About Anthony's Creative Italian Cuisine
One visit to Anthony’s creative Italian cuisine & you will be hooked. As you walk into one of three beautifully redesigned dinning rooms, in a building that dates back to the 1930’s, you will smell the aromas of the freshest ingredients and spices, which are used to create the unique menu. This coupled with the warm earth tones & natural lighting from the oversized windows makes dining here a truly special experience. Outdoor café dinning when weather permits adds to the romantic ambience.
As you are escorted to your table you can’t help but notice the beautifully crafted temperature controlled oak wine cabinet which houses up to 200 bottles of wine. Since the restaurant is a BYOB, the owners wanted to provide customers with a place to store their favorite wines so they are readily available each time they visit. Anthony’s also offers the use of any of their dinning rooms for private events.

Anthony's Creative Italian Cuisine Ratings and Reviews
Food was delicious, service was wonderful. We had a reservation for 7:45 and it was very busy when we arrived with others waiting as well, we didn’t get seated until around 8:15 so Anthony had given us a complimentary antipasti appetizer which I thought was very generous and professional. Would dine there definitely again and recommend it !
Went to Anthony's with friends to celebrate my husband's birthday during SJ Hot Chefs Harvest Week - 4 courses for $35.00. Our food was delicious: shrimp romano, pork osso bucco, chicken saltimbocca - all prepared to perfection. Our service was excellent, as always. Anthony never disappoints!
Best Fall Harvest meal ... ever, hands-down. I started with a rich pumpkin ravioli duo and then a fig salad chock full of sweet figs, sharp goat cheese, tomatoes and greens. The hubs started with sausage/peppers/onions (made me move the warm, crusty bread so he would stop eating it with his starter) followed by stuffed eggplant (more reason to use that yummy bread). We both opted to upgrade our entree to the bone-in rib eye and boy are we glad we did. We both agreed that these were better than steakhouse meals that we’ve enjoyed in the past. Meal ended with warm blueberry bread pudding for me and pumpkin gelato for him along with large cups of hot, delicious coffee. All of this for only $41 a meal thanks to the South Jersey Hot Chefs week. Now I’m wishing for a South Jersey Hot Chefs Winter Week !!!!
We went for the Hot Chefs special and had a great time. The choices were much better than some of the other participating restaurants and everything was great. The amount of food was better than expected and everything that any of us had was above par and delicious. We will go back.
Unlike other visits to Anthony's, there was a delay in getting menus and confusion as to who was our server. I don't know if the staff was overwhelmed by the numbers on a Tuesday but we had to ask for menus and then felt rushed to order. The food maintained the same quality and, definitely, a local gem.
Anthony's is our go to spot for any occasion. Celebrating a Birthday, Anniversary or just want romantic enjoyable dinner for two. They also have a very nice private party room . Anthony and John take great pride in their restraunt and the platters they present tell it all. Everything is prepared fresh and presented beautifully. My favorite is the Chealean Sea Bass. My husband usually gets the Filet Minon. Calamari, Clams Casino and Anthony's homemade Soups and freshly made Salads our great starters. We usually don't order desserts, but they're sure to please. This B.Y.O.B. Located Station Ave. in Haddon Hts. N.J. Is a sure to top your list as well.
Went here for my husband's birthday and had a wonderful meal. We were served fresh hot bread along with roasted vegetables and seasoned olive oil. We started off with crab bisque -- it was rich, thick, and lots of crabmeat. Our entrees were veal marsala and local sausage with rigatoni; both were very good -- the veal marsala came with asparagus and mashed potatoes. We had to at least look at the dessert menu and couldn't resist trying the tiramisu and mixed berry sorbet -- again both were absolutely wonderful! We will definitely go back again.
We went to Anthony's for my parents' anniversary. We were a party of 10 and had a couple of small children with us. They were great at accommodating our needs. The food was great and the Sunday Supper menu was a fantastic value - 3 courses for $25. I would definitely recommend to others.
Anthony's never fails to please us ... great food (we went for the new fall menu) and great service (they were short a server but you would never have known it - remarkable staff). I had the Burrata Salad and my husband loved his mussels. Main course was a perfectly cooked pork chop for me (so moist & flavorful) and striper for him. Leave room for the seasonal fig & honey gelato.
This is the second time we have been to Anthony's and we would definitely return. It is a quaint restaurant with great food and excellent service. Highly recommend the short rib pappardelle and the honey fig gelato...both were awesome but everything else we ordered was excellent too. If you are looking for a great BYOB, this is the place to go.
Dinner with our good friends Fran and Cheryl. Hadn't been to Anthony's for some time and found the food, from the delicious appetizers to our main courses, were prepared perfectly. The roasted Chilean Sea Bass was wonderful, as was my wife's veal with shrimp. Great meal in downtown Haddon Heights. Quaint and comfortable!
