The staff makes this restaurant! From the front desk, to the wait staff to the kitchen. They accommodated some tough food allergies while still keeping the food exciting and tasty. The food is very tasty but was looking for a few more vegetarian options. I like how they did not rush us and gave us ample time to enjoy each part of our meal. Great drink selections and ambience make this a great place for special occasions. I can't wait to return.

I ordered a bone in filet . They brought out a Porterhouse & then what looked like a strip. The last steak they brought out was a filet & I said - just leave it. I was told they would cover it. They did not. Covered 2 drinks......thanks. Pretty disappointing. I repeatedly said bone-in, but nobody listened. I will not eat here again. They do not listen or care

Disappointed with the meal overall. It was a holiday, but the resturant was not full when we sat or when we left. For the price of the selections I expected better quality. A majority of our food was cold when served. Service was ok, not great, couldn't send food back because our waitress didn't stop by to ask how it was. For a $300 meal, very disappointed - I wouldn't go back and would not recommend.

Great dinner. Medium well filet came out well done and gray but dealt with it. Food was otherwise very good. All the right touches on dishes. Cherry Pepper Pork was FANTASTIC! Basically picture the fanciest of pulled pork nachos. Big chocolate cake was BIG and delicious. Will certainly be back when we need a nice, fancy dinner (Valentines Day)

The service was impeccable. We were allowed time to talk over some business before ordering, but were never ignored. All the food we ordered was very good - the lobster roll looked to be the star though. My first visit, but won't be my last.

I want to start by saying the service was impeccable, the food was good. The problem I had was my cowboy steak I feel was over cooked, it was chard pretty bad on the outside leaving a burnt taste in my mouth. I will take partial blame since I ordered medium well, normally I would order medium! I just felt that for 55$ and 22 oz it would have been bigger and better, I was a little let down, since it was my birthday meal. I hate to say it but I have had much bigger and better steak at the Texas Road House. Thank you

We dine at Prime only a couple of times a year, but this occasion was definitely marked by the BEST service we have ever experienced at the restaurant. Susan, our server, was attentive and professional but not “stuffy”. Timing of the meal was relaxed, but not overly drawn out which has happened in the past, which turns a family dinner out into a three hour experience☹️ The food, as always, was very good. I had the lobster cappuccino which was probably the best version of a lobster bisque I have EVER enjoyed - wonderful light appetizer even though it was a very creamy “soup”. The monkfish cheeks were also good, as were three steaks. But always leave room for dessert ! The croissant donut is by far my favorite, while others at the table enjoyed the chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream and a glass of milk! Great visit this time.

Wait staff was superb, some of the food was not. Frog legs were amazing, monkfish cheeks were awful. Steaks were great, ravioli was not. For spending $300, I was not as happy as I should have been.

This was our first visit to Angelo’s 677 and we were very pleased with our lunch. The restaurant itself is elegant and beautifully decorated. Staff was friendly when we entered and that continued with the service, which was friendly, attentive and non-obtrusive.

The drink menu is creative and there is a moderately extensive variety of wines by the glass.

We ordered the Lamb Dip Sandwich, the Open-Faced Steak Sandwich, and the Salad Wich. There is Gluten-free bread available, so that most of the menu is available to those who cannot eat gluten. The soup of the day was black bean chili, which was delicious. There is a special, called the 4-Way Lunch, which consists of either soup of the day or lobster bisque, 1/2 salad, 1/2 sandwich and one side (shoestring fries, cole slaw, or potato salad). This is a bargain at $18. We were able to substitute sautéed spinach or asparagus for the side. Dessert was fresh berries with zabaglione, delightful and light. Lunch with drinks, mains, dessert, coffee, taxes and 20% tip was approximately $50 a head.

There is valet parking at the door for $3 an hour, but we were able to park on the street easily.

Angelo’s 677 Prime is definitely a restaurant we would visit again.
