A true Chicago favorite! The meal as well as the music was a 5 star!
Absolutely a delightful find. Nice local jazz, exceptional staff, and an unexpectedly superior menu offering. Across the board a gem hiding among ordinary surroundings.
We love Andy’s. Authentic jazz, great food, great service, and unique experience!
The cover charge made the evening expensive, but I did know of it ahead of time via their web site. We had fun and made memories together.
enjoyed an evening listening to 5 piece jazz ensemble, food was very good and reasonably priced. great crab cakes!
I spent a wonderful night with my boyfriend. If you're a crazy jazz fan. This is your must-go place.
Food was good, easy to find, but the music! Kinda odd that even dinner guest pay cover, but it wasn't a big deal. There was a HS band there having dinner and some of them sat in with the band. Those kids could play!
Andy’s Jazz Club was such a fun spot with great drinks and amazing music. We would definitely go back here again!
Andy's was a blast! We had fabulous food, delicious drinks and outstanding service. We came to hear Frank Catalano's jazz band and stayed over 2 hours. It was packed but you could still talk and hear one another. We reserved a table in advance and it was good that we did because for the first set it was standing room only. The wait staff was all over it. Our drinks were promptly refilled, water refilled, food delicious with very little wait. A great, electric atmosphere!
Great jazz music and singing ! Came there for Birthday and first time at club. Will recommend.
Wanted to have a quick getaway on a Sunday didn't think I would find something nice. I wanted a grown and casual scene, Andy's was a great find. The music was amazing and the food was great. Next time in Chicago I will come back.
Very good place, music and atmosphere!
Great music in the city, not too crowded. Service was good and quick
Fantastic live jazz! Excellent service from a very attentive waitress. Appetizers were great, entree's were great, dessert was very good! Wished I lived in Chicago so I could come back weekly.
I always enjoy myself at Andy's! The staff is great! The food is good and they always have great sounding live jazz. It was the perfect way to end the work week.
Went here for a first date and it was perfect. Staff was excellent and friendly. Bartenders knew their drinks and were very helpful. Food was amazing and so was the music
We had a wonderful time. The service was impeccable!
I was warmly welcomed, perfectly seated and served.
I came to hear saxophonist Nick Mazzarella and loved this trio.
I visited restaurant several times before, this time food was just horrible for incredible money, worth than McDonalds
Andy's was a great find for a dinner with my daughter while visiting Chicago. Excellent atmosphere and the food was excellent. Service can be so so depending on the staff you get but overall no real disappointments. There is a 2 hour limit on dining when live music is playing though you can go to the bar if you want after dinner to enjoy some more jazz.
We were very excited to visit Andy's during our birthday weekend trip to Chicago. While those who greeted us at the door were incredibly friendly and set us up to have a great evening, our server brought the rest of the evening down. She was incredibly unfriendly, barely checked on us so it took forever to get new drinks, dessert, etc. So much so that while we loved the vibe and music we left early just to get away from her, we were so over the depressing attitude. Food was quite good and we enjoyed the taco trio and salmon salad. I was disappointed with the Moscow Mule which was made with sour mix, did not enjoy it and felt the drink is too popular right now and too pricey to not do it justice and make it right. Overall we would return to Andy's but with fingers crossed we get a different server and would not order a mixed drink, just in case.
Great music and great food is an added bonus.
Really very good!
Nice Jazz music
Great music, food, and drinks!
Execellent food and music
Andy's is a good place to be intertained while eating. Food was very good and entertainment was better than average.
So glad we lucked out and found Andy’s Jazz Club on line. It had great online reviews. We were on a four day trip to Chicago. Wonderful live music, delicious food and great service sums it up. Andy’s club musicians, chef and staff, thank you for making our “mothers and daughters” get together a night to remember for everyone in our party.
We love going here to celebrate special occasions and hear great music! The food is excellent and the staff is wonderful. We have heard a variety of musical groups and always enjoyed them.
The music was nice but I wasn’t that impressed with the food.
My wife and I had a great time. It was an early Valentine's weekend for us. Great atmosphere, great food, great service, an amazing music. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves live music. Great for it a date night, or for a group of friends. You will not be disappointed
Great atmosphere. Nice room. Have seen great music here. The food is not great, but good. Come here for the jazz and a decent meal with a great atmosphere.
Food inedible. Band was weak. Total tourist trap.
Had a 40th bday party there for 10 people. Half of the party did not like the food at all. The others found it to be just OK. The service and music were great. As most other reviews have said, it is pretty loud while the band is playing. Wished the quality of food was better.
Great music and food
Great atmosphere and good variety of music/entertainment with very talented artists.
We were in town with friends looking for a fun, casual place with live jazz music that said "Chicago"...and Andy's covered all those thoughts...server Crystal helped make our visit even more fun! Thank you Andy's !
IAN, our server was excellent. Was greeted by the Hostess who was awesome as well!
Great Job, Will return!!
Amazing Place! Great music, super service and good food!
Need improvements...Do not over pack the place with limited seating..seating should not be behind a post. It obscure the view of the band. It would have been nice to here familiar jazz music, rather than unknown.
