Great date night location.
Excellent food, flawless service, unpleasantly noisy.
Everything was great, my only complaint is the music! I do not think Regaeton is the appropriate music for this place
I was really happy the desert was on the house because it was a bday
The portions were a little small. We went for the forbidden rice and noticed that they cut down the portion. Still delicious but was still a little hungry after. Other than that overall awesome experience!
We had an amazing evening at Anson 11. Our table was ready before our reservation time and the bar staff was so helpful in selecting excellent drinks for us and our table. Our waitress was extremely attentive and helpful. The food came out in a good amount of time and was superb. I highly recommend this place for a nice quiet date night or for an intimate group gathering.
Made reservation on 2nd floor was told dress code no ripped jeans and no caps. Boyfriend wore polo, dark jeans, and white tennis shoes. Didn’t think tennis shoes would be issue seeing they allow jeans. We were turned away. Very disappointed.
When going to Anson 11 I had high hopes especially going to the fine dinning restaurant. Celebrating my girlfriends birthday I was asking a lot for them to do. They went above and beyond, giving us complementary entrees, and wonderful service. I asked for them to bring my girlfriends present, a tiffany bracelet onto a desert platter and it was amazing. It really made a wonderful Birthday for my girlfriend and we will be coming back!
My grandma and I had dinner in the fine dining section and the experience was absolutely exquisite. The actual decor and place took us completely out of El Paso and made us feel comfortable, but also elegant. The food was beautiful, especially the lamb. Even the smallest details such as the lemonade was perfect. All of the employees were extremely helpful and nice, but our waiter Derek went above and beyond. He deserves a raise and I hope more people are lucky enough to have him as their waiter!
Wife’s meal (mussels with fries) was barely warm when finally served. We should have asked for a replacement meal. Waiter was working too many tables to be attentive. My steak topper (shrimp stuffed pepper) was served cold, but my lamb shank was the only thing served hot. It was only “ok” flavor wise as the lamb flavor dominated the dish.
Sad because I expected more. Won’t return.
When we got there they didn’t have our reservation booked upstairs. Then they said we wouldn’t have been allowed up there anyway because we were wearing sandals. We were both dressed for fine dining, wearing dress sandals, and were insulted. I’ve eaten at the finest restaurants in many cities and have never had that experience. They sat us in the Bistro and allowed us to order from the upstairs menu. My friend’s lamb was way over cooked and my sea bass was nothing like the two previous times I’ve ordered it. Bad experience.
I took my wife for her birthday. It was nice and relaxing. Always great food
Usually one of the favorites but not that day. Appetizers Mussels and fries were great. The entrees not so much. Ordered coffee, cold and stale. Service was slow, dirty dishes all over the bar. Waitress was doing her best but no help from two managers just standing around.
Hope they get back to standard
Anson is our favorite place to eat in El Paso. Not only is the food amazing, the level of service is unparalleled in this city. Luis is one of the best servers I have ever come across and makes the dining experience feel much more spectacular! Thank you to everyone at Anson 11 for taking to amazing heights!
The experience was nice, although I had reserved a table inside on the bistro level, but was told my reservation said outside, so we were seated outside within inches of a tequila tasting promotion going on. The wind kicked up quite a bit and asked to be seated inside. We were moved about halfway through our meal. The place and the service were ok, I think they were just very busy. The food was good as well. Aside from the issue with the reservation for a party of 8, I would recommend trying this place. The chairs were slightly uncomfortable plastic woven material outside and inside. I would have expected nicer and more comfortable seating indoors specifically, to match the decor of the restaurant.
The Brunch was excellent! The menu has a good variety of choices and pricing makes for very good quality, especially considering the quality. The hibiscus mimosa is delish. The cochinita pibil eggs benny are creative and incredibly delicious. The Anson 11 Breakfast is a good sampler platter. I was very impressed with the pancake and blown away by the French toast. The tomato salad was fine, but not life changing. Service was good. The decor in the bistro is very welcoming but very chic. We will definitely be back.
