Came for brunch with a friend and had a good time. The food and DJ are amazing. The only thing I wish was better was the service. Our waitress was very sweet but she also was the only waitress on staff for the restaurant the whole time we were there. So often time we would have to grab her attn to remind her about things we needed but she was always pleasant and apologetic. Otherwise would have given the restaurant 5 stars.

Nice Experience. Food was excellent. Staff were great. But they need to update their furniture and decor,,, Have better tables. The tables were shaky and they can do better upkeep of the bathroom. Also, they can offer more Selections with Groupon.

A very welcoming atmosphere. Wonderful customer service by MJ and Tyler! Came to celebrate my one year anniversary for my business. Made the night out with my girls very enjoyable. Food was great and the music was just right. We will definitely be back!

So when you first arrive it seems as if it’s a lounge/club, but once seated and the music begin to play you realize it’s just a great spot to enjoy a good night out. I went here with family from Jamaica who is usually picky about the food they eat, but surprisingly enough they each found something they wanted and the food was so delicious. I NEVER take food home from a restaurant, but this place here, the food was serve in such an abundance there was no way I could have eaten it all there. The drinks were on point and to add to my experience they sold hookah which was the cherry on a perfect sundae. I will be coming back within the next few weeks. That’s how amazing this place was. And the waitress Bella, you ROCK! Thank you for being you and providing amazing service.

I had my first date with my partner here in 2017. So today was her 11th sobriety anniversary and we celebrated here. The young waitress that assisted us was a dream. She didn’t overcrowd our space, she came around always right on time. When asked about an item she definitely gave an honest answer. The food was great my partner ordered the NY Steak w/mashed potatoes and mixed steamed vegetables. I ordered the whole red snapper with jollop rice with 3 large shrimps. Thanks for helping me make her day extra special!!

Amarachi was amazing, we will definitely be coming back. My husband and I came for happy hour to kick off his birthday celebration. We were treated with nothing but love and given shots on the house. Our server Tia was amazing. Great ambiance and customer service. We will def return on the weekend to enjoy the DJ.

We had an amazing experience at Amarachi. Wow! Our server was David, and he greeted us as soon as we were seated. He took our orders, and to my surprise, the food came out quickly. The food and drinks were excellent. But what struck me the most about the experience at Amarachi was that I felt I was at a family function. Although David was our server, everyone who worked there approached our table to see if everything was okay with genuine care and kindness. Even the general manager checked in on us. Everyone had a great attitude and treated us like family. Needless to say, the customer service at Amarachi far surpassed any restaurant I’ve been to.

Good: Host was accommodating, moved tables around to seat our party outside. Waitress was attentive for drinks and taking our orders. Food was excellent. Could be better: Food took a long time to arrive, leaving the kids in our party feeling very hungry. Food arrived in three or four different waves, two or three dishes together every ten or fifteen minutes, so many people were done eating while others waited over an hour. It was a hot evening but the water sat empty until I took the carafes inside to request a refill. Some orders didn't make it onto the bill, wasn't served. Some other food never arrived, but we were billed for it anyway.

Poor service. Wait staff was pleasant but bad at communicating. Food never came out together. My wife’s steak was well done and She asked for medium. Spinach was so salty it was inedible. Me and son ordered oxtails and got more sauce than meat and it was room temperature not hot.

Booked a table through Open Table last minute today. I was seated prominently which was great. We got drinks. However, the food came an HOUR LATER. We didn't even want to do hookah anymore after eating. The wings were delicious but the rice wasn't cooked. I'm not coming back. Quality service and quality food is very important.

We went for my brothers graduation. If you go fri or sat night def would leave the kids home. They took a long time to bring out the food and they brought the food out periodically. But they said alot of ppl called out. The waitresses were nice though. And they played good music. I would definitely go back but maybe for a birthday or just to hang with friends. Not for family dinner on the weekend.

Food is amazing as always. The ambiance needs updating. Some tables had cloths and some didn’t. The African art were blahhhhh and the pictures on the wall were leaning. The energy of the restaurant needs a lot of work. Set the music at the right volume and leave it at that volume. The waitresses were tired and ready to go home.
