I’ve dined at Anthony’s Prime Steakhouse several times over the years and have always appreciated the upscale ambiance and service—it’s a beautiful spot with great energy inside the M Resort. This most recent visit, like others before it, was comped, which we appreciated. That said, I feel compelled to mention that the food has consistently leaned very salty. This has been our main issue each time we’ve dined here. As someone who used to genuinely enjoy this steakhouse, it’s disappointing to see prices go up while the seasoning seems to go unchecked. For a high-end steakhouse, balance in flavor is key—especially when it comes to steak. If the kitchen can rein in the salt levels a bit, I truly believe this place could regain its former appeal and earn even more loyal customers. Hoping to see some adjustments in the future because the potential is certainly there.

Absolutely incredible dinner yet again!! The Waygu special was perfect!! We also had the new steak tartare on bone marrow… OMG just delicious! Bruno our server, top notch as always!

The food and service was top notch. Only bad thing is securing a reservation. It had taken me over three years of continuous trying to finally experience all of the hype and it met all of my expectations.

Anthony's Prime Steak & Seafood at the M is a hidden gem in the Las Vegas valley. They have an amazing happy hour menu with BOGO appitizers, soups and salads as well as a nicely rounded main menu. Brian, Jordan and Gil made our night very special with their attentiveness. Everything was fabulous, thank you for making our anniversary memorable.

What is promised at this buffet, and what is delivered, are two completely different things. Prime rib was average, beef Wellington pretty much awful, and lamb average. Recommend you stick with the lobster, which was good. Some of the items in the buffet line were completely dried out, such as the eggs Benedict and chicken strips. In general, the food was pretty much room temperature; I’m not sure why they would serve it this way. Try to get reservations as soon as they open, say 11:30 or noon, and things may be better. Some of the staff seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. Our table server was excellent though. They say to dress business casual, but basically anything goes. I would only recommend this buffet for those wanting lobster. A much better overall experience with consistent high quality food is Bacchanal. Or, you could try one of the excellent AYCE sushi and robata places in Vegas. Overall, this was a disappointing experience for us.

We received terrible service here. Our waitress dropped off our drinks and then never came back to our table until she brought the bill. We noticed the table next to us had a different waiter, and he came back to their table 7 or 8 times during their meal. For $100 a person, I expected better and more consistent service. The food, although good, was not enough to make up for the experience. The only really stand out dishes in terms of flavor were the lobster tails and beef Wellington, and the beef Wellington was even slightly disappointing because they were stingy with it - it was sliced very thin and got mangled by a dull knife until it was more of a pile than a slice. Everything else on the buffet (which wasn’t much) was just ok. The dessert station was disappointing as well - very little selection, maybe about 10 desserts that were almost all some variety of layered chocolate mousse cakes, and none of them were labeled. There was a sign that listed all of the desserts, but with all of them being so similar, it was difficult to tell what was what. We tried about 8 different deserts and didn’t finish any except the crème brûlée. The others were all bland, and like I said before were very similar.

Wow very impressive!! service , food was top notch . Lobsters , prime rib and beef Wilmington was incredible !! Iwent back atleast 3x for the sesame item I got my moneys worth . I would recommend this place to everyone . I can’t wait to come back here again!! Keep up the good work !!