The food was delicious, served promptly and exactly as we ordered. Luis our server was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. He guided us through our ordering process and presented our courses at the perfect times.
A delightful evening!
We were there for a ladies lunch, and everything went smoothly. The only snag was when we received one of the martinis, and there was a lemon sliver in it that was not requested, and it just over powered the martini. Otherwise, food was delicious, service from Isaac was the best.
We had a reservation and we were seated right away. However, the waiter took our order and left us waiting almost an hour before bringing our meals. He forgot to put in some of the orders for some people at our table and the person had to eat alone after everyone was done with their meal. Several people were seated approximately 30 minutes after us and served well before we were served. When we let the waiter know we were waiting for food, he had us repeat what we had ordered again. Nothing was discounted and nobody apologized for the delay or the poor experience.
Loved it! So fancy!
Delicious food! Slow service.
Very elegant dining upstairs. All was very good. My Palleia was excellent and my wife's surf/turf was well prepared.
Perfect place for an anniversary dinner.
This was my first brunch experience here and I was not disappointed. Our server was helpful and very nice. The food and hibiscus mimosas were on point
The service was excellent. The food was delicous. It was our anniversary and was an excellent choice.
Food was tasty and server was friendly and attentive.
I love LOVE the 5 course meal. My favorite
This is a great place for brunch, the menu isn't too big and averything on the menu is tasty and the portions are big. Love the ambience and service as well as the drinks. Completely recommend.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was the best thing. Quiet and a very nice facility. For fine dining, I was not impressed with the food. My steak had lots of fat and gristle in it. Very small portion for the price that was paid.
The service and food were excellent as always. The downstairs area is a bit loud but it did not distract from the business opportunity and discussion.
Food portion was very small for the duck and the carrots were cold. Drink was missing ingredient without being told ingredient wasn't available, and waiter did not know until it was brought up. Table was extremely close to another table making it difficult for party members to get in and out of chairs. Otherwise the food tasted great and everything else was great.
Great service, friendly and accommodating. Sssssss
Great service and very good quality food. Bacon could have been a lot better. It looked and tasted like precooked fast food bacon. I’ve had thick cut, almost pork belly-like bacon when enjoying brunch here in the past
This is a must visit for the El Paso dining scene. We made reservations for the fine dining section of the restaurant and were promptly escorted upstairs where the restaurant is elegantly designed and the waitstaff is formally dressed. Very impressive!
The sommelier recommended and excellent wine pairing with our food and the entire dining experience was exceptional. Luis guided us through our entire experience and added a sophisticated flair to the dining. I highly recommend Anson 11 for your next special occasion!
The meatloaf and the shrimp Mac & Cheese are incredible! We were looking for comfort food and we found it at Anson 11. Delicious!
First time eating there and felt very welcome. We ate at the fine dining area and the food was amazing. Our waiter Derek was very attentive and was very friendly. We will definitely be going back again!
Went to this restaurant due to the great reviews. The ambience was good. The service was normal and my waitress was very friendly! However, the food was very tasteless. I ordered the seafood pesto pasta and it was just unseasoned. My boyfriend had the lamb and it was very tasteless also. The mussels and fries dish was okay at best. A little heavy with the butter. I want to say that maybe it was a new chef or something but the food I received and the reviews I read were not matching up. Oh! The bread was really good!
Anson11 offers two very different dining experiences. The Bistro located on first floor offers a casual setting with outdoor seating available. For a more intimate fine dining experience book the restaurant located on second floor. The staff was exceptional. The food was excellent. We ordered the wagu beef carpaccio and cheese selection as appetizers. The sommelier was very helpful with our selection. The five of us ordered different entrees and each was delicious. You can’t go wrong when ordering.
We’ve eaten at 11 for the last 5 years working on a project in El Paso. It’s kind of our home restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere is relaxed, super pleasant and top notch. Thank you.
Service was slow, condensed menu and food quality was mediocre especially for the $$$$
