Bar servic e was excellent; Britanny (2nd day on the job) took great care of us. Our waiter forgot our salads; upon questioning him, he did appologize and brought it to us. I felt we should have had our 1 desert comped by the extablishment.

We were looking for a restaurant with patio seating and this was perfect. Our table was near the mirror glass waterfall---what an added bonus for ambiance!

Took a chance on Andora, having never been to before. Reading great reviews and looking at the menu we decided on a pre-show meal here. Easy to get to and plenty of parking, the place was located just off the Interstate. Warmly greeted, we were in a room with one other table. The server was friendly and gave us the options of the day. I had the Surf and Turf with a fillet and crab cake. It was one of the best meat and fish choices I have ever had. Done to perfection. The mashed potatoes that came with it were out of this world, and I don't usually like mashed potatoes. We will be back for more.

A group of 6 of us went to Andora Cranberry on Saturday evening. The food and service were outstanding, Everyone enjoyed their meal. Definately a repeat restaurant.

How can an entree be on your table 10 minutes after you order it? With the soup you are barely half through in 5 minutes? Talk about being rushed! They want you out the door with flash cooking! Would not recommend Andora. We were there twice previously, once for lunch and once for dinner. These were OK..... this time a disaster. No one wants to celebrate a special occasion and be "out the door" in 50 minutes, with wine, soup, and an entree. Couldn't have been much quicker.

We were looking forward to our first visit to Andora's Cranberry, having been to Mt. Nebo many times. The maitre d originally tried to seat us in the near-empty front room, right next to a couple and their two very young (18 to 24 month,) squirming children. I discreetly asked to be moved before we were even seated -- after all, we're paying for the ambiance! He was less than pleased, sighed heavily, then took us to the back room, which was packed. Obviously, we weren't the first party to ask for this convenience. While I quickly realized why he was upset, clearly no one wanted to sit near the family, his treatment of us (two couples, upscale, big tippers....) left us with a very negative first impression. It then took 10 minutes before we were served water...by the manager...the waitress too started out quite unpleasant. The saving grace was the food! As always, Andora's delivers! By the end of our meal, our waitress finally had a smile for us - but I must admit, the treatment at the start of the evening put a damper on the entire experience. Hoping for a better experience next time.
