Tried the Restaurant Week menu and was not disappointed. Mediterranean-inspired dishes were full of flavor and my asparagus and nettle risotto tasted like spring! Looking forward to visiting again.

This is a great restaurant. Love the desserts! And the ambience is good for friends-get-together or for a date

I hadn't eaten at Adaluca for a few years. It was poring with rain on Saturday and the restaurant is attached to the hotel I was staying in, so I went. Service wasn't good. The server asked about drinks. My wife was deciding so I told her I wanted a half bottle of wine. She didn't bother to even ask my wife what she wanted - just left. They didn't even have the wine I wanted. My wife ordered an iced tea when she returned with my second choice. I got my wine, but she didn't get her drink. It took more than 30 minutes from when we came, and one reminder to the server, to actually get it.

The food wasn't good at all. I had Paella. It had a grand total of one tiny piece of chicken, and one tiny piece of sausage. The shrimp were good, but the mussels and clams were very low quality (size rating), to the point where you could barely even see the meat inside the shell.

My wife had the mini beef roast. I'd expect to get the roast with sauce, potatoes and veggies dry. This was served in shallow bowl swimming in sauce. It came with Kale (big huge yuk). The sauce wasn't that tasty.

I definitely wouldn't order either of these two dishes again, and given that the service wasn't good either, I can't see that I'd ever return. If you're staying in the hotel and it's raining, you're better off eating in Oliver's. The few things I've had there have been very tasty, prices are better, and service is better.

Unfortunately, I can't really recommend this restaurant, since the quality of the food did not match the price of dinner. The paella was bland and gooey, but good paella should have a rich, somewhat spicy flavor and the rice should be firm (but not under cooked). The spaghetti was mediocre, about what I could make at home, and the bread service was nothing spectacular. The scallops were good (medium rare, but not raw).

I'd been looking forward to trying this restaurant for years, but unfortunately I was disappointed.

Best sangria we have ever had, excellent service. The food was very good. Cane here on Restaurant Week and had the 3 course special meal for $33. An exceptional value! Even at normal prices we would come back.

We ate here during Seattle restaurant week and compared to the regular prices on the menu, the prix fixe menu offered at that time was a bargain. This is a very expensive restaurant. That being said, the food was excellent. Each dish was a bit of a surprise and was not what was expected by reading the menu description, nonetheless each was very good. I highly recommend a beet salad with horse radish/mascarpone dressing, also the zatar rubbed pork.

The atmosphere is excellent, warm, soft lighting, woody and rather quiet. I would highly recommend Andaluca for a special occasion.

Wonderful atmosphere, great service and outstanding food -- the paella and the arctic char were both perfection. Definitely looking forward to a return visit.

We went for restaurant week. The restaurant itself is quite small but cozy. Our waiter was excellent and sounded knowledgeable about the menu. I had the beet and orange salad, arctic char, and lava cake. My husband had the lamb hummus appetizer, cherry pork, and panna cotta. Of all the dishes, the lamb hummus appetizer and the arctic char were my favorites. The crispy skin on the fish was amazing. We look forward to coming back.

We treated ourselves to the reatraunt week 3 course dinner and were not dissapointed. The hummus appetizer was a small meal in itself. We enjoyed the pork lion and rissoto dishes. Both had flavorful creative ingredients. Dessert was equally amazing. Also, loved the ambiance. Intimate, romantic and cozy with attentive staff that got us out in time for the theater. I will return!

No item on the dinner menu is a miss. Go comfortable with the broiled chicken, or step out for something new with the baked Alaska char with mushrooms cabbage, and an amaranth/milk sauce. Excellent desserts; excellent appetizers. Right at $100 for two with a glass of wine. Highly recommended!

This place is a favorite for us to come for special occasions and didn't disappoint this time either. A special soup had subtle but wonderful tastes and the beet salad was excellent. I had a baked chicken dish with squash and some wild mushrooms that had a great combination of three individual tastes. One of the best things about Andaluca is the quiet atmosphere. One can actually talk to one another without yelling like so many 'hip-wanna-be' restaurants require. The service is very friendly and responsive but without being over-the-top pretentious.

We are an older married couple with eclectic dining tastes and quite enjoyed this Andalusian / Morrocan restaurant. The lighting at our inner table that evening was poor and I had to help my husband read his menu, but sitting by the street-side windows for breakfast was delightful in all respects. The food was excellent and the Spanish Rioja we had with it was very good and complimented it nicely. The wait time for our meals was well within reasonable but there were only around 4-5 other parties in the restaurant at that time. The staff were quite attentive and pleasant. All-in-all I would recommend this restaurant for a variety of dining requirements.

