Always a wonderful dinner at Amata! Pasta is delicious and staff are super helpful and attentive! The restaurant has a relaxed vibe perfect for a romantic date night.

food delicious - wait staff and manager very pleasant. It was my granddaughters birthday and they made it extra special with sparkler in dessert and all sang to her. Would recommend Amata for family or a nice date - I will definitely return

Nice and relaxing restaurant.Service was good but the wait staff kind of cold.I like to start a dinner with a Gin and Tonic but limited selections on the Gin.Wine by the glass ( white) limited selections.Wife and I ordered salads which were very good.My wife’s main course was lobster and pasta which she enjoyed.I orders the veal piccata and it was ok.Very very thin slices slightly on the dry side.This is a restaurant that is very popular with the nearby residents which we had some good conversations with.We also met the owner on our way out and he was very personable and he introduced us to the manager who also was very pleasant.Dinner prices here were very reasonable for Manhattan.We would we go back, not sure.

Our group of 5 - 6 women enjoy our book club every month at this restaurant. We travel from Westchester, Long Island and NYC to meet in this wonderful, delicious restaurant. The staff is always accomodating to try to find us a quiet table in the corner. We never feel rushed. Great place!
