An Urban Table
Customer-centered service from management level down! When I noted an issue, the manager was quick to respond in a generously accommodating manner.
Good food, great service, and nice atmosphere!! I enjoyed very much with my girl friends for brunch.
This place is a favorite, not the first time I have been and won’t be the last!!
Reservations at 7:15, but they were running behind. Didn’t sit down until 8 o’clock. The managers on duty were very gracious and gave us Champagne and Bruschetta as well as their apologies. Super friendly, and warm....outstanding customer service!
Date night with my wife. It was restaurant week. We did the $33 per head menu. Food was good but very slow to come out to the table. From the time we were seat until the main course it was over one hour. About 15 minutes to long, we were not check on by our server. He seamed like he had two two many tables.
Never been there before & went for restaurant week. Service was very good. Udon bowl was sooo heavy on the ginger there was no tasting anything else in the bowl. The server immediately exchanged it for another menu item. The dip app was good. The chicken parm/alfredo pasta was very garlicky. Apple pie dessert was probably the best thing we ate. Had heard good things about this restaurant but we weren’t wowed & probably won’t go back.
Food was excellent. Server had challenges but he recovered nicely.
Had a great experience and really loved the atmosphere. The menu had good variety but wasn’t overwhelming. Overall prices were fair for the portions and quality of food. I look forward to going back!
Pretty good service but need more training...
We had a wonderful experience dining at the Urban Table for Restaurant Week. We shared the duo dips -- crostini with honey goat cheese and figs and hummus with pita played off each other well and were delicious. I died over the mushroom soup -- so rich and creamy. Penny loved the salad. The Caveman Crispy Chicken and Carbonara were really good. Indeed, only the apple pie was a disappointment. I would not normally get dessert so I would not let the pie keep me away from a future visit.
As always, the food was excellent. My date and I each had dishes that we hadn't tried before. I had the Waffles Ranchero (picture would not upload and I tried three different sizes) and my date had the Waffle Sliders. Her syrup had (if i remember correctly) pralines and bacon in it, both dishes were excellent and colorful.
I always order the sweet potato beignets, which, if you haven't had them, are not as light as a traditional beignet, but they are extremely flavorful and highly recommended as a starter.
Jodi did an excellent job with all our special rework.
Fun and fresh atmosphere and the brunch was delicious!
We weren't aware there would be a prixe fixe menu. We came for some of the regular menu options, and it was not possible. I would say on a regular day, it is great. On holidays or special occasions, it's not worth it. Our waitress was amazing and the only reason we stayed for the food.
Great dinner experience on New Years Eve! Servers were on point and food was cooked to perfection. Prix fix menu options were really good without being too foo foo!
Great NYE spot
Server could be better trained on gluten free and just overall. He was very pleasant though.
We love coming here & always have excellent service! We will be back for sure :)
Chicken pot roast was bland. Bruschetta was burnt on edges and toppings were mediocre. The Cannelini and capers topping is extremely salty.
Food was very average, salads were okay but brishetta was not edible. Cold and tasteless. Wouldn’t go back.
Food has definitely gone down hill. Very disappointed.
We went for a date night and because we had heard good things about their gluten free menu.
Our waitress seemed confused and steered me towards a breaded item.
The drinks we ordered we not great when we tried to order more the waitress told us the bartender was new and they didn’t look like they normally do so they “probably didn’t taste the same” but didn’t offer to make the situation right.
Halfway through our meal the heat lamps turned out due to getting too hot and we had to eat in the dark for 20 minutes.
I won’t be returning....
This was our first visit to Urban Table. We loved the food! Our server was super helpful to a bunch of first timers. We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch and visit!
We have eaten at An Urban Table a number of times and have been happy with every visit. A very small comment about our most recent meal, the first time we have eaten breakfast there, is that the refills of coffee were not hot enough.
I met my husband for lunch. I had not eaten here so I asked the waitress for recommendations. She recommended the crispy caveman chicken. The chicken was so over done it was not edible. I can’t remember the last time I had a meal this bad. I was shocked! The waitress never even asked why I had hardly touched my dish she just whisked it away. I was very disappointed! Never again!
dinner with friends, very loud on the "patio" but fun place, food and drink specials were very good.
the artichoke and burrata apps were awesome!
I really like the new menu. Breakfast was gr3at!
First time there....liked it. Jena gives great service. Food was fine....almost died with the apple pie.
The vegetarian options are inadequate. Just a burger and a pasta is not enough. Give it a flavor- if necessary include dishes from other cuisines such as stir fry vegetables etc
Brunch with my bestie - delicious. Reservation made it easy. Mini waffle with praline bacon syrup might just be the most ingenious thing - dessert after breakfast!
The food is great and our waiter Mark was excellent.
The only issue was that the restaurant was very noisy. It was difficult to even hear the person next to you.
Cozy environment. Tasty food.
Need to do something about the chair noise wen they get pulled out. I often choose other restaurants over urban table because of this.
Very good dinner. Server was great. Nice wine list.
Great food and atmosphere
Always a great place to go for a date. Atmosphere is great and the food is always delicious. Quiet enough to have a conversation, but not so quiet that you don’t have to feel like you have to whisper to talk.
Experience was overall pretty good - waitress was a little pushy. Service was not that great.
Urban Table is a cool spot for a nice dinner. It was somewhat loud, but not too bad. The food was definitely good/unique. The Tuesday night date night is a great special and I would recommend doing that if you're on a budget. The cocktails are good and unique. Service was excellent. It had a cozy, classy vibe.
Great food and great service, was my wife’s birthday and she had a blast
