About Allegro - Wynn Las Vegas
At the stylish Allegro, chef Enzo Febbraro brings a lively new approach to classic Italian-American cooking, merging old world tradition and new world innovation to perfect effect. Located at the cornerstone of Wynn's Theatre Row, this bustling modern trattoria features a wood oven hearth, convivial bar and lounge and ideal proximity for dining before or after the show. The Naples born chef has crafted an ingredient driven menu that salutes Italian cooking in a very approachable way, focusing on dishes with flavor and tradition, as well as timeless favorites. The bill of fare offers the comfort and familiarity of such dishes as veal chop Parmigiano, osso buco d'Agnello, chicken Francaise and baked lasagna Napoletana. By turns elegant yet rustic, Allegro provides an exuberant chef with a theatrical stage from which to cook up his own delicious Italian aria.

Allegro - Wynn Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
Enjoyed dinner before a show: staff keep things moving and never felt rushed. The pappardelle with wild boar ragu was good, perfect portion size. My date enjoyed the roasted branzino. The wine list is extensive, with many half bottles available. The by the glass offerings need attention though. No middle ground in the prices, either expensive or cheap. The tiramisu and coffee were great. The pre-dinner bar drinks were overpriced, Tanqueray is Tanqueray....
A company is just a name with out great employees, Allegro did better than that. They have excellent service, great food and very professional employees. I was not sure what to expect, despite passing by Allegro for years every, SEMA show. I will now make it my #1 choice for our dinner meetings with customers. Value was good also.
thanks for a great experience.
Our group of four enjoyed a pre-theater dinner at Allegro. My Chicken Parmesan was a large portion and delicious and included spaghetti. One of our group had pizza, which was very thin crust and also very good. The restaurant was full and noisy. As one would expect at the Wynn, the prices were on the high side compared to Italian restaurants in less pricey neighborhoods. Valet parking cost $20 plus tip, which added to what was already an expensive evening.
Good spot for casual dining. Food was great. Entire staff was pleasant - hostess, wait help, etc... Our waiter was nice but not much of a personality. Food & drinks came promptly and tasted great! Big servings! We both had leftovers to take home. My compliments to the chef. Overall it was a great time. Definitely would go back again!!
We usually stay at Wynn and ALWAYS go to Allegro. The food is OUTSTANDING. Chef Enzo pays so much attention to every phase, to every plate and to every guest that we always leave totally wowed. We actually ate here twice during our stay in Las Vegas which is a true testament to how outstandingly consistent Allegro is.
A few highlights; boar ragu, pizza, lasagna with meatballs.....it's just ALL A HIGHLIGHT. The wine list is also well edited and interesting. Loved the Dauo Cabernet, it's super hard to find in most restaurants and is a great addition to a solid list.
Service was terrible. The food was not as good as it used to be. The meatballs were dry and overlooked. Has anyone tried the minestrone? What is that?
The wine served was corked and the waiter had to be told to take it away after I told him how bad it was. There was cork floating in it. His description of the specials was so uninspired it was comical. I've been to Allegro many times. This was ridiculous.
The managers need to get away from the podium. The chef should be in the kitchen
We came here for our daughter's birthday. Her boyfriend is Vegan. Our waiter was terrible. his attitude was indifferent. ordering drinks was an ordeal. The bus boy was awesome. The pizza was delicious and so was the Bruscetta. Two of us had the eggplant Parmesan. It was the worst I have every had. it was a blob of mushy eggplant. I didn't eat it. The waiter did ask if I didn't like it and took it off the check.
The restaurant wasn't full so I am not sure why we had poor service.
i probably won't return to this restaurant.
Everything about this restaurant was just outstanding: food, sevice (Adam), decor, ambiance. The food arrived at our table at serving temperature (aka hot) and was delicious. We have been to LV mamy timrs and would consider Allegro to be one of our favorite LV restaurants. We highly recommend that you visit this place when in LV. We definitely will be back.
I brought a group of 9 friends and colleges here for Labor Day weekend. The manger forced us out of our table after 45 minutes because we didn't order enough food for his liking and he wanted to seat another group of 14. He also insulted our larger friend who ordered a salad saying someone that fat obviously needs more food.
I wish I could give negative stars. As this was not even a 1 star experience at a 5 star hotel. I spend many weeks every year in Vegas but will will never dine there again. Extremely insulting and disappointing. Manager Joel should be fired immediately.
My wife and I went to Allegro for our 45 wedding anniversary and before Le Reve. They made a Caprese Salad, off the menu for my wife that was delicious (great balsamic vinegar)., I had the minestrone soup (delicious). My wife had the Rigatoni w/meatballs ( great meatballs and they are also an appetizer). I had the Veal Marsala and it was perfect, tasty and tender, try the Roasted Potato's. They brought us a complementary dessert for our anniversary, delicious.
Our server was Enrici-Ask for him, very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife asked for a special champagne cocktail and Enrici recommended the Dream, great cocktail.
I thank the Allegro and especially Enrici for a great dining experience for our special day.
Two of our party of five are vegan and one (my daughter) called ahead and was told that there were plenty of vegan and gluten free options. However, there were extremely limited on the options that were both vegan and gluten free. My daughter was disappointed with vegan/gluten free selections.
Allegro had traditional Italian food. I ordered the truffle mac and cheese which was just ok. My wife has the lasagna which was ok as well. The bruschetta appetizer was the best we have ever had. The food presentation needs work as well. I don't think I would go back. Nothing extraordinary.
