This review is about the Thanksgiving buffet 11/23/23. We love this place, but have not been for 3 years. The small and big changes were all noticed. and all the staff were ready to accommodate. They were quick and always came over to make sure all was ok. We had 2 minor complaints - one was the acoustics in the room we sat in made it very hard to hear each other. I think it's just all hard surfaces? The 2nd complaint is silly, but were a little disappointed in the desserts, not many choices. Cakes (w/different insides, yes), ice cream and pumpkin pie. Crab, shrimp is ALWAYS good. Thank you and see you again. Karen

This buffet is not he same as before. This buffet offered is not worth 45 dollars plus tip! The food and dessert selection is not worth the price. The service is not great, we has a server that could not speak English and the language barrier was annoying. I was surprised it was not busy when I arrived, then I knew why, the food quality was not there. I don't mind paying a higher price for brunch as long as they deliver the food quality and service, but I did not find it here. They have a lot of work to do, in order meet the standards they had before they shut down.

Had a great Sunday morning brunch in the beautiful Lake Room. We were a group of 8. Got there at 10:00 and didn’t leave til 3:00. Service was excellent. Great variety of food at the buffet.

Jasmine our hostess was amazing! Very attentive to our party of 4. Even when she was hosting a large birthday party! She still made us feel notice and was on top of it! Even if she was busy the there was another lady that I didn’t caught her name she was get too. Will definitely dine again!

Everything is delicious. I didn’t get to try the pasta station but I will next time ! I ate so much good stuff forgot to make room for the pasta. Service is great. Everyone is polite and very attentive. I’m happy it reopen. Best mimosa spot.

A pleasant surprise to see that their quality has actually improved since before the pandemic hit. We expected the price to go up as long as you keep up the good quality. The pasta bar was amazing. The guys who run it are so incredibly friendly and sociable and ask all the right questions to make your dish perfect every time. Jasmine, our waitress, was fantastic! Always coming around to make sure you have what we need and want. Good selection of food, ribs were "fall off the bone" perfection. Vast improvement on the dessert area. No mass quantities to dry up and go to waste. I do miss the rolls and butter though. Champagne bottle left on the table is a nice touch. Wycliff is a very good restaurant brand. Thank you for having it to serve. Lovely view of the golf course and lake. BTW please don't bring back the live music, piped in is just fine. We will be back. Hey everybody,,,Welcome Home!!!

Had to come back to Almansor for their Sunday brunch as we had our brunch wedding here in 2019 but didn’t have time to Enjoy the food due to Day of wedding activities. Our guests loved the brunch so much we had to try it. 4 yrs we made it and was well worth it. Highly recommended

I have been to this buffet before covid halted all eateries with buffets. I was hoping the quality of food would improve post covid openings; however, too my disappointment the quality of the food has not improved. It wasn't terrible but on par with Dennys or IHOP. I don't think I will go back and would rather pay that kind of money for a quality meal instead of quantity.

I have two complains: most of the food was not hot enough, especially the menudo was only warm. the waiters were walking around and we had to pile used plates or call them to pick them up, we ask for coffee and no spoons I ask, and I had to stand and ask again also for hazelnut creamer and never brought it, the first one was finished so I had black coffee. But I like your brunch and already have reservations for June 11, hope things be better.

Server, all of them are OUTSTANDING! I've been coming to Almansor Court for many years and was so happy when they when they reopened for Sunday Brunch. This was my 3rd visit since the reopening on April 2nd, and was disappointed this last Sunday, 5/21/23. The brunch was in the Palm Court room. Very nice smaller room with great views. HERE IS THE PROBLEM: There was a very large group in the Lakeview room at least 250 guest, at least half were under 16 years old. The entire group were directed to the Palm Court to have the buffet brunch, the line was ridiculously long. I witnessed a group of children at the desert display picking up food with their hands, and then putting it back on the table. I did suggest to them, "if you touch it, you take it". It was not the usual nice relaxing Sunday Brunch I've experienced over the years. The Server was so very nice and apologetic for the line and offered to take us to the buffet line and "cut in" so we wouldn't have to stand in the long line that went out the door.

Outstanding brunch for Mother's Day. The restaurant was very busy but, with our reservation, we were immediately seated. The service was excellent. The staff continually cleared our plates, refreshed our mimosas, and asked if we needed anything. The brunch selection was plentiful and there were many, many options. The kitchen staff continually refilled the various dishes.

Me and my family are long time customers sense before the pandemic, and I was so happy to finally be able to have brunch there again! It was a great experience also it was good to see that some of the same staff members were still there such as Hugo our favorite waiter we weren't able to sit in his section this time but we'll be back and I would also like to acknowledge Daisy she was a great hostess I requested a different table and she was very accommodating and professional, overall everyone was great and everything was how we remembered it to be!

Went for Mother’s Day and it was extremely crowded. I’ve been here over many years and the food quality has gone down. The waiter was nice but the front of house staff seemed overwhelmed and we’re not as friendly as they could have been. The ambience was fine and overall it was not bad, but I think maybe next year we’ll find another place. It was very loud and the food lines soon became as if you were in a soup kitchen.

Came here on Sunday Brunch. Omelete bar was good, but it ends there. There was ZERO bread items: no toast, bagels or any other breakfast bakery items. Prime beef was good, but they amount they cut was a microscopic piece. Ethnic items were not good. I've never seen fried rice made with rice pilaf. I guess you get what you pay for--very basic food

A good value. Good quality food with an Attentive service for the Easter brunch. A wide range selection of food options and mimosa flutes that were continually refilled. The only area that could stand some improvement is the sushi table.
