For the past 28 years, Amanda's mission has always been about replenishing the soul through delicious contemporary cuisine and providing excellent service - all at a reasonable price. Guests enter our elegantly restored brownstones and are warmly welcomed by an accommodating staff. Although geographically close to Manhattan and certainly as culinary sophisticated, we're not slow to smile and truly aim to please each guest. Our popularity stems from the talents of our chef, our dedication to warm, gracious service and the comfortable elegance of our dining rooms. Amanda's is the natural choice for so many occasions: the romantic couple on a "date to impress," a family brunch on Sunday or the place to enjoy pre-theater Early Dinner at a price that is really too good to believe. Sophisticated wine lovers enjoy our monthly five-course wine dinners.

The food and service never disappoint. The empanadas are authentic and so scrumptious. The salmon with lemon cream sauce was such a burst of flavor! The salmon was tender. The jasmine rice with spinach was the best rice I’ve ever had. It was delicate yet full of flavor.

Absolutely love this restaurant! Food is delicious, ambiance is warm and inviting. It’s a family favorite but also would be perfect for date night or girls night out. Empanadas are the I’ve ever had.

We went for brunch. Best omelette I’ve ever had. Truth! Wonderful ambiance and beautiful piano music. I hadn’t been in years and can’t wait to go back.

We had a lovely dinner at Amanda’s in Hoboken we all enjoyed our entrees and the service was top notch the dining room is so inviting and we had a really relaxing and enjoyable evening

Very disappointed in our experience after not having been here in a few years and all previous experiences had been positive. One of our entrees was not cooked when it came out, and took very long to get a new entree. We did not receive any discount on our bill despite that issue.

Service was attentive and friendly. All of our meals were delicious. Tables were spaced perfectly to allow quiet conversation. Piano player was excellent and played softly enough to allow conversation. One of our party of 8 especially appreciated the a la Carte options, since she is on a keto diet and did not need to get a side dish. We will definitely be back!
