Amuse never ceases to meet/exceed my expectations. And since I have been going there these last 4 years, my expectations have grown. Dining room layout works very well, offering a view of both the street and patio. Wait staff are very solicitous, anticipating needs while never hovering. Have never had a meal 'lacking' there, whether in the dining room or just stopping by for a bite at the bar.
My only regret is that I was unsuccessful in talking my server into 'seconds' on the scallop risotto which knocked my socks off. If anyone goe and sees a pair of argyles laying around, they are mine.

The tasting menu is so fun! You don't know what you will get (after letting the chef know of allergies or dislikes) but you know it will be delish! Gives you an opportunity to try some things you may not choose on your own. Not something we do often, but nice for a special occasion treat! And the "who doesn't love a ginger" coctail was yummy too!

The food is always amazing here. The service is top shelf. We come to a(muse) whenever we are in town.
Excellent experience from beginning to end. Creative dishes which far exceed expectations EVERY TIME. We’ve visited 5 times since June for cocktails, cheese boards and full dining menu. We will return for our next special celebration.
Anniversary. Very disappointed, was recommended by friends who went for their anniversary celebration. Dining room was empty when arrived. Two tables but a loud and raucous bar crowd that made for a very irritating dinner. Food very slow to arrive but was satisfactory. Compared to several other high end restaurants in a Rehoboth will not recommend or return.
Glenn and Danny were the best - every course was innovative and delicious. Highly recommend.

Saturday was quite cold and sitting near the window was uncomfortable cold. A warm throw would be real nice( one RB restaurant already offers them)! Think lined curtains in bottom of window also ...just a thought!

We decided to treat ourselves to the Chef’s Tasting 5-course dinner. Every single course had it’s own flavor and character. I got to try foods I’ve never tried before and enjoy things I’d never order on my own. Attached a photo of the best ribs I have ever eaten in my life.
Menu, food, service, details, ambience, and price were all on point. I'd dine here again and again, without hesitation.

Loved the relaxed vibe. Everyone was extremely welcoming… Service was excellent. Had the Berkshire sausage and the autumn squash hot plates. Absolutely delicious; could have been a paired entree! Short ribs were tender and flavorful, and the grits with the yellowtail tuna were out of this world. Wish we would’ve had room for dessert! Definitely a great find.
Spent a lovely evening celebrating a longtime anniversary... acknowledged by friendly, professional server 'Danny'...and in cozy booth (requested) ambiance. Excellent starters of Bibb lettuce salad, and salmon pate', followed by delicious grilled scallops and sushi-grade tuna (both over creative sub-dishes). Good variety of by-the glass wine choices , fairly priced, too. Well done, a(muse) staff team ;-)

Overall a phenomenal experience. Our server, Emily, had a great personality and was extremely helpful and professional. There aren’t any words that describe how perfect each dish from the 5 course tasting menu was. This is the Place for a date or special occasion.
This is at least our second time to Amuse and it was again excellent. Service by Danny was attentive without being overbearing and his recommendations were spot on. The half portions of pasta let one enjoy the delicious flavor without the fullness of an entire portion. All around terrific! Great job.
My only recommendation is that the mozzarella appetizer need some work; a critique the staff took well. The smoked mushroom soup? my gosh!!!
Some of the most professional, friendly, reliable folks in town make Amuse a must stop. Half portions of pasta and bar fare often best choices for tapas evening with David, Rehoboth’s best bartender. Enjoy.

I love AMuse.... consistently creative work in the kitchen. I love the fact that the chef is always trying new things. Often the results are sublime and always, very good. This is one of those rare restaurants that inspire me to try to replicate the results at home. Can't wait to return.
We took our son there because he is a chef and we wanted him to experience a(Muse). Hari Cameron did not disappoint. We had an amazing dinner! In addition to wonderful food the service was terrific.

Very disappointed. Poor service. Pork chop was fatty and served on a bed of inedible bed of "mush". Duck breast was just ok. Would not recommend/or go back.
My first thought looking at the menu was that aMuse was a bit pricey, but I can tell you that after our cocktails, cheese plate, and entrees, I was very pleased and thought it was well worth it. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. We sat outside, which in the cooler weather was lovely (and very quiet off-season. I will definitely go back for a special date night or a special dinner with friends.
Another wonderful meal. The service and the food are exceptional every time we dine here. We changed our reservations to make sure the restaurant would be open when we got to the beach. Its the best restaurant in DE.

Based on a friend's recommendation, we ate at this restaurant one evening while at the beach. It was excellent! I had one of the best prepared soft shell crabs ever, while my husband enjoyed every bite of his wild caught catfish! the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively but not overly loud or raucous. Had a wonderful evening and wished we had stopped by earlier in our trip. We would have gone again if we had time.
An absolutely amazing tasting menu that made our anniversary very special. May have been one of the best meals we've ever shared together!
I really appreciate the addition to the menu of more vegetarian options, including a corn and orrichette pasta dish that was GREAT.

If you see something on the on line menu, don't get too attached as it may not be on the menu at the restaurant. That said, we had a really nice table on the small outdoor patio and the service was excellent.
My gazpacho was outstanding but my pasta dish was just so-so for me. My partner's salad was really good and he really liked his scallop entree. All in all a nice evening and nice place.
Our dog was treated like royalty. Upon arrival she was offered fresh water and an organic treat. The gentleman who seated us was an incredible host. The food was nuanced and flavorful. Don’t miss the chicken and the salad with loads of delicious fresh herbs. The greens that accompany the chicken would be as famous as Thrasher’s fries if they were spotlighted and served on their own.
While the food was pretty good, we ate it back at our hotel room cold because we waited over an hour to be served and no one came over to explain why the delay. They did provide a nice discount but it was unfortunately a disappointing experience.
Awesome meal. Went back the next night for the watermelon salad and smoked paprika pasta.
What about a good place to have dinner, one enjoys it and has the feeling they provided a good meal and good value. Uncomplicated. One of the better rehoboth experiences
