Great food and outstanding service. Great people very friendly. Food was very tasty. Thank you, we love visiting.
We again enjoyed our visit to AMP 150. The Brussels sprouts app is excellent, as was our salads and the scallops dinner special. Cocktails were well made and service was helpful and friendly. The downsides for this restaurant are the small number of entrees on the regular menu (vs. LOTS of sandwiches) and the fact that the menu doesn't change often.
The food was great the service was better and the atmosphere was very nice
Excellent service! Food was exceptional! Will definitely return!
There was some confusion in the beginning because I booked through open table for a 4pm reservation, but the bartender stated they didn’t serve dinner until 5pm. She sat our table and we were served. The mushroom soup was delicious. I enjoyed my buttermilk fried chicken sandwich as it was seasoned just right. Our server was busy eventually because they had to seat guest before the usual 5pm. They did it with a smile and great service. I will return.
Thanksgiving Buffet was delicious and staff was friendly and courteous
Excellent overall.. food , service and atmospheric—all excellent— all at an affordable price.
Will definitely do it again!!
Was a nice place to have a good meal and quiet conversation!
This is one of the worst restaurants we have been to in a long time. The hotel was busy so you could not order off the regular menu. They gave us pieces of computer paper with a very limited menu. The hostess wasn’t very friendly or accommodating. The restaurant and bar were way understaffed. The food was expensive, especially for the quality. The only good thing we can say is we didn’t get sick from eating there. The restaurant looked nice and clean but it is poorly managed.
Our server was very friendly and attentive. We had appetizers. Menu is small. Garlic fries were yummy.
As always, an excellent meal! We both had the pasta carbonara and split two desserts (the tiramisu cheesecake and the panna cotta). The pasta was out of this world and very generous in size. The desserts were moderately sized. The tiramisu cheesecake was good but had little coffee flavor in comparison to actual tiramisu. The panna cotta was perfection. Service was attentive and friendly. We used an Open Table reward certificate as partial payment and the redemption was simple. Do not be put off by the hotel lobby location. This is a great option for diners looking for well prepared and tasty food.
The service was excellent but the food wasn’t worth the price. There wasn’t anything wrong with the food, it just was over priced for what it was. And the steaks weren’t cooked to the right at first and had to be sent back. Probably won’t return here.
Food was under seasoned. Menu has been watered down to hotel chain restaurant. Salads were ordered with chicken but did not arrive with chicken.
The service and the food was excellent
It was fine, but not a place we'd really rush back to. The food was okay, but not extremely flavorful or creative. It was expensive for what you got. Very yummy salad. Stephanie, our waitress, was great! The ambiance was really nice and it was decorated really nicely. I think that for a hotel restaurant, though, it is very nice, although, still pricey.
A reservation was made for 4:00 on May 12th (Mother's Day) and the restaurant was closed when we arrived at 4:00. We had to eat in the bar.
A very very nice Mother's Day brunch buffet
We ordered off the breakfast buffet. It was your standard hotel breakfast. They did offer fresh omelette which was a nice addition. Not the best but good for the price.
Business travel dinner with colleagues. Manager and staff were very accommodating as our group came and went. Good drinks and good, but not too large, selection of food. Food was fresh with no complaints from the group.
We had a very pleasant meal. The waitress was very attentive. We had soup and pasta both of which were good. The restaurant was quiet and welcoming. A little difficult to locate but once we realized that it was in the Marriott Hotel we had no problem. Parking was easy.
Had some very good pan fried walleye at the restaurant last night. And then a very different take on Tiramasu that was excellent. One of our favorite hidden gems in Cleveland. Not at all like a regular hotel restaurant!
Having just lost their executive chef to the downtown location, I knew that there may be some inconsistencies in the food. There were more than a few, but our experience was great overall due to our server, Stephanie. She is the best server we have ever had anywhere.
