Great meal as usual!
As always excellent food and service. They have less tables so it's not loud and noisy like it used to be.
Generally insipid food.
Service was terrific- our waiter could not have been nicer, food was DELICIOUS! I would go back!!!
The food and service are always a delight. It is a real neighborhood gem and I always take my guests there because of the varied menu and the chef's desire to please.
Very disappointed with the food. This place went downhill. Will not go back for a while.
Did not have two of my entree choices available. Otherwise food was delicious.
Loved the healthy options
Great from start to finish
Service top notch
Its now November 12, 2017 and I forgot to write a review back in July which unfortunately was the last time we ate in the Woodbury Andrea25 location. Subsequently we found out the location had closed. We really enjoyed dinning there for the last few years. Their pounded veal chop was by far the best on Long Island. Will mis going there but will shlep out to their original location in Commack!
Great food and service
Manager was wonderful and accommodating
Worth a trip
Had a bad night but the management really listened and did above and beyond, so definitely worth going back
Always consistent food - fair pricing, great presentation and they almost always buy you something, a round, a dessert, etc.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, as for a shellfish allergy. God bless them.
The staff was friendly and accommodating.. the wines are all quality brands .. food w as yummy!!!
This is our first time visiting this restaurant. The food is average for this neighborhood. The atmosphere and services are above average. We were a bit disappointed as we expected it to be family style but it's not. Overall we preferred Butera better for quality of food and pricing.
Food was excellent. Had the special shrimp appetizer with the cherry peppers and the special veal chop on the bone with onions, mushrooms and peppers. All was delicious. The waiter was great. He was on top of everything, super polite and always with a smile.
Great food and nice atmosphere. We ate at the bar and the staff and service were perfect.
Delicious food and lovely ambiance. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable
First time at restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. The service was fabulous as well. We will be going back very soon for sure!!!
We were in a party of eight and all were very happy with the tasty meals we were served. The waiter was very attentive. All good.
We had a large party of 10 and were treated very well. Table was ready on time. Service was terrific. There was never an empty glass. Everyone enjoyed their meal
We had such a great experience here! The food was great, staff was incredibly professional and attentive. Also, the manager helped my mother-in-law to remotely orchestrate a nice surprise for dessert for us since we were there for our anniversary! It is a beautiful and well-run restaurant for sure. I would definitely recommend it 😊
Was not thrilled with the waiter. He was hardly around. Actually saw him for drinks and dinner order. We had to wait a while for dessert order. He just had bad attitude. I would def come back to restaurant but would not be happy if I sat at one of his tables. He might have just had an off night.
Service was great and food was excellent. Definitely will recommend
Not as good as the Andrea's 25 in Commack. The food and service are much better in Commack.
Everything was great from the food to the service. Sal our server was great. Best service we've had in a while. We will definitely be back.
Food is always good. Service is excellent and management is gracious
Great night out as usual. Never been disappointed here. Shrimp Aria is my new favorite dish
Beautiful restaurant, classy. Service was amazing and food equally good. Will definitely go back.
Food was very good. Clams oreganto was very good. Large selection of vegan and healthy options! Also had a good gluten free menu and would make almost anything gluten free.
Second time there and I would return
Probably my 20th visit...just supporting my favorite restaurant..food..drinks...wine..service... and the manager Anthony are just outstanding!! Will return another 20x.
Amazing food! Great atmosphere and excellent service .
Excellent food & service. Love the Vegan options
Great experience from start to finish. Food, drinks, paola our waitress & GM Anthony top notch. Can't wait to return
Place seems to be changing. I would typically not want to write a bad review but they would never know if customers don't write. Food was good, not great. Service was awful, my waiter had an attitude and was not attentive. He was more interested in speaking and hanging out with the other waiters. Place was empty, no excuse. He rushed us for order and then disappeared. In the past , I was always greeted by the owners, they are absent and the staff is not keeping things at the same level. I will try the other one in Commack. So many places to choose from , I will move on.
Local place the and the food is always good. place was very crowed Friday night and the service was ok, food was good and menu has a lot to choose from.
Dysfunctional restaurant. Tables are too close together, server was not friendly especially after we asked to see the restaurant week menu. There was an oily ink on the seat that got all over my hands and jeans, needless to say my jeans got ruined. No manager ever came over to apologize about their dirty linen, no manager was ever present. Staff seemed inexperienced and very slow.
We've usually had good experiences at Andrea's 25, but were somewhat disappointed this time. Perhaps because it was LI restaurant week. The chicken Andrew was tasty but somewhat over fried and the shrimp Luciano was definitely over seasoned. Lunch seems to be better than dinner.
Our first time here. Staff and service was friendly, welcoming, attentive. Reservation was honored on time. Menu is varied and interesting. Food was delicious. Our only complaint - and it is considerable - was the noise level. When we arrived (6:45 pm), there were only a few tables taken, and the noise level was just fine. Over the course of the next 2 hours, however, the place filled up. We were only 4 people at a regular-sized square table, and we could not hear the person sitting opposite. We had to shout to be heard. The noise level was really distracting.
We would definitely return at an off-hour, but a weekend night after 7:30 is too loud and noisy for a relaxing, conversation-filled dinner.
This is a common complaint - there must be some noise-reducing architecture that can mitigate the sound.
