The Oyster's Rockefeller was exceptional as was the bread, crab cakes and desserts. They didn't ask how I wanted the salmon cooked, and it was medium, which was overcooked for me. Also there was too much butter on the broccoli. Great view especially at sunset.
The food was amazing and our waitress couldn’t have paid less attention to us. We watched her chat with other wait staff as we waited for a dessert menu, coffee, our checks. We were a big party, she could have gotten another round of drinks from us had she bothered to check. Thank goodness the food was delicious.
The food obviously sat under a heat lamp. They were out of the feature item.
Nice staff. Food wasn’t bad just not superb for the price.
Beautiful view, delicious food, wine and dessert. Our friends visiting from out of town were impressed. We usually go to the Kirkland Anthony's but this will make the trip into the city for special occasions from now on!
We have been to Anthony's several times, and have always been very pleased with our meals and the atmosphere. This time the atmosphere was great, but we were disappointed with a couple of the meals. Unfortunately mahi-mahi was not available. The waiter said that they had just run out - at 6:45 on a Thursday! The raw oysters were great, but the crispy oysters were disappointing. Not a great evening.
Great service and great food. A little pricey but well worth it!
Beautiful views, delicious seafood, lovely ambiance.
A bit outdated decor, but outstanding views and service!
We love Anthony’s and we’re sorry when the Shilshole Anthony’s closed. Food is always fresh and tasty and service is attentive and you can hear people talk. Always an enjoyable dining experience b
We actually got a gift certificate from a radio contest for a Dinner for 2. I have to say that I was truly disappointed with the food here. I got the king crab and my fiance got the rib eye. Both of our entrees were DRENCHED in butter and salt. My crab was dripping a pool of butter onto the table in addition to having your typical butter for dipping. I understand a lot of people like butter on their crab and that might be up some people's alley, but crab is so delicious on its own and it just mostly tasted like butter and salt. My fiance's steak was extremely salty. The sides were just plain boiled broccoli, and fries. The calamari was good and my caesar salad was also good. It was $65 full price for my entree. My fiance took his rib-eye home after a few bites and fed it to the dog... :( I really rarely write reviews, but I feel that this was overpriced for the quality of food that you get. Also, the restaurant was not very busy and there were multiple times that my water glass sat empty for about 10 min. I realize I'm sounding pretty picky, but our meal would have been probably around $150-200 with everything that we got (appetizers, entree, dessert) and I would have been very disappointed if we had paid that. Considering we got this meal free (we just had to pay the tax and gratuity), we felt like we couldn't complain... If we would have been paying for this meal, my fiance would have sent his steak back. :( I guess you mostly pay for the view here. Also, side note... I grew up eating Anthony's at Homeport Gig Harbor and my first job was actually as a hostess there in high school... I guess I just remember it being better than what we got. :(
While I have enjoyed this restaurant in the past, this experience will lead me not to return in the future. The service was slow, and could best be described as unweloming. A water refill took 40 minutes and a complaint about the food was not acknowledged.
The calm chowder was amazing unfortunately my Ahi came cold. When they reheated it was over cooked on outside and lukewarm in the inside.
The staff was kind enough to comp our dinner and provided an amazing dessert.
I ordered the Lemon Risotto with Prawns. The prawns were cooked with a very spicy seasoning to the point that I could only eat a couple of them. I had head and neck radiation and cannot tolerate anything this spicy. There was nothing in the menu description that would have indicated the spiciness. I went to dinner early. They got busy and of course when you dine alone you get ignored with refills of water which was true here. The martini was WAY overpriced $16.50! However the clam chowder was some of the best I have had.
Your table was waiting for us upon arrival, so we were seated immediately. They were not completely booked so we got a lot of attention on the menu from the waiter. We had a great evening.
there was no huckleberry lemonade, which was very disappointing
Pier 66 is an excellent combination of superior food, service, and ambiance. I highly recommend it for a special time in this beautiful city.
I wasn’t sure if we were just going to a tourist spot but we had a great time. Service was great. My wife loved the sturgeon and the crab cakes were excellent.
Fabulous evening! The ambiance immediately put me at ease - it was both inviting and sophisticated. The view that was spectacular. The food was outstanding (and affordable), and was equally matched by the service. I look forward to my next visit.
HI - I was there to celebrate my bday. While I appreciated the free cake and ice cream, where were the singers? Just kidding. Guess I'm a kid at heart.
We had a lovely time. Thank you.
Great service! We loved the Pier 66 Stack as an appetizer. Entree's were fantastic.
Our waiter was fantastic, he made dining fun and a great pleasure. Never rushed, he knew his foods and wines.
Anthony’s offers great views and a nice setting - great for a romantic date. Overall, our group was not that impressed by the food. Compared to other restaurants in the area, it was not that great. Certainly not worth the money you spend on it. If visiting, I recommend the pear martini.
Forgot our appetizer. But still pretty yummy!
We took out son & daughter out for the dinner, and it was awesome. We started out with the dungeness crab cakes, and they were so good, almost ordered more. We had the sturgeon dinner with risotto, which was cooked to perfection. Only concern was my son had the mahi-mahi dinner and was over loaded with sauce, but otherwise was very good.
Great service, and having the window seat was a great view post sunset.
Great place with a nice view of the Sound and Harbor. Fish was fresh but sauce was a bit bland.
Used to be one of our favorites, it’s a bit past it’s prime. Servive slow and low quality - when they brought drinks they forgot my wifes, and then took another 10 mins to bring. Food very average. Super location and view, but doesn’t make up for tiring food and service.
The King Salmon was amazing. Our drinks were great also. It was a great choice for Valentines dinner!
My wife has a shellfish allergy, we told the waiter and he blew us off. She felt unsafe to order food. Longer story than I feel to type out but we will not be back. If there are any questions or comments I will answer them.
I have never been disappointed at Anthony's. Food and service is excellent and the view is great.
The view was beautiful from the restaurant and the food was delicious and service was great we loved it!
Not great for kids but otherwise very good! Nice view, and goof service.
Stopped for dinner with an old friend who was in town for business. Great service and wonderful table. The food left a lot to be desired.
Went right to my table, great food and friendly service
Tom our waiter was great. And their lobster special is better than ever.
Outstanding seafood and a great venue on the waterfront
Wonderful view in a perfect location. Food and service were wonderful. I highly recommend Anthony’s Pier 66.
Best Crab cakes Ive had, very little filler if any. Caesar salad delicious just the right amount of everything.
Spot prawns with creamy risotto so good
Great view even at night, excellent service.
Cant wait to go back