Started out as a joke, driving from our hotel at the airport, to another hotel for dinner. I tend to avoid hotel restaurants as they more than often are mediocre and I didn’t see any mentioning in the write up that the restaurant was inside the Marriott Hotel.
However, food was excellent, service fantastic and the value stellar. I was positively surprised and will go back again next time I go to Cleveland. I will probably stay in the hotel too, that way nobody has to drive to and from dinner.
Again, give this gem a chance, it was really that good and I truly recommend it.
Great food, brews and service. Never a bad meal here. A must visit if you haven’t.
Don't order the Pompano! Way overcooked, tasted spoiled.
Food and service where outstanding.
Will be back again soon.
We have been to AMP150 in the past and have been thoroughly impressed. We have always ordered the Chef Selection option, which is a 4-course meal, with each course being a delicious surprise. We were so upset that it has been permanently taken off the menu. Not only that, the food that was on the menu was bland, average at best. Not with the price at all. We will check back in a little while to see if the chef selection option has been added back to the menu. In the meantime, we will not be returning.
On the plus side, Stephanie has been our server each time we have been there and is FANTASTIC! She is efficient and friendly. I hope management recognizes her in some way for always being a superstar server!
One of our favorite restaurants! Always excellent food and fantastic service! Highly recommend!
Food was amazing, the staff was great!
This was our second visit. We really enjoy the service, quick and polite.
This was quite a surprise. We went here because it was one of the few places open on Christmas, and, honestly, we weren’t expecting much. We were mistaken. The ambiance isn’t much...basically the hotel lobby (and we’re not talking The Algonquin), but beyond that, it was superb. The waitstaff was welcoming, enthusiastic, and helpful with recommendations. The menu somewhat limited, but more than adequate, and the food is really superb. They have a full bar with some interesting cocktail specials, and a very nice wine list.
We live extremely close and have used the facility for many events, but I have to say after this visit we will no longer suggest or be visiting. AMP 150. The quality and entree offered were far from our expectations. The food quality for what we did ordered was also disappointing. We truly felt it was just standard hotel food a far cry from the farm to table as advertised. The strip steak was served on a wood board with no grooves leaving a disaster of a mess from the drippings of the steak. What were they thinking? The steak was poorly seasoned! All of the meals were not worth the cost charged. They need to step it up big time if they want to keep the business.
We were the only ones eating there at 6:30 p.m. but it was a couple of days before Christmas so maybe that explains why it was so quiet. The bar was busy with people watching football. Food was decent. Service was good. No complaints but also nothing memorable.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was the food was outstanding and the service was excellent.
We were there on Thanksgiving. There was only one person waiting on tables, so the service was a bit slow. We waited at least 15 minutes before we were asked if we wanted anything to eat. A drinks order had been taken. She did the best she could, so please don't take this out on your employee.
Also, when serving a Thanksgiving dinner, traditional stuffing would have been much preferred to the hash.
But the food was good and we had a nice time.
I’ve been eating at AMP 150 for well over 10 years and they maintain a level of quality and unique flavors that never fail to amaze me.
My third time here, this time was for the Thanksgiving buffet. Very good food, excellent service, not bad for the price.
My husband and I came here for the past 2 years for Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet and it was wonderful. They offer a senior discount too, but be sure to check tour bill to ensure the discount is applied. We also came here for lunch on a Saturday after a funeral service. They gave us a private room and made our gathering special. They have some really good lunch specials (eg, soup, salad or sandwich with desert). We will come back here often.
We chose amp 150 for our family thanksgiving buffet for a party of 7..everything was beyond perfect! I appreciated that they offered a senior discount..24.95 all you can eat!
It all started with violet, the perfect hostess. The entire staff was friendly and approachable.
The buffet was in a separate room and dinner tables were set up in the banquet room with white tablecloths and napkins and the finest flatware, did not go unnoticed.
Food was gourmet level...all from scratch. Will definitely be back again.
