Paella and salmon excellent. Will RETURN
During our recent visit to Seattle we studied many of the top restaurants and this one was a must. It did not disappoint with its excellent service, lovely interesting Spanish inspired cuisine and charming atmosphere. We recommend it.
Service, drinks and food was just phenomenal.
We just got married 09-07-19 out at Deception Pass and on our last day in Washington state we celebrated by exploring downtown and then ending with excellent service, delicious food and great company.
They gave us a dessert to say congratulations for our special day.
TRAVIS, our server was very attentive.
Did I mention, the food was AMAZING!!!
Warm, inviting greeting. Excellent service. Outstanding food, nice selection too. Met Chef Tiffany, such a wonderful person. It would be difficult to top this restaurant anywhere. We had an amazing experience. Perfectly cooked prime rib, beautifully presented. Love this place.
The ambiance is outdated
I had not dined at Andaluca for many years and was so impressed with Chef Tiffany Layco's amazing food and super professional, friendly service.
Andaluca is a great little place with exceptional food selections with a French, Middle-Eastern flair. It's a quiet, cozy setting great for a romantic outing. Service is above grade and they provide complimentary valet parking.
Our waitress was attentive and the fruit tart was fantastic.
We love this place. Great service. The waitstaff is always attentive and very friendly. Amazing food. Their chef is creative and consistent. The decor is dated but still warm and inviting. It’s often cozy and quiet unless you go on the weekends then it will be a little louder and busier.
Food was excellent, great atmosphere. We ate there 4 times in 3 days.
Beautiful presentation! Excellent, would highly recommend.
The service is excellent. The food was only average. The halibut n the red salmon were very fresh. The paella was ok. The steak was not tender and overwhelmed with source. I was told the pork chop was brined but it’s dry. Desserts were ok. The price was very reasonable.
We have been waiting to come to this restaurant for a long time and a trip to Seattle to the Rolling Stones concert seemed the perfect time. WOW
The food was almost as good as seeing Jagger again! If you're in Seattle don't miss it. Thanks Andaluca.
The food was pretty good. Not the best in Seattle, but good. The problem I have with Andaluca is that the serving sizes are too small. In most restaurants these days there seems to be this obsession with small meat sizes (whether beef, poultry, or fish) stacked on top of a 2 or 3 layers of whatever (usually vegetables on top of potatoes or something similar). The meat size is kept to a minimum to keep costs low, while the stack is sized so that it is proportional. OK, so there you have your stack, it looks pretty. But it is rarely enough. If they want there stacks so much it would not add much cost to provide something additional NEXT to the stack so that an entré is enough to be satisfying. Leaving room for desert is a lame excuse when we live in a world where so few people actually actually order desert.
This was my primary issue with Andaluca. I left the restaurant still hungry. After dropped a total of about $50 per person, that should not be the case.
We love the dips with the olive bread.
The paella was delicious and the halibut yummy.
The margarita drink was very good !
We were visiting Seattle and tried for reservations at another very well known restaurant and failed. Andaluca was recommended by Seattle friends. It was delightful. The waiter was engaging, the menu was enticing, the food was superb, the wine selections were perfect. Our only regret was that we didn't have another night in Seattle so that we could come a second time. Andaluca is our new favorite in Seattle!
We had an excellent meal and Bruce our waiter gave us great service. We each got something different and tasted each others and all were great. I recommend Andaluce to anyone wanting a first class dining experience.
We dined with 2 other couples and all of us enjoyed our meals. The lemon roast chicken and the lamb chops in particular stood out. The staff are professional and welcoming. We hadn't been in years and were reminded why we should return to Andaluca more often!
I returned for a second time during my trip because the food was so well prepared and the staff attentive. It did not disappoint. This time I returned with my boyfriend The Pork Chop had such great flavor and my boyfriend had the Risotto which he loved
Andaluca couldn’t have been more perfect for our birthday/anniversary dinner on a gorgeous Saturday summer evening. The ambiance is quiet and romantic even when the tables started to fill up and the place was busy and every dish we ordered was delicious. I highly recommend the scallops and halibut especially and the flourless molten chocolate cake was to die for (it was complimentary and I didn’t plan on indulging but once I took a bite I couldn’t stop. Perfectly balanced flavors, not too sweet or cloying). I also appreciate their attentive accommodation of gluten free dining (separate menu that highlights their many GF options and queries about dietary choice vs allergies and need to avoid cross contamination). It’s such a nice change of pace from the usual Seattle dining options to enjoy this outstanding Spanish/Mediterranean menu, we’ll definitely be back for date nights
Wonderful! Waitstaff is exceptional. Food was great. Would dine there again and again.
