Love this restaurant. Had table ready at our reservation time. Food is always exceptional.
Food was excellent, ingredients fresh and local. Complimentary champagne for anniversary. Loved it
We came in with a dietary restriction that we noted on the reservation. The waiter and chef had already discussed the restriction and made recommendations to meet the need. All food was excellent and the service was outstanding! They had a live guitar player that played soft background music that my wife thought was a recording. He never stopped playing the entire time we were there.
Outstanding as usual!
Wonderful dinner with friends. Complementary champagne to celebrate our anniversary was greatly appreciated.
Fantastic food and service!
Food was great but it was a little louder than I was hoping for.
Always the best. The ribeye is to die for. And the berry cobbler with extra ice cream is a must.
As always, we had an amazing experience at Antebellum. Appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts were just fabulous. Can not wait to return!!!
Surprising combination of foods. Staff was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The menu changes seasonally but there are some staples, one is the foie gras creme brulee! I only wish there was more!
I was a bit disappointed with the steak - it was a very thin cut. Very tasty. Hard to cook a thin steak the way I like it - rare+.
Consistently excellent food and service is what I expect when dining at Antebellum and once again they did not disappoint. I had the salmon while my wife had the chicken with the fried green tomatoes. My salmon was prepared exactly the way I like it and my wife throughly enjoyed her meal. They had a half off per bottle of the wine under $50 that night and the choices were very good.
My husband made reservations for my birthday dinner, our first time at Antebellum. We both thought the food was superb, the service was as well except it took a bit for our server to get to us or to bring us bread for the table. That came after we had placed appetizer order - actually it came immediately following the bread being brought. So I don 't blame our server, Charity was wonderful, however it seemed they were in need of another server working. We plan to return and I have already recommended Antebellum to a coworker.
Just wow... I was really blown away. Everything was absolutely outstanding. I go to top rated restaurants all over the world and Antebellum can holds its own with any of them. The starters, main courses and desserts were all completely perfect. The freshness, preparation, presentation, flavors and service were spot on.
The main stand out had to be the Faux Gras Creme Brûlée. It’s my go to dessert when I get one and it’s typically the only dessert I get when dining in Paris. Antebellum’s was the best I’ve ever had.
This restaurant is an absolute must hit for any foodie visiting Atlanta and certainly if you’re on the NorthEast side but worth the journey from anywhere.
Best blend of flavors on the planet.
The chef is amazing. Beautiful and flavorful dishes! Absolutely delicious!! Service was perfect! Our new favorite, without a doubt.
The food and service were exceptional and overall excellent dining experience. One of our two favorite restaurants in the country!
We went to Antebellum for our 27th year anniversary. The food was perfect, the server was so attentive to us and wanted to make sure we had everything that we needed. This was our first time there and from the time we made the reservations to the time we left it was a perfect experience. We felt like we were the only people there and the food was outstanding. The chief was really great. His presentation was really showing as the food was bought to our table. He has a talent. We will go back again and bring some friends with us. Thank you!
Food was delicious. Wait staff was attentive and friendly.
Always an incredible experience

Great food and atmosphere. The first for three of us. We all agree a new favorite!
Always consistent quality food and service. Nick, Allison and staff never disappoint.
We visited on Friday, June 22, for my birthday. We had Jennifer as our server and she did a wonderful job. She was friendly and knowledgeable and everything was paced well. I had a ribeye steak which was so delicious I'm still thinking about it. My husband doesn't eat much red meat so when I go out I tend to order it since I don't have it at home. The steak was tender and very flavorful. It came with a small skillet of potatoes and it was just perfect. My husband had the salmon which he has had before but he said it was even better than usual. My free dessert was a chocolate chip cookie in a skillet with ice cream on top while my husband had the bread pudding. It was all well prepared and beautifully presented. I couldn't ask for a better birthday meal.
Great experience all around. We will be back.
Excellent experience. Good for special occasion, business and just for fun!
Antebellum is always the best. And now to top it off I’ve discovered the best bar tender in town in Charis.
Good food, good service, but a little noisy . They had a wine by the bottle special and that always helps. Apps were very good especially the fried green tomatoes.
Antebellum has become our "go-to" place when we have something to celebrate......and we try to find reasons to celebrate just so we can go there! The food is always awesome with our favorites being the shrimp and grits and salmon. Many up-scale restaurants could take a lesson on the attentive service that we always receive at Antebellum. We never miss an opportunity to recommend this gem in Flowery Branch.
Wonderful evening. Shrimp entree was great, halibut was excellent!
Absolutely fantastic! A hidden gem in Buford, Ga!! Lovely quaint southern home, wonderful cocktails and fresh deliciously prepared food in plentiful portions but not overwhelming. The guitarist provided soft background music that added to the ambiance.
Where do I begin??? The house the restaurant is in is adorable and quaint. The Decor is simple and the seating is comfortable and romantic. The waitstaff is nothing below exceptional as there is always someone checking on you keeping your drinks filled and updating you on the progress of your meal. We ordered the fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese bread appetizers. I had the Springer Mountain chicken entrée and my husband had the ribeye. We split the coffee crème brûlée for dessert. Every item was cooked to perfection with a gorgeous presentation. We will be returning very soon to this hidden gem.
Wonderful restaurant! The ingredients are so fresh, and each dish feels special and new, yet somehow has a nostalgic quality as well. This is, by far, our favorite restaurant in Georgia.
Such a gem to celebrate or just enjoy a beautiful dinner! Congrats on 6 years- we have enjoyed celebrating our family milestones with your family!
I'm very happy with my experience, I will be back
Ken was wonderful! We had an excellent anniversary experience this evening. Food was delectable, service impeccable, and ambiance perfect for the occasion. We will be back!
First time at Antebellum. The food was incredible and the service outstanding. A new favorite!
The noise level is awful. I could talk to my friend across from me but the four of us could not carry on a conversation. I think you have to come at 5 before thr crowd. The food was excellent but by the time we left we were happy to get away from the noise.
Excellent! We love Antebellum. Great food, friendly staff and beautiful little restaurant.
Reservation for 1830 7 Jun. Sparse crowd when we arrived, but it quickly grew and got pretty loud. Some sound suppression panels suspended from the ceilings would be a great help, and not terribly expensive. The menu is getting a bit dated. I had an excellent ribeye steak, although it had been butterflied for some reason I didn't understand, and my wife had shrimp and grits for at least the 3rd time, although she has complained about the shrimp every time. Go figure. The shrimp were undercooked (again). Shrimp removed directly from the refrigerator and cooked might need more time to cook than shrimp that have set out awhile. So you might have to adjust your cooking time. The shrimp were barely opaque for the first presentation, which my wife sent back. The second presentation was just about the same, but she persevered through it. At the end of the day, as they say, the shrimp dish was removed from the bill. Yes, the #1 rule is "don't overcook them." The #2 rule is "don't undercook them."
