Food was good. It was very loud, so not the perfect space to meet a client for the first time. Service was timely and polite. I would go back.

Nice diverse menu that allowed a light dinner or something more hardy. The noise level was so loud at times it was difficult to hear the waiter or carry on a conversation at the table. Service and delivery of food to table was slower that we expected for a early week night dinner.

I was told there were no open tables over the phone and logged on open table and made a reservation. Also the waiter didn’t give me the correct change back, which I just took out of his tip.

My only complaint and this isn't something the restaurant has any control over, but my husband and I were on a staycation, and we were seated right next to 20 extremely loud 13 year old girls. We were going for a date night, and we had anything but. I would recommend putting a group like that in a private room next time. It was very loud and obnoxious, and hard to enjoy our date night.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Second time there and really enjoyed both visits. However, there were two large groups which resulted in a very loud room.

Brian was our server on a date night with my wife of almost 40 years. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and the wines they have available. He paced our order so that we weren’t rushed. Food was absolutely outstanding! Only issue, acoustics could be improved but don’t let that stop you. We’ll be back!!

I have been following a KETO lifestyle and one of my guests was a vegetarian. They were able to modify both our meals to match our dietary needs. Absolutely love the Cauliflower salad and the meatballs (topped with a fresh farm egg for extra protein).

The food was great as well as service and ambiance. Valet parking said they could not park us for restaurant even though restaurant said it was complimentary valet so parking was an issue therefore don't recommend in whether or if disabled. We had to walk a long way in 100+ heat.

Pros: This was my second time dining here. The food does not disappoint, the meatballs are out of this world as are all the fresh pasta dishes. Lots of cool drink options too!
Cons: You literally have to yell at the person next to you to hear anything. They did not have on loud music it seems like it may just create an echo. We couldn’t hear our server or each other. Food is top notch, noise really hurt the experience.

We hosted a group of 10 people who are thinking of relocating their company to Dallas and we needed somewhere casual but festive to take them after a long day of touring our city. The manager and staff at Americano rolled out the red carpet after I called the day before and explained the circumstances and the need to impress. They had us set up on the patio and kept the food and drinks flowing. Our guests loved it! I cannot thank Americano enough for such a wonderful evening!

Perfect for a post-spa day dinner at the Joule. Ordered the mushroom pizza and corn ravioli. Will definitely come back.

Food was delicious. A bit pricey for the portion size but it was very on-par for downtown Dallas. The pizza was outstanding. The biggest thing was the noise level. It was incredibly loud the entire time. Music was playing, the restaurant has concrete floors and all hard surfaces so there was nothing to dampen the sound so it was overly difficult to just hear my wife speak. Other than that it was a nice meal.

This was a terrible, horrendous, awful, appalling experience. We arrived on time for our reservation. We informed the waitress we had theatre tickets. Our waitress had a hard time focusing and seemed extremely distract-able. Our salads and wine were served in a timely manner but then it took over an hour to get our entrees despite several check ins with the waitress and reminders of our theater schedule. She suddenly panicked and brought us “free” (keep reading) wine. The manager came over to apologize for the “mix up” and offered to box up our meal when it was ready. We said we can’t take boxed food
To the opera house. She brought out 2 of 3 entrees. When the third entree came out the ravioli was ice cold in the center. Our meal was comped. When the waitress brought out the check (so we could tip on the total?) the “free wine” that was brought to us to make up for poor service was on the check. They kept saying “we hope you’ll come back” but gave us very little reason to want to come back. It was loud and the service was deplorable

We ordered egg white frittata and I have had way better in other places than here. Quantity as well as quality wise. I wasn’t impressed by food options for kids as well. This is definitely not a place to go as a family. Adult only place. Staff were very efficient though. Great customer service but food not so great.

I'm trying not to sound old her but the uncomfortable volume made it difficult to enjoy my evening. Concrete floors, plywood walls, metal chairs, hard surface ceiling. It was nearly impossible to hear our table mates. We moved to a booth and it was much better. The food was top notch but don't go here if you actually want to talk to anyone.

Our server made the whole experience fun and relaxing. I have a ton of allergies and he was helpful and vigilant to make sure everything I ate was okay. They had to make some tweaks to menu items and it still came out delicious! Would highly recommend. Could not have asked for a better experience and better food!

Service was terrific.
Food was mediocre- pizza smelled amazing, but was disappointing- flat texture, no flavor. Menu has some interesting offerings, but doesn’t seem to present a specialty.
Kind of sterile decor.

The appetizers and dinner pastas were wonderful. Service was excellent. Biggest complaint was the fact that the drinks from the bar were served in completely wrong glasses. Red wine came in glasses that would be considered water glasses anywhere else, and a martini came in a vintage style champagne glass. For the price of drinks, it doesn’t seem like a stretch to have them served in the proper glassware.

Were were very pleased that they were able to adjust and move us from the high-top table that they had substituted. One of our party was not able to accommodate a high top chair. This was accomplished without significant delay.

They have really good pizza, thin crust. I normally did not like thin crust, but theirs is amazing. We love the spicy sausage with honey chilli pizza, yum!! The cauliflower salad is also good. The only thing is they did not have kids menu, yes they said they can make customized to kids, but without price , I was not sure how much it will cost us.
