Almanac is a locally owned Bistro focused on continental cuisine and craft cocktails. House made charcuterie and food made from scratch. We have an event room that hosts live music or private functions. Our bar offers a variety of wine, craft beers and cocktails, sure to please every palate. I didn’t like that the menu at the restaurant didn’t match the menu online (it was also more expensive at the restaurant than online).

Menu was limited, they were out of items. Stuck in the back room, felt like we were ignored. Servers were pleasant but not attentive enough. Were there the previous weekend and it was good that’s why we came back but we’re so disappointed.

The place was not very big so it was packed (pre Covid) and cozy and there was only a couple of dishes on the menu. The food was delicious and the wait staff was friendly and efficient. Would go back!

This restaurant is over-priced with mediocre food. I had cod with couscous. The couscous was runny and there was nothing else on the plate. I won't be going back.

Always a lovely experience and a great place to create new memories and honour fun traditions (like New Year's Eve Dinner)! Thank you Josh and the entire Almanac staff for making evenings at the restaurant warm and inviting.

We went there with our two children (10 and 13) for a New Year's dinner. Had the regular menu which allowed a little more flexibility which was what we were looking for. Service was quick and very accommodating to our children's requests, without blinking an eye. The food was delicious and we will likely return for another visit

Tried 2 appetizers, they were average. Salmon croquette was mediocre and Brie was no different than I could do at home. The duck sandwich was excellent though.
