Everything was excellent and you must try the scallop appetizer.
Very nice waitress! Food was great!
If you want to avoid the Disney crowd and are staying at the Hilton, a perfectly ok stop for a decent meal.
We had Easter dinner here. Overall it was decent but that’s it. Place was empty when we first got there at 7:00. Made me a little nervous since most places in Disney are packed.
1. Heavy pour for tequila shot to start was very nice.
2. Staff was very pleasant and nice.
3. Appetizers were above average. Calamari and Shrimp app was good. Bruschetta was pretty decent too.
4. They took several items off the bill because of one incident.
1. Glass dropped on table and cut my sons head. He was bleeding and needed to be cleaned up. An accident but sucked to start off the dinner.
2. Apps came out fast but a very long wait for the entrees. About 1 hour from apps hitting table.
3. Entrees were below average. My chicken Parm dinner was dried out. The sauce had a strange sweet taste also. I ate less then 1/2.
4. Didn’t try other entrees but several members of my party did not like their entrees.
The weak entrees alone would make me try another place. Could have just been an off night.
Worst experience we've had in awhile. Started out with a server who basically deserted us to wait on a large table. Needless to say, they were seated after us and ate before us.
great food & a very nice server!
The food was excellent and the atmosphere quiet and inviting. Best of all was our waitress Julie. She was great at recommending entries and wines to pair with them. She knew most of the songs and artists playing in the background and had a playful yet still professional demeanor. She made our dining experience lots of fun.
Scheduled a business dinner in the hotel for convenience but was disappointed. Was wondering why there were only three tables populated. The service was friendly but slow and the food was mediocre. The wine list was decent. Next time, we'll take the trouble to get off the property for dinner.
I should have known it was going to be a problem when we showed up at 7pm and the restaurant was empty. While we had a table for 12, when we ate, there were only 2 other tables occupied in the restaurant. Despite that, the services was extremely slow. Cocktails took forever to come from the bar, and we rarely saw our server. The calamari was extremely overcooked. The entrees were simply bland. Chicken piccata had no flavor, the exception being the capers. Overall, the entire meal felt like it was reheated frozen food.
Poor service and bad food resulted in a subpar (to say the least) dining experience for my colleagues. Do better, Andiamo.
The service was excellent!
Zero atmosphere with no music. Felt like a dining hall or cafeteria. Average food for high price. Left waiting for several minutes for a table
Tons of food and great service. The caprese salad was more than enough for two and we didn't get even halfway through our meals...so much food!
It’s nice nothing fancy, food was good we enjoy it.
Service was impracticable, very friendly and respectful.
Service was awful, never got grated cheese until we were finished eating, drinks took forever, bartender was yelling at other staff members, she messed up the drinks several times
Long wait for table And food, place was not half full, understaffed
Line up waiting for host to arrive & seat guests - restaurant was not busy, waitress was very good but the food was not. Cafeteria like atmosphere- not that of an Italian restaurant.
A little shirt on service like most hotel restaurants
The Andiamo staff treated our family with the grace and respect. We truly had a great Christmas Dinner. Our server was incredibly friendly, accommodating and chill. The kids really liked her. She even gave us Star Wars bags just because we liked them. She also accommodated my daughter's request of having a special made pizza. We had a wonderful time and will definitely visit again!
Wonderful experience. Great way to spend Christmas dinner. Appropriately priced, delicious, and perfect service. Will definitely visit again when we are in the area. Thank you!
Food and service was excellent. Much better than expected considering it is located in a hotel.
Pizza was AWFUL
A little old fashioned and expensive for what they serve.
Kids wanted something not on menu and they were happy to accommodate. Great service and food.
A wonderful evening with great food and great service. Tyler was our servier and did a great job in taking care of us. We enjoyed our dinner at this wonderful hotel. We were celebrating a weekend where we were celebrating our 51st wedding anniversary at this hotel where we stayed over 30 years ago as we visited Disney in its early years. We were impressed with the efficiently of this property along with its outlets. Everyone was very guest service oriented Including valet, bell staff, front desk, housekeeping and marketplace personnel. Thank you for creating this magical weekend for us.
