Andino's Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
Always a great meal at Andinos. Although a small place, the tables are situated such that you do not feel on top of the table next to you.
Food is very good. It is my go to place for veal especially the veal Parmesan. Prices are very reasonable for the amount & quality of food you get.
My go to place on the Hill.
Everything about our dinner was spectacular. The Sinatra Sangria was amazing! The appetizers were delicious - arancini and fried mozzarella served hot and the white cheese sauce with the arancini was DRINKABLE. Our main course selections were fabulous - gnocchi is always a favorite as is the chicken parm. Chicken Francaise and seafood pasta also wonderful. The service was impeccable - attentive and friendly. We were there for a birthday and they brought cake and sang. We love Andino's!
Thanksgiving Dinner —a prix fixe five course meal— was delicious and a very good value. ( The regular menu of Italian food looks amazing and we’d love to return for a taste of that. ) The dining room, indeed the entire restaurant, is small and can be boisterous but conversation was still possible. Our table for two was the sole table in the bar, at the window. It was like dining at a sidewalk cafe but, on this cold November evening, was much more comfortable! Service at both the bar and table was excellent. Valet parking was much appreciated as we were unfamiliar with the city and the restaurant is in a densely settled, historic area.
First time I ever came here and I absolutely loved it. MJ gave great service and the manager who also peeked in on us in the most non intrusive way was very professional. Chicken Andino and and the antipasto were outstanding. Only negative you may ask? Their bread is just ok nothing special. We will be back!
We I decided to meet at Andinos to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday it was kind of midway point for all of us-we had never been to Providence or Federal Hill .
The wait staff was wonderful. especially Jake - very accommodating to one of our daughters gluten allergy
The food was delicious and the ambience was perfect because we sat outside ion the beautiful patio
We will recommend your restaurant to others and will definitely be back!
I was pleased to be able to make a reservation for Saturday lunch when we were coming to Providence for Waterfire. The restaurant is charming and the service was cheerful and helpful. However, the food was a big disappointment. The clams casino were fine if not spectacular. However, the eggplant rollatini was bland and undercooked. The shrimp scampi with linguine was equally disappointing. While the garlic and lemon flavor was fine, the linguine was overcooked and on the edge of mushy, while the shrimp were badly overcooked and tough.
Given the reviews and trip advisor rating, I expected much more.
