We had a wonderful dinner celebrating a special occasion! The service was excellent. The food delicious. I had the filet mignon. She had soup and fish. Both were done to perfection. We really enjoyed the vibe and ambiance. First class experience all around! If available, try the Champagne bar before dinner - great way to start off the experience.
I notified OpenTable that it was our anniversary, and when we arrived everyone wished us a happy anniversary. We received a complimentary dessert and champagne toast. Wonderful experience. Beyond my expectations.
I can’t say enough about Angle. We had a business dinner for a party of 6 and it was an ideal environment. It was easy to have conversation and the food and service is amazing. There is definitely a reason that Angle is the only 5.0 rated restaurant on Opentable in the entire area. If you haven’t tried it yet, you must.
We finished dinner a little late and we headed over to the champagne bar. Unfortunately, it had closed. But we ran into the bartender just before leaving and he opened for us. We ended up staying for over an hour and throughly enjoyed champagne and bourbon. That’s the kind of service you can expect from the EAU. They continuously go above and beyond. There’s a reason I go there every single week, quite often multiple times.
Although I didn't find the food "out of this world", the ambiance and service was terrific. This made a night out with my spouse something special. This is now one of my special occasion places.

Overall WOW service was on point food was excellent and would definitely recommend, but on a side note the music was a little loud. Will be going again very soon.
I commented on Angle a few days ago, so please read that post for additional details. When I heard Angle was adding a piano player on Friday and Saturday nights, my wife and I had to go. Similar to everything with Angle, the piano player was outstanding. The piano player, coupled with the spectacular food and service, made it an experience, one that my wife and I will experience again and again. We also went to the champagne bar after dinner. That will be a place to be very soon. You should give both a try. You’ll be so glad you did.
Without a question, Angle is one of the best restaurants we’ve been to in the world and we travel extensively internationally. The service and food are second to none. We have eaten at Angle over 50 times and consistent excellence is what we’ve come to expect. The hotel continues to make enhancements to the dining experience. On Friday and Saturday nights, they will have a piano player at Angle. The piano player worked with Celine Dion in Las Vegas, so we are excited to go and listen while enjoying a great meal. The hotel also just recently opened up a champagne bar next door to Angle. We went and it was excellent. They offered high end champagnes and bourbons at very reasonable prices. The thing that set the experience apart was customized recommendations from their sommelier. We will be going back very soon. If you haven’t gone to Angle yet, you are really missing out.

I had my birthday dinner for 10 people at Angle. The staff went above and beyond. Excellent service throughout. Food was great. A wonderful experience
The noise level was higher than usual because there was a large birthday party there .( why they did not put them in a private dining room I will never know) HOWEVER, the waiter ( Michael) apologized and explained the situation and rectified it by giving us free deserts.
The food and presentations were outstanding and the cocktails were great too.
With respect to the noise level, the hostess could have seated us further away from the birthday part in a booth where we would be side by side instead of across the table.
Other than the hostess not thinking..this was a wonderful experience...this is a great place for special occasions!
The caviar was delicious and the tomahawk steak was probably the best steak we have had in the area.

We are locals now, becoming Florida residents just this past December, but have come to Angle for the past 5 years every time we came to the EAU. My wife and I have gone to Angle nearly 50 times and the food and service at Angle are second to none. I think Angle is the best kept secret for a tremendous dining experience anywhere close to Palm Beach. My wife and I are foodies and eat all over the world. I would choose to go to Angle time and time again. Give it a try and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
A must to order the Tomahawk steak ! It was beyond delicious! We had a wonderful experience! The service was impeccable! Would highly recommend this restaurant for a special evening!

Beautiful restaurant, service was excellent tending to your every need. Best oscar filet mignon with Alaskan king crab. The chocolate lava cake was so delicious.
Our favorite restaurant for a special meal. Wish they had a soup on the menu. The chocolate candy bar dessert is exquisite! Fantastic service and knowledge of wines. Very quiet.

Our favorite restaurant in the area. Great food and ambiance. Ask for a booth. Our server Mike was knowledgeable about the wines and was very attentive. Steak was awesome and the scallops. The apple crumble for 2 is scrumptious.
The ambiance was perfect, and the food was delicious, but the plates were ridiculous! Who serves snapper in a wide bowl? We couldn’t put our cutlery down because they kept sliding into the plate.
The server was intrusive, and made a point of repeating our complaint to the manager back to us!
I wish it were still a Ritz Carlton, maybe then everything would have been perfect, like it used to be.
I booked the reservation through Open Table and was very upset and disappointed to find a price fix menu awaiting us when we arrived. There was no advance notice given and had I known I definitely would have cancelled. I personally hate price fix dining as the options are far too limited. We were stuck and basically screwed. Like I could have left and found another restaurant that evening. I love this restaurant but the price fix menu that evening was adventurous and missed more than it succeeded. Everything was based on chocolate and after a few dishes became overwhelming.
The Restaurant is beautiful, service was amazing it was just the food that was awful. Ordered the Butternut squash soup which had a spice mixed in it which made it bitter, not to mention there were sunflower seeds on top of in which was not shelled so it was inedible, like chewing on wood. They were gracious enough to not charge my guest for their soup. Dinner was terrible as well. I ordered the Berkshire Orange Brined pork chop which was so tough, I could barely cut it with a knife. I eat at a lot of high end restaurants so I was very disappointed with the food.
Thomahawk steak for two was fatty. Ambiance was great. Server was great.
Food was fine. Our server was obnoxious from the beginning. From forgetting our drink to the frisbee toss of our check while in the middle of dessert. There were few diners and he seemed eager to end his shift. Won't be be back soon.

I had indicated on our reservation that it was our anniversary the evening of the dinner. Nothing was mentioned by the waiter. Very disappointed with the professionalism of the staff. Though I felt there was plenty of room between the back of my chair and the next table, waiters repeatedly jolted my seat. 2 apologies were made, but it continued to happen.
The food, on the other hand, was excellent!!
The multi-course sampling was a delight for the senses. We were placed into a quiet corner with plenty of leg room (which proved most appropriate by the 8th entrée). Each dish was more complex than the previous and Chef Manlee Siu took the time to dissect each ingredient and explain the inspiration behind each (elegantly displayed) plate. The textual contradictions combined with precise execution are clearly evident in the passion she shows for her work.
Kai helped pair our delicious morsels with various locals beers and a 9-year aged specialty Bourbon distilled uniquely for the Eau Spa Resort. We waddled out of Angle with full stomachs, smiles from ear to ear, and feeling like royalty. Definitely a treat!
Enjoyed Angle so much, we returned the following night. The food was done to perfection. It was light and flavorful with great combinations of texture and tastes. The snapper dish outdid any snapper I’ve had previously. The octopus was tender and it’s occompanyments worked so well with it that I wanted it again the second night. Scallops and the fish cioppano (not really a stew) we’re both delicious.
The manager/ sommalier was knowledgeable and a pleasure.

Excellent service. Food was good and that combined with the pleasant ambiance made for a good first night of our trip.
The Sazerac was as watered down and too sweet. -not a great way to start a special occasion.
We had requested a private booth at the time of the reservation but the staff was unaware of this.
The service and food were superior however.

Terrific food and perfect service. Everything was exactly as I requested. The flowers I ordered were on the table, the champagne was ice cold and the food was outstanding. Definitely a 5 star experience. Our waitress, Margarita is a true professional and made the evening a perfect birthday.
