enjoy this steakhouse, it’s disappointing to see prices go up while the seasoning seems to go unchecked. For a high-end steakhouse, balance in flavor is key—especially when it comes to steak. If the kitchen can rein in the salt levels a bit, I truly believe this place could regain its former appeal and earn even more loyal customers. Hoping to see some adjustments in the future because the potential is certainly there.
