We ABSOLUTELY love Andrew's!! They take special care of each and every patron! This has become our go to spot for special occasions! We have never had a bad experience there! I would strongly recommend!!
Food and service was great as usual. Waitstaff are attentive. Nice view of the river from the window tables. I had the salmon. It was moist and delicious. Salads and desserts are large enough to share.
We enjoyed ourselves with one exception.
It was my 70th birthday and I was wearing a black cocktail dress and the white napkin got white lint all’s all over my dress.
I had to take it to the Dry Cleaners!!
I would recommend you have black napkins.
Very good service and good food. Always an enjoyable experience here.
The waitress was friendly and gave good recommendations. We will definitely come back when we are visiting Pittsburgh again in the future. The mac n cheese was great...keep it on the menu.
The service was very good. This is the fifth time I have been here and cannot rate this better than a 3 out of 5. Food is average tasting and small portions. Overpriced and need more of a variety. Cocktails overpriced too for amount you are served.
We were very disappointed. My house salad was wilted and warm. My husbands med rare stake was well done. We will not return
Our server was very patient and kind while we waited for my husband who was stuck in traffic. Our meals were excellent. When there are outside concerts view is obstructed by tents and seating area, but we still had a very enjoyable evening.
Andrews is by far the best steakhouse in Pittsburgh. We have never had a filet mignon that was not cooked to perfection. The service is always personalized and we have never been disappointed with any of our many visits. Andrews is our go to place.
The food was good !
Waitress wasnt very attentive to us
For the price of the food ..we should have been waited on much better
Best steak and restaurant in Pittsburgh!
Outstanding food and terrific service - we were served by the chef of our meal because we were friends with him and he was leaving the Casino to start a new career. The food world is going to miss a true talent Chef Billy!!!
Amazing as always. Service was outstanding as was the food. Nice and quiet, tucked away from the noise of the casino. Wonderful views of the river and people watching outside.
We had a variety of dishes at our table of 5, and everything was good or better!!! Waitress made our celebration even more special with a congratulatory cake at end of meal. I will and have recommended.
This was truly a treat that my Husband can't stop raving about. We had dinner with some colleagues and really impressed some hard to impress people. We dine out very frequent and love coming to the casino to try our luck. The wine list is extensive and has some great hidden gems on it. Service and food were impeccable. When at Andrew's ask for Kody and get the filet!!!
We enjoyed a great dinner with exceptional service and food. The appetizers were awesome as well as the drinks. I recommend giving Andrews a try!
Good food and nice waiter. It took longer than expected to get our food. A little disappointed in that.
Great food as usual
Food was really good and service was great. Still, a bit on the expensive side even considering the views. A tiny bit smoky inside from the doors to casino being swung open and closed. If you're sensitive to that you may want to stay away, otherwise it was very good.
It is located inside of a Casino, the best restaurant that offers fine dining on the premises. It is great for people watching and good food. Service is sometimes very rushed and you can't enjoy the experience waiting on your server to come back to have a drink refill or another glass of wine or cocktail or anything for that matter. If you get everything you want when your meal is served you are good.
This is a very expensive restaurant. The least expensive meal was $32. Salads 10 to $14. Drinks pricey also. Sum up the evening the food was very mediocre. I've had better steaks in LongHorn Steakhouse. Our server, Becky was very good however.
Great food and service, our waitress was awesome she didn’t try to rush us out when it became closing time
I always enjoy having dinner at Andrew's . Good food and good atmosphere .
The food was outstanding and the service was second to none.
Unfortunately this visit was not the best representation of Andrews from our previous visits which were always above par. The service left a lot to be desired and the Ribeye was not the standard fare expected of Andrews...had to "ask" for the mint jelly for my lamb should have been SOP to bring it with dinner, sorry guys this visit was not up there to our expectations....the dreadful part is when we got there they were not that at all busy and it still took one and one-half hours to get our meal...we sat and sat and sat........
Had dinner with 11 people for a 21st birthday
Food and drinks were way above average
Waiters were extremely nice and knowledgeable
Excellent service and food. We enjoy the atmosphere and the srrving staff are so attentive.
Everything was amazing! We'll be back again. We enjoyed the steaks.
I have been to Andrews Steakhouse in the Rivers Casino countless times. The food and service is always on point.
But last night, for my wife’s birthday, was the best steak I ever had!!!!! The temperature of the steak was perfect and it a great outer crust on it which was seasoned!!!
There was a group of 6 of us and our waitress Kody has so professional and just made the night perfect!!!
Andrew’s never disappoints, but last night was off the charts!!! Thanks you!!
Dinner started great we were seated early and recieved drinks and bread quickly. However dinners took along time to be brought out and all the foid was over cooked.
Steaks ordered medium were both well done, lobster tail was tough and lacked flavor.
Went there for Valentine's Day dinner. Would NEVER, NEVER return. My filet was overcooked, dry, and had NO taste, zero. I can go to Longhorns and get a much better steak, for much less. Never had a mgr come by the table and check on us. The smoke in the casino is terrible. I was told they spent money for a filtration system to remove the smoke. Doesn't work. A bad night at a high price. One and done. Don
Everything was wonderful from the food the the wait staff. Great place
Great food, as good as Ruths Chris or Mortons and never too busy.
Steaks are second to none - highly recommend the dry aged strip steak it is basically a 14oz filet.
Our reservation was for 7:30 pm and we did not receive our food until 9:15 pm. We checked in early, but apparently had been overlooked by the front desk and needed to ask to be seated. The smoke is also overwhelming from the casino.
My 12oz filet was fantastic. My wife's NY Strip not as good as we thought it should be for the price. The spicy gumbo was superb also
Great steak!! True fine dining, the service is excellent and the food is awesome. You can tell everything is made by pros who really care about taste and presentation.
Our server (Gus) was great, personable and attentive. Our steaks were, as expected, flavorful and well prepared. Order sides, the fingerling potatoes and roasted onions provided, were mostly a garnish.
We met with several business acquaintances. Very good food, my steak was cooked exactly how it was ordered. Service was very good.
Delicious as always with impeccable service! Fabulous wine list!
