We go to Andaluca first and foremost for the paella. It never fails to delight. Last night I had the duck (while my partner devoured his paella!) and must say that it was perhaps the best duck I've ever had in Seattle or anywhere! Simply amazing. Cocktails well made, good size, and delish. We shared the passion fruit sorbet for dessert and, as a passion fruit aficionado, was not disappointed! Tangy and smooth, as it should be! One of the few places in Seattle, where you can actually hear yourselves speak. A definite pleasure.

Consistently one of the best restaurants in Seattle. Small enough to feel very personal. Not noisy like some places. Service was impeccable. And gluten free! Celebrated another anniversary feeling very special.

I made reservations here for Valentine’s Day. They were one of the few restaurants in town that was NOT doing a tasting menu or set menu for Valentine’s Day which I was very grateful for. We had reservations at 8 pm, got there right at 8 and was seated right away. Our waitress was super amazing and she was very sweet. We decided to get a bottle of wine for the table. We couldn’t decide on which wine and she gave us the best recommendation, Chateau Ste. Michelle Sauvignon Blanc . The wine was sooo good, I just got home from vacation and bought 2 bottles. We ordered the Tres Leche Cheese and Scallops as an appetizer. The cheese was amazing and so unexpected. The scallops were delicious. For our main course I ordered the Rib roast. It was incredible. My boyfriend got the pork tenderloin. He literally licked his plate clean. He loved every bite of it. I can’t remember what we got for dessert. It was some sort of custard but it was amazing. Needless to say next time we’re in Seattle we will be back for dinner.

The ambience was nice but the service was slow . It took a long time to even get a drink - 15 mins
The food was very mediocre. We had a cheese plate that was served with old cheese with a plastic look and dry texture. The salad was over dressed and the Paella took over 50 mins to get after the cheese plate arrived. The Paella was over cooked with dry seafood and the chorizo was dry as well.The rice tasted boring
We did not eat this.... The server was decent but seldom seen through out the meal to check in.
Don't go here ! The whole experience unfortunately was past its due date.

A great return. We had not been at Andaluca in a number of years, rather a forgotten gem. A special anniversary dinner and theatre and celebration. Service was great and food was exceptional.
We'll definitely return!

Came here for an anniversary dinner before seeing a show at the Paramount. It was a quiet, low lighting, romantic vibe when we were seated. Service was excellent, and our waiter was very mindful of the timing for dinner based on when we needed to be at the theater. We received champagne and a dessert on the house for our celebration, which was a lovely touch. Food was delicious and well portioned. All in all a great experience.

Really a nice restaurant. Very warm and cozy with a great feel of privacy even though busy. One small point that I personally object to--our meal, all in, was over $100 a plate and we got charged $4 for bread? Really?

This place is nothing short of amazing. My wife and I went for our anniversary. They gave us complimentary champagne and a dessert. The service was awesome. We felt special. Our server was friendly and gave us just the right amount of attention. Hats off to the chef as well. The food was spectacular. We ordered the pork and duck entree. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were just delightful. Rich, bold, and delicate. The only knock is the time between the appetizer and the entree - it took a bit more time than anticipated, but that wasn't a huge deal.

I also want to point out (and this isn't anything to do with the restaurant) that this isn't super friendly for disabled people. The washroom takes a bit of stair to get to, so if you utilize a wheelchair or cannot walk stairs, you have to go outside and into the hotel to get to a different washroom. I know that has to do with older buildings and there's nothing to do about it, but it's still something that I think all businesses in downtown Seattle should take more seriously.

This was the best meal we've had in Seattle in months. We highly recommend the za'atar encrusted pork tenderloin, and the crab tower was an excellent hors d'oeuvre. Outstanding in every sense!

We selected Andaluca because it was recommended as quiet, so that a party of 7-8 older adults could converse. The 'ambiance' was loud and the group was not able to fully engage for this reason. Service was reported to be slow.

This was our second visit to Andaluca. The first occasion was Thanksgiving, and they were jam packed. This was a friend/family get together MLK weekend. There were five of us. The service and food were fabulous.

Can't pick a favorite here - it's all too good. If it's your first time, you have to try the paella and their Sangria. Everything else is fantastic too, but these are signature dishes and worth your attention. The wine list was small but Very Good including selections from Washington legends Leonetti, Figgens and Quilceda Creek. The Scotch selection was also excellent - my husband had the Balvinie 12 yr - so smooth. The Manhattan and Lemondrop cocktails were also top of the line. We'll be back!
