I went for my Birthday. The front manger brought into to the kitchen and showed me around. Gave my gf and I little treat that was out of this world! It’s great to see young talented young people inspiring to be a chef! While I set there I visioned Anthony Bourdain being in the kitchen.

Not as elegant as it used to be but times change, Biggest complaint was drink order went in first the drinks came after apps were served I ordered another glass of wine prior to main course arrived after entree was finished. Otherwise a fine meal all courses were well prepared the staff was earnest if not efficient

My wife, a friend and myself dined at the American Bounty restaurant last night. Last year we ate at Bocuse and the food and servers were top notch. I shared the Shrimp appetizer with my friend and the Shrimp was overcooked and the corn bread had absolutely no taste to it. My wife and our friend were happy with their entrees however I had issues with mine. I love Duck and whenever I eat in a nice restaurant that has it on the menu I always order it. I hate to say it but it was the worst piece of Duck I've ever had. It was dry, tough and tasteless. I mentioned it to the waiter and all he said was "sorry you didn't like it" Being the Culinary Institute I was kind of expecting a response from someone. I still want to try the Italian restaurant and would even love to go back to Bocuse. I'll pass on American Bounty

We waited a long time to get our drinks, three waters and one glass of wine. When we ordered our appetizers, they were brought out in a timely fashion and we’re delicious. We ordered our entrées and there was a mistake with two entrées. Our friends were served and finished theirs by the time our entrées were corrected and brought to the table. I spoke to the manager and she did Comp us on the two entrées that came out so late. It was a disappointing experience because we brought friends. Food was delicious, and the manager took care of us, but hoping this will not happen again.

The food was outstanding. Service was good. They were polite and knowledgeable, however, three times we received food with eating utensils. Also they did not serve ladies first

Have been looking forward to dining at CIA for quite awhile. Finally booked it and was not disappointed. The entire experience was outstanding - from the campus to the dining room - everything was exceptional. Only wish that it was closer because we would be regulars.

We had a lovely time celebrating my mother's birthday! Despite it being the first day (and the first few hours of service) back to classes, the students working front of house/as servers all were fantastic. The food was delicious, a wonderful experience.
