A nice menu if you are a meat eater.
The menu is rather limited in the seafood and fish department.
Live the entire staff. Everyone is so kind.
Top notch food. Well worth the price. The chef's in the kitchen absolutely know what there doing. The waiter took it upon himself to make a special dessert plate for my wife's birthday without even being asked, very nice. Excellent drinks on top of that as well!
Very relaxing dinner. Love the steaks and bread.
Dressing on the wedge salad was bland,
Needs more seasonings.
Need more potatoes on the plate.
Please bring back the Thursday 2 for $75 dinners!!
Window view outstanding. Great music 👍
My husband and I decided to take a break from the casino and go enjoy a delicious meal. I’m glad we chose Andrews! The food was amazing and while the location is fantastic, it doesn’t feel like you’re dining inside of a casino. We’ll definitely be back!
Our server Arden was amazing. Very nice and personable. He was patient and had great timing. The food was good except my brother in laws steak was a little over done. He ate it so he has no room to complain. The Mac and cheese was amazing and honestly we all had a great time.
Andrew’s is the only real dining option at the casino. The food quality is solid, but nothing more. My service rating is low, which is not a reflection on the entire wait staff, but only a reflection on the inattentive snd rude waitress that we had to deal with. Note to management: This woman is probably better suited for work in a mortuary. That being said, the evening at Andrew’s was neither a bust nor a win; it’s best categorized as a push.
Some of our food and beverages came out lukewarm. When we asked our server to give us hotter beverages she quickly stated, “I can’t make it any hotter.” When the vegetables came out cold, the manager stated the same thing, this after he stuck his finger deep into the bowl of vegetables to prove the food was hot. It was gross. Our server then did not check on us during the meal. It was such a disappointment after a positive article in the Post Gazette.
Good Food. Very poorly organized staff. Left to wait for 20 minutes after seating looking for staff for a drink order. it was accommodated. and free drinks offered. But this was on thanksgiving. I saw ZERO wait-staff on the floor. ZERO! other patrons were roaming around looking for their waiters too. badly managed!
WE ALWAYS ENJOY DINING AT ANDREW'S. OUR FAVORITE ENTREE IS THE FILET WHICH IS DELICIOUS AND COOKED TO PERFECTION. OUR WAITER WAS ATTENTIVE AND SERVED OUR MEAL IN A TIMELY MANNER.
This is our 2nd time here in 3 weeks. Our dinners were comped by the casino so there was no downside to the price. The food is good but not the same "High" quality as a Mortons/Ruth Chris but the pricing is similar. All the serving people we encountered were extremely friendly and competent. Service however was slow. The first time we grabbed a non-reservation table in the bar area and the service was slow. We assumed it was do to a no reservation seat at 8PM on a Saturday. However the 2nd time we had OpenTable reservations at 6pm and the service was just as slow. I would recommend this restaurant, but a reservation is a necessity on a Saturday night unless you are lucky enough to grab something in the bar area
Our server was awesome and the food was delicious! We would definitely go back.
Always a wonderful meal at Andrew’s. Thank you for kindly paying attention to any special requests we have. All servers have been wonderful and attentive.
An A+ for Andrew’s!
The restaurant sat our group in a side room which was great, both for us and the other patrons in the restaurant at the time. Our server was very attentive and made sure that everyone had what they needed. As the only vegetarian in the group, they were able to accommodate me for dinner which is appreciated. Although, I ordered the burrata appetizer, and the menu did not note it came with ham. I had to give it to someone else to eat. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their steaks/ seafood. The prices were expensive, but I would go back for a special occasion.
Andrew’s steak house is a good option at the casino. We had calamari and shrimp cocktail for an appetizer which was very good. Main course was also good.
Wonderful, attentive service And delicious food. Highly recommend the popcorn lobster appetizer, and the burger was incredible!
ordered drinks straight up, cam on rocks, oysters rock and entrees very overcooked worst meal we ever had there.
Great food for the price . Had free desert for our anniversary that was little to be desired, not fresh.
Made reservation in advance , sat us near kitchen with watiers going back and forth. We could have just walked in a got that same great seat.
We had a fantastic dinner. The service was exceptional and the food was outstanding.
Everything was absolutely amazing and delicious except our filets ended up being to well done. We wanted medium well and they were too bloody and then when they came back they were well down and the outside was charred.
Lovely atmosphere, exceptional food and great waiter!!
Thought food would have been better.
Everything was great except for the food, usually 5 star food but filet was more Pittsburgh medium, and both side were barely Luke warm at best. I don’t like to complain and DO NOT send food back.
Service was great so won’t hesitate to go back, earliest reservations was at 9:15 pushed back to 10pm so might have had something to do with. Do expect the best for the money though, so just a little disappointed..
Amazing food and friendly, accompdating staff. Highly recommended! We will be back
It was a very relaxing dinner and a quiet break from the casino. The food was excellent and the service was great. It could get a little pricey but, all in all, it was very good! We will definitely be back!
We always eat at Andrew's when we visit the casino. Typically a good experience.
I had a considerable gift card & my daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with a nice bottle of wine.
Ordered a steak medium. It came rare and ridiculously over salted. When paying premium prices for a meal I expect premium quality food and unfortunately Andrews missed the mark. Lobster tail and jumbo shrimp were supurb as was our service. The waiter walked us through every dish and suggested a good wine. I will be continueing to go elsewhere for my steaks.
1st time visit, definitely won’t be the last
Great experience and fantastic meal.
We were visiting from out of town to run a local race. We wanted a nice meal and still be able to dress casual. Andrews met the challenge. Great place.
Loved the meal, the five (5) of us sat at the bar for full service. The restaurant restroom was well kept and private away from the casino floor. I highly recommend the steaks, as they were among the best we have eaten. In general, Pittsburgh has some really friendly people, except Steelers t-shirts being worn for dining by casino patrons is not preferred.
We went to Andrew's for their last Picnic on the Patio Thursday event. Unfortunately they did not seat anyone on the patio because they thought it was going to rain (which it didn't, so that was disappointing). But the food was absolutely delicious and the price was great for this event! Plus our server was wonderful. We will definitely come back for more Thursdays next year!
We selected from the special Thursday "picnic" menu. This is a select entrée list fixed price and both economical and delicious. Plenty of food, salads and sides and dessert. The sliced filets were ample in portion size.
Andrew's has become largely impersonal and the service has diminished the last couple of times we've been there. The menu has also gotten smaller and offers less variety. our food was cooked well enough but was uninspired and not worth the price point when equally priced places like Hyde Park are right around the corner and always excel in all categories. Unless your primary purpose is to go to the casino, you can do better elsewhere these days.
very much enjoyed the steak ---prepared to perfection---running late but no problem holding our reservation--thanks
The lobster tails had no taste at all. I couldn’t believe I had to put salt and pepper in the butter!! My girlfriend had a filet that was so overdone and the baked potato was brown!!! Not a good experience!!
One of the best meals out that we’ve had in a while!
Was a disappointed in the Filet Steak, I don't like the outside charred and Filet should not be charred. Taste was not close To Prime or Choice. The best was desert just wonderful. Way over priced.
Our server was incredible. Her recommendations were spot on. The food was phenomenal, as well as dessert.