Would not hurry back to this restaurant for dinner. Maybe a breakfast or lunch. The restaurant was pretty empty and can see why now as food was nothing special. Was expecting way more from reading other reviews.
Double check your reservations. I searched Andiamo Las Vegas and for some reason FL came up and I didn't realize that I booked the wrong location. They are not affiliated but Las Vegas was extremely accommodating once we figured out why my reservation was not in the system and the Lake Buena Vista location was located in the footer of the email, not an way catch. Andiamo in Las Vegas is excellent!
A great meal. The server, Julie. Made sure we made the fight choices
Food was a bit mediocre. Food could be more flavorful and innovative. The scallop appetizer was delicious.
The restaurant wasn't really busy, but still seemed somewhat understaffed. The food is relatively high priced (Filet Mignon $40), but there were less expensive items. We happened to be plagued by several gnats during dinner, which was annoying (it is indoors). Good option for an easy meal in the hotel, rather than dealing with the crowds usually found outside the facility. Pretty good experience overall.
Wonderful! Everything was great, the ambiance, the service and the food! Highly recommend for any occasion
The steak was hard and grease. Potatoes not fresh and green beans were under cook and very oily. Will not go back.
Quality was on par with a cafeteria in terms of food and ambiance. Restaurant was understaffed, leaving one nice but frazzled waiter serving far too many tables. Several simple requests (more water, another drink, sauce for flavorless, over-cooked steak ) were more than a 30 minute wait to fulfill. This restaurant is participating in Orlando's Magical Dining, and is attempting to position itself as a fine dining establishment. But it has a long way to go to compete with other upscale restaurants in Orlando.
We did magical dining here last evening with 4 of our friends. Our appetizers were great and desserts were also. However my husband and 2of our friends ordered the strip steak, 2medium and 1 medium rare, they all said that the steak was tough and very fatty. We did mention it to the server and he apologized. Unfortunately we will probably not return with so many other excellent choices in the area.
Thought to try the Restaurant due to it's proximity to Disney Springs and it being in a Hilton Hotel. Found it when looking for Magical Dining Month Fundraiser Restaurant offers and thought it sounded good. Sadly, it was only Fair. Not worth the $. One of the Scallops Appetizers tasted "Odd" or "Spoiled" while Hubby's tasted Fine. Green Beans looked PALE and too Olive Oil like Spray Misted. Not Fresh Crisp Nice Green looking. Salmon too was of Poor Quality and Bland. Hubby's Steak looked of Cheap Quality too. Felt like it was WALMART Food cooked up. Rum Cake Dessert not too bad and Son enjoyed his Beef Short Rib Meal. Our Table was WOBBLY and Furnishings in Restaurant look "Dated". Place was empty for most part and anyone could see why. I would NEVER have Paid the Prices asked on the Menu for what received. One would get a BETTER Meal at a Perkins, Cracker Barrel or TooJay's Deli for sure! Was HIGHLY disappointed, but made the Best of it.
Compliments to the chef. Our taste buds had taken a brief trip to heaven and we enjoyed it very much.
We chose to visit Andiamo during Magical Dining Month and we very happy. The food was fantastic and it was a lovely restaurant.
The food was not good. The NY Strip was stove cooked versus grilled. Clearly bad advertisement. The salmon was decent, but the rice and vegetables was super oily. The scallops was under cooked. The food was simply bad. The server was great though!
We went for Magical Dining and the tomato and burrata was not burrata just normal mozzarella so that was disappointing. The main course had cold sides. The desserts were good.
Upon arrival the restaurant was empty. The menus were inaccurate to the online menu. " Burrata cheese" was mozzarella in the appetizer. The rock shrimp and calamari had no shrimp. Not one not two. NONE. Three steaks were ordered had zero taste and all over cooked. Salmon tasted rubbery. The short ribs were swimming in a salt gravy. The potato gratin had raw potatoes at the bottom three layers. Our server was very polite and apologetic. She does not control the food but I would not even be feeding this food to my dog.
The food is fantastic!!!