Amazing dining experience! This was our first time here and were more than pleasantly surprised. The food was phenomenal and the service was great. We had the soup of the day (eggplant), risotto, avocado and roasted carrot salad, and brussel sprouts as a side. Everything was cooked perfectly and I have zero complaints.

The Paella was to die for, it was the best dish on the menu along with the Negroni.
We celebrated our birthdays there and really enjoyed the ambiance and food. Great service nonetheless. I'd go back in a heart beat.

In recent years, Andaluca has been on my list of top three Seattle restaurants, along with Il Terrazzo Carmine and Dahlia Lounge. Our experience on March 7, 2018 was very good, but not quite up to par. I've had the paella many times, but did not think it was up to standard. For example, the sausage was tough and tasteless - and the seafood ingredients seem to have been cut back. Also, I've had the beet salad before, but didn't like it as much this time - not enough flavor, and served in an awkward dish (as it has been before) - trendy, but not easy to eat without spilling. I will continue to rate Andaluca among my top restaurants, but for the prices they are charging, I expect a bit more.

This was our second visit. First time I thought the food was excellent. My husband thought it was good but not great. This time, we both left saying we probably don’t need to go back. (We try to go out to dinner every Saturday night) Nothing bad to say about Andaluca except we felt like we paid too much for a good meal (not a great meal). If you’re leaving towards trying it, I’d say try this place but you may end up thinking “this place was ok”.

I walk by this place everyday from work and have been curious if it was good....Indeed it was!
My friend & I had dinner here after a play. When we arrived we had to use the hotel entrance because there was an issue with the main door. The Hotel is somewhat of a maze to find the restaurant, but it was all good.
The food was great! With surprisingly quite generous portions in comparison to such upscale eateries.
The ambiance it feels peculiar to me, but I suppose it could be considered unique.
Service was excellent with the staff, checking in but not too often or hovering for that matter, which is always good.
Overall,a great experience that would likely be on special occasions because,it's a bit pricey!

We go to Andaluca first and foremost for the paella. It never fails to delight. Last night I had the duck (while my partner devoured his paella!) and must say that it was perhaps the best duck I've ever had in Seattle or anywhere! Simply amazing. Cocktails well made, good size, and delish. We shared the passion fruit sorbet for dessert and, as a passion fruit aficionado, was not disappointed! Tangy and smooth, as it should be! One of the few places in Seattle, where you can actually hear yourselves speak. A definite pleasure.

I made reservations here for Valentine’s Day. They were one of the few restaurants in town that was NOT doing a tasting menu or set menu for Valentine’s Day which I was very grateful for. We had reservations at 8 pm, got there right at 8 and was seated right away. Our waitress was super amazing and she was very sweet. We decided to get a bottle of wine for the table. We couldn’t decide on which wine and she gave us the best recommendation, Chateau Ste. Michelle Sauvignon Blanc . The wine was sooo good, I just got home from vacation and bought 2 bottles. We ordered the Tres Leche Cheese and Scallops as an appetizer. The cheese was amazing and so unexpected. The scallops were delicious. For our main course I ordered the Rib roast. It was incredible. My boyfriend got the pork tenderloin. He literally licked his plate clean. He loved every bite of it. I can’t remember what we got for dessert. It was some sort of custard but it was amazing. Needless to say next time we’re in Seattle we will be back for dinner.

The ambience was nice but the service was slow . It took a long time to even get a drink - 15 mins
The food was very mediocre. We had a cheese plate that was served with old cheese with a plastic look and dry texture. The salad was over dressed and the Paella took over 50 mins to get after the cheese plate arrived. The Paella was over cooked with dry seafood and the chorizo was dry as well. The rice tasted boring
We did not eat this.... The server was decent but seldom seen through out the meal to check in.
Don't go here ! The whole experience unfortunately was past its due date.

Came here for an anniversary dinner before seeing a show at the Paramount. It was a quiet, low lighting, romantic vibe when we were seated. Service was excellent, and our waiter was very mindful of the timing for dinner based on when we needed to be at the theater. We received champagne and a dessert on the house for our celebration, which was a lovely touch. Food was delicious and well portioned. All in all a great experience.
