The food and wine is outstanding. On this particular night, the service wasn't great. It felt like they were short handed. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table, then couldn't get anyone to take our order in the bar area. Wait staff were all very polite just seemed over worked.

Staying at the resort, have had very good meals in the past. This visit, we took the waiter's recommendation of a 24 oz Chef special dry aged Rib-eye, to share. Ordered medium rare plus. Meat came out out cold and what I would consider rare. (very red all the way through, and again, cold) Showed it to our waiter who was shocked and said he would cook up another one immediately and would we like another order of Brussels sprouts on the house when the meat came back out. The meat did come back out and it was the same we sent back, but now was more like medium,(which I now wish I had ordered in the first place lol). Instead of a new order, (which the waiter volunteered, and we expected) we got the same order put back on the grill for a bit. For the pricing and ambiance I would expect an order like that to be completely re-done, not just re-cooked. Anyway we were offered free desert, no discount on the meal. Would go back for the pasta dishes, but would leave the steaks to other establishments in the area that know who they are, but shall remain nameless here.

Outstanding dining experience at Andrea. The cocktails, food and service were wonderful. Plus we enjoyed Happy Hour during the sunset this time. A must.

Well here’s the thing. We went there because I wanted an amazing Italian restaurant...this is pretty good but a long way from amazing. Who rates this restaurant top notch really hasn’t had truly great offense intended but, seriously.
I had a hamachi app at Sushi on Fire the night before and it was 10 rimes better than approximately the same appetizer at Andrea....and waaay less costly.

Now the worst part is this. I don’t know about everyone else, but despite my ability to afford what turned out to be a $200 meal (pre-tip), I cant stand getting gypped.

When my 90 lb daughter orders plain pasta and gets a serving size that’s a joke (imagine a small burrito size of pasta...8” long, 2” high, and 3” wide) FOR $28, I had to order another to provide a meal for her. With absolute shamelessness, they happily charged yet another $28. For me, that’s about 10-11 bites of PLAIN SPAGHETTI, for $56. For my daughter, it was a meal.
Did I mention that individual glasses of wine cost what the whole bottle costs retail, and the pour is ridiculously light?
Yes, the pasta was good and properly cooked...and my salmon was also very good.
So what? If you care at all about what it means to earn a dollar, the whole experience is like an insulting slap in the face. I’ve paid $500 for a dinner for two and considered it a great value. It’s not about the money, it’s about the treatment of a customer as a moron with too much money.

Have dined at Andrea many times and it is always good. On Valentines Day, we enjoyed a prix fixer meal, 4 courses for $150.00/person. Price was expensive without offering a steak for one of entrees and only 1 dessert choice. Everything we had was declicious.

My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate Valentine's Day early to avoid the crowds and found this gem. The food was great, but the staff was incredible. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in talking to us and giving us the best service. We will for sure go back simply based on the atmosphere and wonderful staff.

I will forever dream about my meal! The food was so good. It definitely was a treat for my partner and I. But can't wait for another special occasion to go back.

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Pasta is homemade and delicious! Service was great until end. We wanted dessert but server took around 20 minutes to return so we decided to skip dessert.

Our server Robert M was not attentive at all. We had to ask for water numerous times, and hot tea was served cold.
The minute we told him we were using Travelzoo voucher he became rude and service was horrible. We believe the service was poor due to using Travelzoo.