What a fabulous experience at this restaurant! Our server, Heather, made it such a memorable experience. She is tops! The food was delicious. We sure wished we lived closer to Seattle. Thank you!
Very accommodating, attentive service, and delicious food. Spring risotto could have used a pinch more salt, but otherwise was beautiful and vibrant.
Three of our four dishes were delicious. The Turkish shish kebab was OK. The Paella was delicious but the shrimp were a bit overdone.
From the moment you walk in, the property is wonderful. All staff attentive and very polite. The food was divine from the salad to the dessert. The chef personally came to our table several times to welcome us and see if she could do anything to make our meal better. Champagne upon our arrival. We drove from Anacortes to The Mayflower to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and the entire staff could not have done more to make it an enjoyable and memorable evening!! Thank you..

LOVE this place! Recommend coming in for small bites and the Syrah by the glass. Coquettes were to die for! Excellent service
The food is always good
Service was spot on
We brought our own wine and had it decanted.
Great night before going to the Paramount
The paella was very good. My fiancé had the crab and avocado stack and stated it was refreshing and light. We will go back again and recommend it to friends
Our dinner was excellent and the service was outstanding! This was our first experience at this restaurant, and we will definitely return again.
Graduation and birthday
Andaluca is one of my top three Seattle restaurants (Dahlia Lounge and Il Terrazzo Carmine are the other two), and I also very much like Cuoco and a few others that are usually fairly quiet. I always ask for a booth, as I have a hearing deficit, so even when the restaurant is crowded, I can almost always hear.
I used to order paella, but recently I've been ordering the pork chop, which is the best I've ever tasted. It's moist and the accompaniments are delicious. I don't like a sweet taste with meat, however, and I ask that the cherry sauce be served on the side. This time, the waiter didn't pass this information on to the chef, but when I pointed this out, the waiter immediately said it was his mistake. The kitchen removed the sauce with no sweet taste remaining, so everything was fine.
The person I came with is adding Andaluca to her restaurant list because of the delicious food, the ambiance, and the valet parking. She dines out only where guaranteed parking is available.
Masters Graduation dinner
Food was ok. It was expensive
We drove from Vancouver to Seattle so that I could have dinner at my favourite restaurant, Andaluca, for my birthday. Everything was as wonderful as I knew it would be. We were recognized and welcomed back (we’ve been dining there 2-3 times a year for about 10 years), the food was delicious, as always, and the beautiful and warm surroundings made our experience very enjoyable. We will return!
The food and service were top notch. I had the Pear salad. It has nice favor mix blue cheese ,pear and hazelnuts. My Husband had the shaved Bresoala salad also very good. My Husband had the Halibut with spiced peas it was delicious. The standout was the Za'atar rubbed Pork chop. After the first bite, I had my Husband try it. It was Wonderful! So tender and perfectly seasoned! The Cherry Mostrada is fabulous! We will definitely be back.
This restaurant was recommended to me from Alix, a cook who works there. I met Alix when I worked one night, I am retired and now I Uber. Through our conversation I learned that this restaurant made Paella! Last summer we vacationed in Spain on the island of Menorca, and we came across this little outdoor restaurant that was highly recommended by the locals. The Paella was unforgetable! So when Alix told me they made Paella there I told him I was coming! We made reservations to go on my birthday and hoped that the Paella was going to be just as good as in Spain! It was! The only difference was the thickness of the blend. Between the yummy Sangria and the Paella, I had an outstanding birthday!!
The wait staff were great! Very attentive but giving you your space too. Very knowledgeable of all the dishes offered and very friendly etc. The food was fabulous. I loved the pork chop and I can say everyone at our table had to taste it and loved it too! We will be back!
We were celebrating our 31st anniversary, we were greeted with a glass of champagne!! What a pleasant surprise. Our waiter was very pleasant and helpful with menu suggestions. Our dinner was excellent. After dinner we were treated to an excellent chocolate dessert!! We were very pleased with our time from beginning to end!! We WILL BE BACK!!
