Food was not very good. There was a wedding and the wedding guest stood in the same line with the other non wedding guests. It was so strange. The server was excellent. They were quick to remove plates and all interactions were playful and fun. He was amazing. Will not come back and will not be considering this place for a wedding venue.

The ambiance and atmosphere was very nice - spacious and you really don't feel crowded by the people sitting next to you; however, the food is very very average. The shrimp I saw but didn't eat looked a bit old or maybe previously frozen. My nephew found plastic in his egg scramble. It was nice to have the orange juice and champagne on the table to make mimosas though - that was a very nice touch. The view overlooking the golf course was also very nice. More work must be done to make the desserts better - way too dry. In addition, the only option for bread was one kind of dinner roll and it was super dry as well - no one finished it at our table. There should be croissants, bagels etc. and there weren't any. The dinner rolls were plopped in a basket in the middle of the dessert table which was also kind of an odd location so it took us a while to find those.

We went for a birthday brunch for my daughter. Even though i had noted it was a birthday, nothing announced for her. Other restaurants would have done some to acknowledge. Nichol was great in that I had problems obtaining coupon she had one ready for me at the buffet. Some of the food was not very hot. I think the value was a little overpriced to begin with. A 25.00 range would be more reasonable. Lupe was great! I would come back but only on special occasions. Need to change up variety of foods. Desserts needs help.

Service was very good...staff all attentive and efficient.
The food quality is not as good as it used to be...for example, the crab legs were still frozen and of lesser quality...the claws were much smaller, cut in half (good idea to help with eating), but still frozen and the legs themselves were frozen. The selection of sushi is less as is with the desserts.
You would think that with the increased price, the quality would still be there.
I got a better selection at a casino buffet for half the price.

Everything was perfect as always except one outstanding issue. We sat out on the enclosed patio with our guests for the lovely view as it was their first time there. The remodeled patio is beautiful but they seem to have forgotten that it gets hot in California and since the AC does not reach out there at least a bunch of CEILING FANS would be appropriate. It was uncomfortable most of the time we were there even though we started at 10am. Guess we will not sit in that area until winter.

Mitzi the hostess was wonderful. When I explained that I had trouble receiving the link to download the coupon, Mitzi provided me with a coupon even though we came later than the coupon provided. That was an exceptional good will gesture. Hugo, our waiter was very attentive. My only criticisms are that the prime rib didn’t seem to be top quality and the crab legs were very small and watery. I would have loved to have had the option of having a little lobster with drawn butter, but maybe you would have to raise the price of the buffet. Mostly because of your extraordinary staff and the ambiance, Almansor Court wll always be my go-to place for special occasions.

We had a fabulous brunch to celebrate family graduations. Our waiter, Hugo, was friendly and attentive and the food was great. We enjoyed prime rib, lamb, omelettes, sausage, bacon, seafood, cream puffs, cakes and fruit that we dipped in a chocolate fountain. We will definitely come again!

The ambiance was nice and there were a few items that were very good ie prime rib, waffles, omelettes, chocolate cake, but overall the food was not that good. There is defiantly a lot of options but some were not good. The menudo was tasteless, the shell fish was not fresh, the chicken was dry, the sausage was dried out & several dessert were questionable. To top it off they charged us for Mother’s Day brunch , which is $15.00 more a person even though the information on their website for Father’s Day does not have the increase in price. We will not be returning.

The quality of food and price doesn’t match. I have loved going here but with the $190 i spent for 3 people and the food I ate, it’s not worth it anymore. I got omelet and waffle and 2nd trip was menudo and dessert. The food was just not good anymore. The crab legs looked sad. The photo booth was nice, ambiance, cleanliness .

I've been here a few times with friends and it was decent. So thought we would try it out for Mother's Day brunch. We liked the fresh waffle and omelette stations. The rest of the food offering was ok, nothing stood out. The seafood area didn't look appealing at all. The highlight was the Photo Booth. I noticed other moms all had flowers and we had to ask for one for my mother. Overall, was not worth the price for the special brunch that didn't make my mother feel special there.

Its a reasonably priced buffet but it isn't a Vegas Buffet by any means. We got there at 11:30 am and most of the food was already gone. And there was a 5 minute wait at every food station. Five minutes is a very very long time when there is a huge crowd around you. They replenished the food but the food quality was average. It was a gorgeous place, the dining table was set elegantly and the view into the golf course was very nice. It was a B+ experience.

Almansor is a GREAT brunch buffet on regular days, Mother’s Day not so much. The day was still nice, but I would not attend this particular event again for many reasons. The photobooth was a nice touch, and the mimosas of course made the day bareable. If the price hadn’t been raised, I’d be more understanding, but my mom definitely commented she felt cheated.

We planned our Mother’s Day Brunch here and although the champagne was flowing nicely, there were often lines to get get food and they ran out or failed to refill the popular items in a timely manner. The service however was pretty good and the waiters were friendly and attentive. The food wasn’t bad but nothing to write home about either. I’d come back for a weekend brunch but not for a holiday weekend event. Parking was horrible but overall we relaxed next to a nice view of the pond and enjoyed our afternoon.

We visited Almansor Court for the first time for Mother's day. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food, for a buffet, was outstanding. Everything was seasoned nicely and not overcooked or over-salted and the selection was great. There was mention on their website about sushi but that was not anywhere to be found but the Shrimp, crab-legs, and Mussels made up for it. When we arrived there was a super long line at the buffet. For special event days like Mother's Day they need to re-arrange their buffet line so there is not one huge queue. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Great brunch third mother's day. There's a wide selection of food. Vegetarian options; something for the kids; an omelette bar; and a complimentary photo. It was a little pricey, but it was good.

Menu and quality of food improved, decor elevated, service and logistics need work. Arrived with party of 4 at the same time as a very large group (50+) extra servers nor cooks were available making long lines for food. My 76 year old father requested hot coffee and was politely told to get it himself, I don't call that service.

Most of our family members like to have our birthday celebrations at Almansor Court. The variety of food is great. There is something for everyone in the party. The remodeled patio area is nice and comfortable. It is kids-friendly. They can use a couple more servers but if you are not in a hurry, it is all good!

The Eater Brunch was always been our family tradition to gather around the table after mass. However, I believe this year 2019 will be our last. Last year, I recall the family complaining of how expensive it was and the prices having gone up. Once again this year, the complaint was the same. The price of $50.00/adult and $20.00/child is way too much. My family of 4 paid $151.00. Ouch!! We sure won't be doing that again.

We are very sadden that we can no longer afford to keep this family tradition at Almanson Court. We will be looking for another venue.

Thank you!

A good brunch with all the possible stations ( omelet, waffle, roast meats, sushi, deserts) and a full selection of seafood, salads, breakfast and brunch entrees, with Chinese and Mexican specialties at a reasonable price, especially given the quality and diversity of selections.
The modern room was a bit sterile but had a lovely view of the golf course. The servers were very attentive and each table had a bottle of champagne and pitcher of fresh orange juice on it. Definitely a place I’d go back to. Food favorites: sushi rolls, beef ribs, eggs Benedict and the waffles.
