About Anis Cafe and Bistro
Tucked away in a sleepy side street in the heart of Buckhead, Anis is located in a converted house that has been renovated to look and feel like one of many little charming restaurants that you are likely to find in the Provence region in the south of France.
The menu is deeply rooted in the ingredients and aromas that give dishes from the French Mediterranean region their unique flavors.
Anis is comprised of an inside dining room and an outside patio area that is available for seating year round, and a charming little bar where you may enjoy a meal if you wish.
Widely known as one of the most romantic dining spots in the city, Anis is a great place to meet up with friends and can cater to large parties with ease.

Anis Cafe and Bistro Ratings and Reviews
Always, always a great dining experience at Anis. Rock solid, phenomenal food, excellent wine list. Terrific meal with wonderful bottle of wine for two of us, came in at $105 before tip. We shared the mussels, scallops, smoked salmon and mergez sausage appetizers -- more than enough food for us both.
My wife and I decided to go there on Valentine's day. Such a cute and quaint place. We loved the friendliness of owner, staff, and valet. The food was good, but I have to admit the fixed Valentine menu was sub par. The appetizer was not very good. HOWEVER, the main course (steak and salmon courses) were out of this world.
I've been here multiple times and was always impressed by the food and the service, however, this night, everyone's meal was good, but I don't think anyone would say it was memorable or outstanding. We could say the same for the service. Nice, polite, but not very attentive.
Both of us had the quiche of the day with spinach.
It was outstanding. Also Tomato soup was very good.
Noise is always an issue because I have a hearing problem.
Had to be moved from upper level of dining because of a loud
ladies' luncheon. Not your fault, just loud women.
You never have failed to please me.
Holy brunch the menu was great. They need to update their online brunch menu because we almost didnt go. Good thing we tried it because the menu was rather expansive. Crepes, omelettes, sandwiches, other specialties. Enjoyed the cocktails as well. Will be back fro brunch.
Anis must be missing their French chef? This restaurant is normally superb, but the soup needed a few more hours on the stove (and was tasteless). The server kept calling us "guys" and her manner was way too informal for a restaurant of this level. I want to go back because I like the atmosphere. We'll see.
We eat at Anis all the time but unfortunately our last meal was not good The fish which we always get and love did not taste fresh and was very fishy. The service was excellent! We usually have such a great meal and it’s always consistent but unfortunately this last time was a disappointment.
