Went for Thanksgiving buffet. Poor selection and food quality is low and wasn’t worth the high price. I don’t recommend it. It was quiet and got a table quickly though.

Very disappointed. Reviews were great, but when we got there, there was nobody in the dining area, only people at the bar. I ordered the signature dish of Fettuccini Alfredo and it was awful. No flavor at all. Broccoli was not steamed as noted on the menu, it was microwaved and way over done. Will not go back.

We found the restaurant and then discovered it was not part of the very good Amici chain in N. Cal. This place was in the lobby bar of a Holiday Inn in Eugene, Or. Menu of no interest, empty place.

Customer service was great. I just wish they would use bigger plates because the food looks too crowded with the small plates they serve with. Overall great place , little music would be great. It was too quiet!!!. Am more lighting .

We made our Open Table reservation, but once we arrived, there was only one occupied table. The table we had reserved however, had a nice "reserved" placard posted, I suppose in case the place filled up!

Our server was very pleasant and attentive. Since this was our first visit, we asked for her recommendations, and received what I believe to be genuine feedback.

We had the Bruschetta appetizer, which was excellent. Our entrees were spaghetti and meatballs, and chicken Parmesan respectively.

The chicken Parmesan was breaded and fried (as advertised), but surprisingly very light and tasty. It was a huge portion, and the spaghetti it was served on was perfect. The meatballs in the spaghetti and meatballs were plentiful and large. Unfortunately, they lacked much character, seasoning and taste. Again however, the spaghetti was perfect, and the marinara was excellent. Apparently the Chef likes fresh Parmesan cheese, since it was plentiful on both entrees. Very good!

Overall, for Springfield, Oregon, inside a Holiday Inn, I would have to say it exceeded my expectations. The prices are very reasonable, and we will definitely return to try some of the different dishes and Pizza.
