Didn’t seem on the ball. Out of both the fish and the wine ordered. Told clearly that the kitchen could butcher some recently delivered fish but it would be a burden. Not really attentive service. We went last year and it was very good. This year just average.

Beautiful location and view. Had a reservation and arrived on time. Was asked if we wanted to eat outside or inside, chose inside and they said to give them a moment to clear and set the table. Walked around for a couple of minutes and returned to find they gave the table (with the view) to another couple. They looked confused when we asked about the table and then made us wait 5 minutes for another table with no view... they seemed confused in general. Food was nicely made and presented and waitress was very good. Nice meal but a bit overpriced, however, that was expected as it is an Amman hotel...

This place is a must go, first & foremost for the amazing views of the Tetons & surrounding areas. The hotel is super chic too, lending more to the ambience- v well appointed & decorated to fit the theme of Jackson Hole. The food was great, and I loved that they had fresh pressed juices & smoothies as offerings on the breakfast menu. (We went for breakfast) - super attentive staff. The green matcha latte was divine. 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽- it is expensive- $200 for 4 ppl, but worth every penny.

Amazing, from beginning to end the experience exceeded expectations. I had my anniversary there and they gave us a table by the fireplace and lit a real fire just for us. The food was also magnificent, refined with a local flare. Service was welcoming and we highly recommend this for anyone looking for somewhere special.

We enjoyed a fine dinner Friday evening for an anniversary date night. The food was delicious. The server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The wine list is well curated with a variety of old world and new world choices with a wide range of prices. We shared a tasty chocolate torte that was a fine finish.

Visited for breakfast with some local friends. The menu was focused, but offered variety. Everyone at the table loved their choices which included, waffles, hash, and signature breakfast. Actually kinda shocked. The Decor is hitting the point of out dated. Nothing extremely special. I’m surprised because I have visited a number of Aman locations. This was my first in North America and I fear I won’t be rushing to visit the other location they have. I understand they have an issue in Wyoming with wine distribution but that should be clearly stated when you start your meal. Two drinks I asked for they didn’t have and though they offered me in the end a more expensive glass for the same price I think there could have been a bit more of service recovery. Very relaxed in attitude for a restaurant like this. Truly felt like I was eating in a hotel restaurant. The starter I had was very bland. The mushrooms they had a weak taste and very again underwhelming. The entree was ok nothing exceptional same for the dessert. The desserts were lots of mixed flavor profiles but nothing that truly made sense. The meats on the menu were not called out where they were sourced nor the seafood. For paying a pricy bill and it being 2018 I would say this should be called out. Just as the wines. Even if they must print daily. For a hotel with their reputation I think this would be basic. It was a relaxing evening. Would I return no, would I recommend no. I prefer fine dining in cities where the restaurant embraces the city and vibe. Just felt that was missing here.

This is a beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous view, great food, and excellent service! The view is amazing with views of the Tetons for as far as you can see. It has a hip vibe and music on the weekends. The hotel attracts people from all over the world, as the Amangani is known to build their hotels in only the most beautiful places in the world. It is comfortable and the atmosphere is relaxing and not rushed. The service is friendly and very professional. It's a rare find and one worth trying!

The view was amazing! Elk was ordered medium rare, came well done. New order took longer than expected. For almost $60 I wasn’t going to settle for less than perfect. The filet was the best we ever had. Service was good. Tables aren’t cleared in timely manner. For the cost, I expected more. Don’t get me wrong, this place is amazing. Please go. The views were great and we appreciated the restaurant accommodating our request to be seated at a table that could take advantage of the view. Aside from that, however, the experience was a disappointment. After we were seated, the waitstaff forgot about us. After a prolonged wait, we were noticed and apologies were made. Despite the apologies, there were long periods of abandonment between courses. When the courses were delivered, they were unimpressive. My main dish of halibut, quinoa, and haricot verts, missed on two of the three components: the halibut and quinoa. The halibut was unpleasantly overdone and the quinoa was underdone. The haricot verts were fine, but even if done expertly, could not have saved the dish. In the end, I had to get up from the table in order to find our waiter and ask for the check. My advice: get a drink on the veranda and have dinner somewhere else.

Views from the deck are unbeatable. The complimentary tacos were unexpected and appreciated. Great hand-crafted cocktails as well. Our waiter was well intended, but really missed the mark. Never checked with us after our entree was served; failed to deliver a glass of wine which was to be enjoyed during the meal. Offered that he had a shouting-match with the person who was supposed to deliver the glass of wine. Way too much information, and perfectly ineffective. Asked our waiter about coffee. He disappeared for about 15 minutes, at which point we decided to opt out. Could have been a memorable experience, but the waiter got in the way.
