Hadn’t been to Anthony’s Fish Grotto for quite a while. The food was very well prepared and served in a timely fashion. All enjoyed their meal and said they will be returning.

Nice place. Really like the atmosphere. It was cold outside and the restaurant was cold also. Not sure if they keep it that cold or if it was because the sliding door to the outside dining area kept opening??? Most people dining were wearing jackets and/or coats. Our food was great!

I took my mother for her 70th Birthday lunch. I am not a seafood fan, so I ordered a Turkey BLT, which had a Teeny Tiny eraser size piece of bacon on one side and one side of the sandwich was soggy. My mother's Seafood dish looked like a bunch of greasy batter. She only ate a couple bites. The server was attentive and the view over the water was great. We will never be back.

Good old standby for fish. Nice lake view but can be noisy inside. Nice outside dining except for the freeway noise. Some items over-priced. Generally, good food and good service.

Good food, good service, that's why Anthony's is so popular. Nice view of their man-made lake with outdoor dining if you like.

My family has been coming here for years, it's a great place to get excellent Sea food and still maintain a "casual" experience.
Appetizer and Main course are always very good. Appetizer menu alone could Sub for dinner...
Just happened to notice they have added 4% SURCHARGE (it's probably been there, just didn't notice) !! THE CLAIM IS IT'S TO "OFFSET GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS"!!
B.S., IT'S THE RESTAURANT AND GHIO FAMILY LINING THEIR POCKETS!! (known them for years)
THIS POLICY WAS PUT IN PLAY TO OFFSET MINIMUM WAGE INCREASE AND NOTHING ELSE! THEY'VE BEEN IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS FOR OVER 50 YEARS AND HAVE SURVIVED EVERY MINIMUM WAGE INCREASE THATS COME OUT..!!
WHEN THEY TAKE THE 4% AND GIVE IT DIRECTLY TO THE COOKS WAIT STAFF I'LL BE HAPPY..
IF I TIP MY WAITRESS AT 20% AND ADD 4% TO THE BILL, I HAVE EFFECTIVELY TIPPED 24%..!! That's a big tip..
If you're adding 4% to my meal cost, where's my VALUE??
Will you PROMISE, NOT to raise prices for 8 years in order to remain "affordable" , probably not... Bottom line is...
END THIS POLICY NOW!!!

We enjoyed our lunch "date" at Anthony's. My family has been going there for over 40 years.
The food is always delicious and it's enjoyable to watch the ducks play in the lake.

Never disappointing....ALWAYS very good!!! My husband has Celiac & they have a gluten free menu including french fries which are hard to find for Celiacs. The fish is always fresh & beautifully prepared. It's our go-to spot for seafood.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh and the service is excellent. The pond and ducks add to the experience. Although I don't have a dog, I appreciate that they have an outdoor seating area for those who do so they can bring their fur babies with them. Overall this an excellent choice for dining. I highly recommend this restaurant.

First time visit for many in our "friend" group. Although not busy, dinner service was much slower than expected. However, everyone loved the food. Anthony's New England clam chowder was a hit.

Great Place. We were missing Anthony's since they were forced to close Bay location. We were also checking wedding venues for our daughter. This is a great location with nice view of their lake and fountains. Highly recommend for any meal. We were there for Sunday Lunch and it was very quiet with great surroundings.

This was our first visit to this particular Anthony's. We had frequented the past Anthony's often.
We found the food very good, however, we felt the service was rushed. I barely had time to eat only half of my appetizer when they brought the dinner. My husband and one of our friends also had that problem. We were a table of four. This dinner was over Two Hundred dollars and I'm not sure I will return even though we truly enjoyed the food.

My family used to come here for special occasions when we lived nearby some 55 years ago. Our dinner was just as I remembered, delicious, and the service was terrific. Thank you so much for letting me share part of my history with my husband. Anthony's is a gem.

Anthony's on the pond has been one of our very favorite restaurants. We have always loved their lobster. But tonight, the lobster was not up to par at all. So, why? A different chef, perhaps? We are not sure, but we were sorely disappointed. One of us has the sirloin along with the lobster, and it was hard to cut and not very good. So, our dinner was far overpriced for what we received tonight. The bar made me the wrong drink and our waitress did not notice it. She offered to take it back, but we refused, not wanting to wait. Her service was great, but she should have noticed that they made the wrong drink. We will go back, but if we receive the same lobster next time, or a not-so-up to par piece of steak, or a wrong drink, we will not return.

Going to Anthony's is nice now. They've remodeled it and it feels like your in Peoh's east. Fewer waterfalls and no ocean...but there is a big pond, outdoor water falls with a night color show. When the weather is nice (most of the time) you can enjoy al fresco dining for a reasonable price. Good service, fresh seafood...my son enjoyed his steak here more than at 94th Aerosquadron.

They've taken major steps backwards since they used to serve deep fried crab claws in the 80's. I ordered the shrimp Trio. The shrimp were small and flavorless, six of them had barbecue sauce on them as their sauce, the six garlic ones were equally tasteless. The clam chowder which is usually good at this place, had large chewy clams which I don't care for. The coconut shrimp were drowned and sauce and were soggy, though at least with the coconut they had some taste. The vegetables were Bland and tasteless. Pretty bad when your French fries are the best part of your meal.
